They left my little brothers Xbox box with no screws in it, seems like they wanted us to return so they can “fix it” again, I don’t recommend anyone coming here.(to the owner below the Xbox did have screws in it cause I checked before bringing it to you still don’t recommend)

Straight forward waste of time. Lack of adequate knowledge of simple communication. First message says no charge to check it for diagnosis. A month later trying to get me for a $50 $$ deposit payment. ?? For what. It was my ps4 to begin with. It went from 70$ for part and labor. To over 100$ . If I would reccomend someone. Just not this person. Shady records.

This guy broke my screen while changing out the charging port on my Note 5 and then wanted me to pay to fix it.I went to Repair Squad on Alton Gloor across from Burns Elementary to have them fix it. Much more professional and cheaper prices.

Very professional and helped me out extremely fast. I had broken my screen and the next day after calling they had the screen called me over and fixed it. Totally recommend to go here because most of the other stores I called only did iPhones but Neiborhood Geek fixes andriods, iphones and other electronics. They made my day!!😊

Super bad service. They are supposed to give me my cell phone with a new screen and when I go to pick it up, it doesnt work. They tell me that it is the last one they have and that it was time to close and come back another day. Mr. Rolando López STILL DARE TO GET ON THE PAGE OF MY BUSINESS TO MAKE A BAD COMMENT ABOUT ME. At no time was I rude to him, far from it! I dont know if he expects me to behave like him so that he understands me, I was just serious about it and of course I wasnt going to fight because if he didnt do the job well, what could I do, nothing. I just asked him to put my old screen on, broken of course. It made me waste two hours waiting for something that didnt fix. AT NO TIME HAVE I ATTENDED MR IN MY STORE TO WRITE SOMETHING BAD ABOUT ME. IF YOU GO AT THE TIME YOU LIKE, YOU ARE WELCOME AND I WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. I AM NOT RUDE AS YOU SAY IN YOUR MESSAGE.
