MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. These are good people!! Honest Trustworthy Reliable people that are not out to nickel and dime you to death. I came to this establishment on 2/26/21 (yesterday). They were knowledgeable, friendly, respectable, and did every thing they could to help me after I’ve gotten myself in a bad situation. They were kind and understanding. Brian the owner is a GOOD man. His employees are great people also! Friendly, and know what they are doing. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

These guys were awesome! I had some engine issues with my F450. It had already been to another shop that said it was more than they wanted to take on. I tried another shop that supposedly specializes in Diesels and off-road vehicles (no names mentioned), they provided a quote but when I asked them if they could do the work right away, they said they would call me back. After trying to get scheduled for a week with no call back, I asked around town and was directed to Asher. I spoke with Brian, he gave me a quote and told me to bring it in. Two days later I was back on the road. The truck runs and drives great. Im super relieved to not have to trade it in because I thought it might be shot.Ive had it back for almost a week now, and the other shop called yesterday to schedule the work.... I took my recently purchased truck in for an inspection to see if anything was wrong because I was losing coolant. They did some test and they were all shoulders and shrugs on what it could be. I later had to take my truck to a different shop and pay a hundred dollars for them to determine that it was the coolant tank cap. It was replaced and problem solved.I also had Asher install the lift on my truck. After picking up the truck, I noticed a very obvious vibration under the vehicle. I took it the tire shop and they were not showing it was the tires, so I took it back to Asher. They inspected it and ran some test, but were all shoulders and shrugs once again. They said I should monitor it in case it got worse. They also said they would contact the lift company and get back with me, but they never did.To keep a long story short, the problem got worse. I tried to get in contact with owner of Asher, but the GM wouldnt let me talk to him. Told me to bring it back in so they could look at it. I did and they blamed the tires. Once again I took it back it to the tire place and its not that. I am going to have to go to a profession diesel shop and pay more money to hopefully get the problem fixed since they wont fix it. I recommend going else where with truck improvements

Asher Automotive is my opinion the best automotive shop in town! The staff are super friendly and willing to listen to anything you ask! Service is top notch and always speedy time frame! Ty guys for excellent service!!

My truck has experienced potential mechanical defection on engine block and suspension system lately. Although its still in early stage, but the concern of driving safety brought me to Asher Team. The team spend 2 hrs to inspect my truck and spot the issues. Plus a thoroughly quote for service options in the next day! I have to say they are not the shop where you get cheapest price in town, however, the customer confidence they build up from their professional ethics is totally worth a try. 5 star for those who seeking best service quality.

My husband and I had a reservation for a Uhal truck at this location at 9am. We show up at 9:05am, and no one is there. We wait 45 minutes and no one shows up. During this time, 4 other groups show up to pick up their reservations as well. I got ahold of Uhal corporate, and they let us know that Asher Automotive was closed. Asher Automotive scheduled multiple reservations on a day they weren’t open. This is highly unprofessional, extremely frustrating and reflects poorly on both Asher Automotive and Uhal.

I am revising my original review, the owner of the Asher Automotive reached out to me in a message apologizing for inconvenience. Thats pretty good customer service.Went to pick up our Uhaul that we had reservations for to pick up at 9am no one was there! The door said they were to open at 9am at 9:30 still closed. Total waste of time !

I try to look at YouTube videos and fix myself, but not everything. Asher auto did an great job all the same day. I recommend this place highly.

Way Way Way overpriced! Higher than dealership pricing if that gives you any idea. If money is no object take your car here. I took my car to another shop and had the work done for 20% of the price asher quoted. Nice people and local owned so gave them a shot, but will not return. Could have had an engine rebuilt for the price I was quoted for simple repairs, not exaggerating.

I was in town for an event at Texas World Speedway when the alternator went out on my Lotus. Brian and his guys worked me into the schedule on a busy Saturday morning. They diagnosed the problem, found the part and got me back on the track. They explained what they were doing with each step and were great guys to watch work. Brian also charged me a fair price even though I was in a hurry, from out of town and had a weird car. It was a great experience.

Brian did work on my vehicle a couple of times. Very honest and he gave me great advice. Also had a friend of mine take his car there. Friend was very pleased with work and loved the price. Stated he will now use him for all his vehicles.

Mr Asher, BJ and the guys at this shop really came threw for me. Every time I would come and check on the progress of things they had one more problem fixed or figured out. I have a old Jeep that was butchered by a shop down the street.(20NINE20) That shop did everything completely wrong and behind everything they touched was something else that was messed up. I can not express enough, how important it is NOT to go to “20NINE20 customs” the only thing custom about them is the fact that you’ll have a one of a kind POS when they get done. So, to keep from having to go threw such a heartache I assure you these guys at Asher will fix you up. Don’t even second guess it, if you want it done right the first time go to Asher automotive. So I posted a 1 star review two weeks ago. Since then the owner, Mr. Asher and I have been in contact. He has worked hard to fix the issue. He took care of me taking my truck to a local mechanic, not in Texas, to ensure all issues were fixed. He has refunded me the labor for the work and has ensured me that from now on work on my vehicles will only be done by the mechanic that I went there for, Shane Meadows. I have had Shane work on my vehicles for over 15 years. Thank you Mr. Asher.

Took my motorhome in to have suspension upgrades done that included front and rear sway bars and rear track bar. I am very happy with their work. My motorhome (on a Ford F53 chassis) drives and handles so much better. They are now my goto shop. Thanks.

Great people and more than I paid for!Ive had some pretty bad experiences with shops around town. I am tempted to post negative things about them but instead I will just post good things about good people like ashers.They solved several issues that were plaguing my 16 f250 after getting a lift kit installed somewhere else. They went above and beyond for the money I spent, and now I am more confident that my suspension has been done right.Save yourself some danger, some time, and some money and take your ride to ashers first. Trust me, Ive spent money at several shops around town, and I can say that ashers is the best at suspension, brakes, upgrades and mods.

Dealer tried to charge me 9000 to repair Asher only charged 2000 they really do look out for you

Brian has been taking care of my vehicles for several years and has always done a superb job. He goes the extra mile and checks things that I hadnt seen. He always calls and tells me if he sees something that needs attention and he has even made a house call when we had a recurring problem that he could not identify when the car wss towed to the shop. His recommendations on my truck have improved performance greatly. His whole organization are helpful, friendly and always go above and beynd. I have recommendede him to lots of family and friends and will continue to do so.
