I had a great experience buying my 06 Camry from Jim at Showcase Discount Autos. Hes been in the business for over 15 years and knows how to find good cars. He prices them right at NADA price and was super helpful to me in navigating the process of finding a bank who would finance a car older than 10 years. At the bank, the rep I worked with said he has financed many auto loans for customers of Jims in the past and that he truly believes that Jim is the most honorable used car salesman he has ever heard of. If we could give Jim 6 stars, we would. Weve never experienced someone going above and beyond to the degree he did, when we were in the process of finding a used Corolla. There were a couple of minor issues we noticed after test driving the car. He had them fixed, including new brake rotors and tires, cutting into his profit by a thousand dollars, but our safety on an upcoming drive to California took priority for him. Hes the only used car dealer we found with a 5-star rating, and he totally earned it.

Absolutely the best car buying experience we have ever had!! Jim is fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, and sincerely wants to make sure you get the best car at the best price! I recommend calling first just to be sure he can meet you in person. His lot is actually indoors inside a very nice workshop located at the end of a commercial building, so its a little different than what you might be used to. Jim is very accommodating, he moved 4 or 5 other cars to make sure we could have a good look at the one we were interested in, and let us take our time on the test drive (no he does not go with - doesnt like to do that - how refreshing!). My wife and I bought a car from Jim Sweat, the owner and operator of Showcase Discount Auto, right around Thanksgiving. The quality of Jims vehicles are very good and they are priced fairly. We bought a 13-year old Honda that looked and drove great. Jim even threw in some free gifts (Vikings cooler anyone?!)I was really impressed by the customer service we received. The day after we brought our car home, the check engine light came on. We were a little concerned. We called Jim and he told us some simple things to check. He said if the light didnt go off, we should bring it in later that week to have his mechanic look at it. The light didnt go off, so I brought it in. Jims mechanic, right next door to the dealership, fit me in on a busy day. The mechanic quickly diagnosed the engine light and found it was a bad sensor that needed to be replaced. Jim came right over and took care of the total bill for the repair, which was about $200. Jim even gave me a ride over to Fleet Farm so I could shop while the car was being worked on. Great service and no pressure. I definitely recommend Showcase Discount Auto!
