A couple months ago my car was in a horrible accident, I was definitely stressed. Leaving my car at the hands of Steven and his team was the best decision I made during this process. Steven kept me informed every step of the way and answered all of my questions I did not have to deal with my insurance they handled everything themselves. I would definitely recommend this shop! This was my first time using Fix Auto and they were AMAZING. The front of my Rav4 was hit in an accident needing a full front replacement as well as a new fog light and much more. They gave me daily texts and calls to update me on the progress of my vehicle which gave me peace of mind. They connected me with a rental vehicle next door as well and that process was so smooth and easy. My car looks absolutely amazing. Not only did they clean the outside of the vehicle but tidied up the inside as well. I couldn’t be happier and will be taking my business here again if need be. I can’t recommend this team enough! My car had an accident during a snowstorm last December and I was referred to Fix Auto by my insurance agent. Fix Auto quickly fixed the damaged front part. However due to airbag deployed, they have to replace the SRS unit for safety purposes. Unfortunately I have to wait very long time for the part due to chip shortage. My insurance offered me total loss but I like my car very much and would like keep it. Steve King, operation manager spent lots of time to communicate with local dealers and Acura Client Relation to locate the part. He is very kind to keep my car in his garage about 9 months until my car was fixed. He is very professional and Fix Auto did an excellent job to fix my car. We had hail damage from last summer that needed to be repaired. Fix Auto was able to get us in quickly via emails with Monique. They came and picked up our vehicle at my work place and left me with a loaner to drive. They let me know that I would get our vehicle back towards the end of the next week. I received texts with updates as to where they were with repairs. The picked up on Thursday and on Monday I was informed that they had someone work through the weekend and my vehicle was ready. This made me very happy with the efficiency at which things got completed! Fix Auto then set up for a tow company to pick up and deliver our vehicle to our house in Eagan on Tuesday. The vehicle looked great and all hail damage was repaired. Most of the process was done on the phone which made this a very easy thing for me due to my schedule. Fix Auto was recommended by our insurance agent and I was pleased with the service that we received!

I had hope it could be fixed and kept my car as it was in excellent condition with low miles and never could I have bought another one like mine with the loss payment from Insurance, I was told to see the team at Fix Auto because they can fix anythingSo I did and boy what outstanding of a job they did and they gave me daily updates and was always in communication with me. It was a big job but it didnt take as long as I thought it would. They made my car beautiful and I am very happy with them and I got a new car again and would use them again and highly recommend Fix Auto and the team of workers from the receptionist to the whole auto workers.

I recently bought a 2021 Toyota Venza hybrid, and was a victim of a hit and run. I was so worried that my car wouldn’t look the same again but Fix It Auto fixed everything to the point where it looks just like I drove it out of the lot when I bought it.

Went to AAB and they were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. They were able to order my car part and install it within the same week! I will definitely go back here if need be! They even helped patch up my car while I was waiting for the part to come in so that I wouldn’t get further damage in the meantime.(My insurance had me initially get a quote at Caliber Collision next door and they were going to have me wait two months to get a less than hour appointment for a part replaced.)

I took my car here to get an bumper fix, and they were fast, and professional. They would call on a daily basis to get me updates, and to let me know where they were at with my car. They made the process way easier for me. If you ever need auto body work done on your car this is the place to go.

Took my car in for repair after an accident, they put a used tail light in that had a huge chip that was very noticeable they also did not line up my bumpers the right side had a big gap, had to take it back a week later to get the work they never did and then they was to fix the bumpers and Aline them up correctly they left side is fine the right side doesn’t have the huge gap but it’s not lined up correctly. Very very disappointed.

Work was outstanding. Only wish I had known my car was being taken from Brooklyn Park to the other location. I would have just gone there in the first place

I am so happy with the service at American Auto Body. Unfortunately my vehicle was hit while parked on the 4th of July. Our insurance company recommended American Auto Body as a preferred body shop. They also provided me with a free loaner vehicle. Everyone I worked with there was so kind. From day one when I picked the loaner I was reassured that everything was going to be fine and that my vehicle will be taken care of. I was updated a couple times a week on where my vehicle was in repairs. I felt totally confident that my vehicle was in good hands. Once I got my vehicle back, I was so impressed by the work done. I couldn’t believe how perfect it looked after all the damage. I am so happy to have my car back and am so grateful for having worked with such great people!

Went here to get an estimate on some accident damage back on december 17th. went great but then they repeatedly told the insurance company that I never came in for the quote. Now numerous calls and emails later it is January and I am just finally getting the info myself and sending it to the insurance company. Will never trust them to handle anything again.

When I purchased my new BMW I didnt even have it 3 weeks when someone ran into it with a pedal bike. Scratched and dented the front bumper. Of course I was nervous getting it fixed, it was brand new! After talking with Matt about my concerns he eased my worry. I have a super busy schedule with my business, and he had a great gal come to pick up my car from my work, and drop off a loaner, and in 2 days, dropped it back off in perfect condition!! I had some front driver side damage to my Prius due to a badly misplaced construction cone. I never had a claim on my car before, didnt have a second vehicle and my insurance didnt cover a rental. I was referred to American Auto Body because they offer free loaners. Not only did I get a free loner car but the customer service I received was second to none. I could tell they truly cared. It was such an easy, stress-free experience. They kept in contact throughout, letting me know the progress of my car, which was very reassuring. When I got my car back it look like new and was cleaned inside and out too. If every I have to get my car fixed again I wont go anywhere else. Highly recommend them.

We brought our vehicle in to get repaired after it was hit. From the first time I talked to Matt there I knew this was the right place. I was referred to him from another repair man who didnt do body work on vehicles and we were extremely satisfied with their service and their quality. When we picked the vehicle up it looked brand new both on the outside and with the cleaning job they did on the inside. The cleaning the inside was totally unexpected as I thought they were just going to repair the outside and maybe wash it, but the vehicle was cleaner than when we bought it from the dealer. I would highly recommend Matt there and the rest of the team. In the middle of winter they were busy so it took a while to get in there but after having vehicle fixed there I wouldnt go to another body shop again!! Well done everyone from Emma at the desk and meeting me when I dropped vehicle off and looking everything over to Matt handing me the keys shaking my hand and thanking me for the business and truly seemed like he cared about me you just dont see that type of customer service that much anymore! Worked with the salesperson Justin Neuman on getting my 2002 Jeep Wrangler fixed after being side swiped. He did a great job getting back to me quickly and with a very reasonably priced quote. Great experience at the Auto Body Shop! I was in the unique position to pay for one repair out of pocket; to use my own insurance to replace a cracked windshield; and to use another persons insurance to pay for damage due to being rear-ended. American Auto Body handled all three claims for me. They gave me a reasonable estimate for my out-of-pocket repair, and came in almost to the penny! I gave them my insurance info for the windshield repair and didnt have to do anything else with that one. I gave them the name of the person who accidentally ran into me, and didnt have to do anything else there either!Not only did I get a nice rental car, AT NO ADDITIONAL COST, while the repairs were being done - the repairs were done when they said they would be; the cost was exactly what they said it would be; and my vehicle came back MUCH CLEANER than it had gone in! Thanks, American Auto Body - because of your professional and transparent communication, because you made this so easy for me, I will recommend you to anyone that needs auto body repair!
