Give them 1 star only because they dont have zero rating. Absolutely no customer service skills. They are rude, sneaky liars. All about making a sale, at any cost.I spent HOURS at this place only to find out they had forgotten to tell me there was a $200 dollar finance charge added to my balance. I noticed when attendant didnt know how to use the system and I looked at the screen to see if I could help him figure it out.I asked him to cancel the transaction and he called the manager. We cant cancel was the response. To make it worse, they REFUSED TO GIVE ME the finance companys customer service 800 number to cancel the darned contract and get my down payment back !!!!! I left with with a $500 contract they couldnt cancel, no cell phone and no where to call to get help. In all my life, I have NEVER had a worst experience.Yes, I agree with other post-- No one there spoke English.
