Best auto place in town. Chris and Allen are amazing very nice and inviting. You walk in and you feel a home... Derek is great mechanic. This team has kept a old car running and definitely good with putting up with the pain in butt costumers....

This Automotive Shop is amazing. They do an excellent job with the vehicles they treat and give great suggestions on taking care of your car. They also work with you on pricing and payments. They work very hard to create a relationship with you. My Partner and I brought in both our cars. We got all our tires replaced, oil changes for both cars. They found a crack in one of the rims and very quickly and professionally took care of it. Gary was amazing in constantly keeping us updated on the progress of the cars. I recommend them to everyone now.

I brought my corvette in for a balancer/dampener replacement, was impressed with Derek the gentlman who worked with me, dropped my car off late friday and was ready Tuesday afternoon. driving home i noticed the steering seemed a bit off, Derek told me to bring it back the did an alignment on my car and everything was perfect. i will bring all my cars there in the future, totally trustworthy and i recommend highly!! thanks guys for your work!!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! They are rude and dishonest to their customers.I brought my vehicle here to get an engine swapped. They told me it would be about week. Later I get a call saying they needed it for another two weeks but they wouldnt tell me why. I called back again and again until someone finally gave me an answer. A mechanic told me that while they were pulling out the old engine they didnt unhook everything, so they ended up ripping out the electrical wiring in the engine bay. They had to rewire the entire car and then put the new engine in. I was NOT happy.After waiting a month, they informed me my vehicle was ready. I picked it up, paid the bill, and left. Immediately, after leaving I noticed my car was not running right. It would not shift properly and there were a number of other electrical issues going on with my car that werent occurring before I left it with them. If someone would have test drove it, they would have noticed it wasnt right. I turned around and went back to the shop. They said they would work on it some more.A few days later, they called and said they got it fixed and it was ready for pick up. Second time I go to pick up the car, still has the same problems as before. I again go back and tell them it still isnt working right. By now I am livid that they keep telling me it works and it clearly doesnt. Im upset they are lying to my face and hoping I wont notice my car is messed up. Gary, the manager, tells me they dont know why the car is not working properly and that l will just have to take it to a different auto shop to have them sort out the issues. His guys had no clue what they were doing and Gary was just trying to absolve his shop of the issues they had caused.As my car was not working properly and was in worse shape then when I left with them, I demanded a refund. Gary refused and became very rude and combative. I asked him Why should I pay you for services when you didnt fix the vehicle? It doesnt work!I ended up going to a different auto shop and they were able to fix it right away. I sent the bill from the other shop to Smith Nielson demanding they reimburse me. No response. I have since filed a complaint against this business with the Better Business Bureau.STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS!!! They scam their customers.*Anonymous Review*

Have had many repairs here, and will go back. Had a problem 1 time, but they were fair with the resolution. Your chance of a comeback is low, the dealers have comebacks also, but charge way more. I have a few other friends that use Smith Nielson and are happy.

Good honest work, done quickly, and at a very good price.I knew I was overdue for a potentially very expensive routine service, plus a potentially expensive mystery problem on top of it. Total bill could have been around $2000, and I knew it. Smith Nielsen gave me a guess over the phone as to the problem, and an accurate estimate for the potential cost.End result: all repairs done for under $800. A less honest garage could have billed me the full amount I was bracing for. Kudos to Smith Nielsen! I am now a loyal customer and am telling others about my experience.

I don’t even know where to start with this company. So I got my struts I provided for them to put on and in deed they got put on but I brought it back for a second tome for them to check over them due to hearing nosies. Long story short, they did not tighten my struts which they suggested they check over everything charging me $35. They couldn’t figure out why it was making that noise so they robbed me for that oh and while They had it they lost my fine key. They replaced it but couldn’t compensate me for having to drive to the dealership to get the new key. Not to mention I sat there for an hour and I drove 25 mins there and back for them to test drive the car once again. They still couldn’t find out what was wrong. Now I brought it to the ford dealership and they are telling me I have a transmission lead therefore how can this company not known about this leak when y’all supposed checked over every. Ford also told me that my back struts are leaking so if you did a check like you say you did, how can you not have noticed this? DONT GO TO THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE SHITY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE MECHANICS WHY DO YOU THINK THEY HAVE THE NOW HIRING SIGN UP IN FROMT.
