As an older user of cellphones, whenever I have trouble, I appreciate someone human to help solve my problem with my cell phone. Sidney was amazing and kept working to solve my email problem. I had visited another TMobile site and was told they could not help me. I went to another service that provides my email service and got no help. Went to this site next to Sherwin Williams and was absolutely thrilled to be treated like I was the only person on the planet at the moment. Thank you very much!!! I will keep going here from now on because of the personal care of this young man.
Had to make an impromptu trip to T-Mobile today and I was provided with great customer service! Because of the current situation, they had new social distancing guidelines that we have to follow. Neither of the employees hesitated to remind customers of the new guidelines and made the visit experience very comfortable.Sidney, Danny, and Javier were all excellent! Danny and Sidney were very patient with all my questions and concerns.Thank you, T-Mobile!

When to fix the colour on my phone cause I have a greyscale and soon as I left made a phone call and it got back to the greyscale so they didnt do anything very dissatisfied

Not many people early in the afternoon so I was attended right away. Arturo and his manager (didnt get her business card) were very helpful and explained every plan available. Enjoyed their salesmanship, out was thorough and professional but not pushy. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Very disappointed at there customer service. Waited almost 2 hours and did not get serviced, They do not comply with what they say when reaching back to actually solve the issue. Seems like our time or business is not considered. 👎🏻
Customer service really care for its customers, not like others. It may be the most transparent cell phone company to switch, honestly. Ill update the review but be sure you wont have surprise fees in your bill if youre with T-mobile.

Only boots to android recovery.Reset fails.T-mobile issued refurbished Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime.2 weeks later Grand Prime arrives.Take phone in for exchange.Will not exchange because battery water sticker. Even though sticker was white.Will not exchange because corner is chipped.Canceled T-mobile. Move to different carrier.

I had great customer service by Efrin and Daisy there was another guy that also helped us that day I just can’t remember his name. I was upgrading my phone and when I realized the fotos and video I had of the last 5 months of my sisters life including funeral services weren’t transferring I started to feel a panick come over me it was overwhelming. I could help but cry and tell them then I don’t want the new phone. They assured me I would loose anything. They were patient with me and helped me until I was able to transfer everything. I now have all her pictures stored in a safe place. Thank you T-Mobile staff I will forever be grateful
Someone doesnt answer the store number. horrible. ive called at multiple times. 1 time i stayed on the line for over 20min what it takes me to show up to the store. i got there and they asked me yes mam can we help you me: yeah can someone answer the phone!? the look on their faces was priceless. Answer the dam phone people!!
The place is well organised, every time I go in there someone will be there to help me in a matter of seconds, and the staff have been very friendly up to now. Overall the experience at this T-Mobile store is excellent.
