I visited Lupient Nissan of Brooklyn Park this past week, and worked with Military Mike on finding the perfect car for me. He was very communicative with me before our scheduled test drive, and helped explain several features of the car my mom and I both found helpful (blind spot detection and lane assist, android/Apple connect, etc). Mike was helpful in all aspects and really was apart of the entire process, answering any of our questions! My only critique (which I know sometimes cannot be helped depending on the time of day) was the amount of time we spent waiting to get all the paperwork filled out. With that being the only detractor, this is still easily a 4 or 5 star review of Lupient Nissan of Brookly Park and Mike!

Went in to look at some lightly used Kia Sorento and Sportage vehicles. I really dont enjoy working with overly emotional, manipulative, or high pressure sales reps. I lucked out at he used car lot at Lupient! Mike Worden was an awesome sales rep. Mild mannered, honest, very helpful, low pressure, communicative, but non-manipulative. Unless he used an advanced Jedi mind trick on me, but I kind of watch for those things. Anyway, I highly recommend Mike!

Love how fast I got in. Steve was excellent in providing great customer service. I had questions on my traction and on snow tires. Steve showed me where on my vehicle was the on/off traction. Got me a price on snow tires as well. I knew him at Morries and Lupient is very fortunate to have him there.Great five star performance and on my first time to Lupient Nissan.

The service from Steve is fantastic. He takes the time to explain any of the issues and ensures you are comfortable with the repairs needed. He will let you know if the repairs are urgent or if you can afford to wait. A very honest person. My car is always returned when promised and I get 5 star service every time.

Tommy and Jamie were so awesome. I called made my appointment, and was late ( it was no big deal to Tommy). So I drive the Sentra and loved it. Told Tommy what I wanted and what I could do. So between Tommy and Jamie I got that Sentra. It was the FIRST car dealership I was at where they listened to what I wanted to do and understood why. No pressure, no hassle and great people. I recently took a 2013 Nissan Sentra which I had just purchased to Lupient Nissan because the CVT transmission did not seem to be operating correctly. The vehicle was evaluated and returned to me with a diagnosis that nothing was wrong with it. It was confirmed during this evaluation that the transmission had been replaced earlier this year at another Nissan dealership as a warranty replacement. After I got the vehicle back and drove it again I was not fully convinced that everything was fine with the transmission so I contacted Steve Tursso, the service manager. Steve invited me to drop the vehicle off again and he would personally drive it and make sure that it was fine. He ended up having one of his technicians clear the computer and reset it for the transmission. Additionally, he verified that the software for the transmission was the latest version. Steve then drove the vehicle himself for 15 or 20 minutes to confirm that the vehicle drove and shifted fine. I was very satisfied with the level of customer service I received from Steve and his team.

I have recently started taking my 2012 Altima to Lupient after my previous dealership closed. I was apprehensive about a new place at first, but I have been happy to discover that Adrian and the entire service department have been very knowledgeable and helpful.

Bought a vehicle on 10/27. Waited around for them to detail the vehicle and to get the paperwork started for purchasing than other dealerships. The vehicle i purchased on 10/27 has a failed rear shock that created a puddle on my garage floor 2 days after purchasing. Called the dealer 3 days in a row with the run around. They dont care about their customers once you sign the paperwork. I know other dealers would fix the issue without any questions asked. Waste of time and money. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Just found out Morries Nissan was sold to Lupient on July 1, 2020. As a customer that has bought 3 cars in 5 years, you would think they would send something out to let us know. But since Lupient won’t honor any of the service agreements that were part of the sales agreement, I need to go to another Morries dealership to take advantage of my discounted service plan.I called to schedule service and it took 4 hours to get a call back. That’s unacceptable. Sorry Lupient, you just lost a customer. I will drive out of my way to buy my next vehicle and for service.
