They were super helpful with my truck when it was brought to their lot after an accident. Everything they did was much appreciated, they helped make the process so much easier. Citywide service has always shown up in a good matter of time and I have never had any complaints. They are always professional & outgoing, and the selflessness their staff have shines bright. Tom is an amazing mechanic also if you are in need of a honest mechanic that loves what he does. The disbatcher is always so caring & she works very well with others, especially whenever I call her with a random question. 10/10 would recommend.

The lady on the phone was very informative and when I got there It was a fast processes of able to go and take my belongings and leave.Con: The cost is a staggering of $500+ for towing and the four days of being there.

I called Citywide because I got a flat on a horrible stretch of highway with no good place to pull over and change the tire. I called with the intention of getting a tow to my house which was less than half a mile a way. Nick came quickly and instead of just hooking my van up to tow it, offered to bravely change my tire and put the spare on all while no one moved over or slowed down for him.He was friendly, quick, and efficient!Thank you Nick!

Dead battery on a freezing Minnesota night in a Target Parking lot. A tow truck driver swings by out of the blue because he noticed us, brings a battery board and jumps our van in just a few minutes. Then he’s off to help the next guy down the aisle with his frozen car and only takes a thank you in payment. I appreciate it and I’ll remember Citywide when I need a tow.

A BIG Thank You to City Wide for coming to the rescue for my wife and me. We unfortunately were forced off the side of the road by an adjacent car that had lost control during the most recent ice storm. City Wide sent a truck as soon as they could (there was a major pile up so we had to wait for a good 4 hours), but they arrived as promised and the driver, David, was absolutely wonderful and beyond helpful. My battery went dead in a parking lot. When I called City Wide, the phone person was cordial and a careful listener. The tow truck guy came in less than 15 minutes. He was pleasant and friendly. The problem was solved quickly, and he explained why the battery might have gone dead and recommended I have the battery checked. They charged $75, which I thought was fair. Great service!

After I was car-jacked, they attempted to charge 500.00 to retrieve my vehicle. Also, there is damage to the front of my vehicle that wasnt there before. Not saying that was their fault, but an observation. Also when I was given the keys, they did not tell me where in the yard the car was. I walked around for about 10 minutes while it was snowing trying to locate my vehicle.

They were terrible took my car without letting me know there were here and I had to drop the keys off at the dealership I definitely would not recommend they guys

They helped me out on a super hectic day! I was finalizing a few things around town before I met people to start helping me move to my new place, and my tire decides it time to go flat at the bank. The dispatcher was really understanding and had a driver out there to rescue me in less than 10 minutes. He brought me right where I needed to go to get it replaced and within an hour of my fiasco I was back on the road. Could not have done it without the helpful staff at Citywide!

City Wide was super amazing with helping my fiance and I yesterday. They explained everything we needed before we arrived and were super helpful. Very polite and so caring with helping due to my father in law being in ICU. Couldnt get motorcycle loaded and Matt brought it to our house and called for us to meet him. Throughout the years, we have had three vehicles towed by Citywide. Two cars and a motorcycle.All three times the drivers have been respectful, empathetic and gone above and beyond to help us out. One of the times was our mistake so we had to get it out of their lot. The admin there was helpful and got ya out quickly.Getting your car towed sucks but this company makes the process as smooth as it can be!

My vehicle was towed and brought to their impound lot this past Monday after office hours. I called in the morning before I went in to know the requirements and cost to get my vehicle back. Given the situation I was pretty upset over it all, probably not the most friendly and didnt feel that my vehicle was towed for legit reasons. But the dispatch staff handled things and my attitude very well. I didnt understand why I needed to bring the documents I did but the lady I spoke with was very patient and detailed about why and what needed to happen so I could get my truck back. The pricing was fair and the office staff was very nice. The driver in the lot was very attentive in helping me find my vehicle in the mix of the other vehicles, and when it didnt start he helped me get going. I guess if you have to end up in a situation that puts your vehicle in an impound lot, Id definitely take these guys over the lot that my vehicle was at when I got into an accident in Anoka. But thats a whole different 1 star review!

Super friendly & knowledgeable, and awesome service! They were running behind on a particularly busy day, but the technician discovered immediately that my battery didnt need a jump but actually had a bad wire. Not only did he fix it quickly on the spot, but he did it as a courtesy because he got there a little later than expected. Being stranded on the roadside is never fun, but the great service Citywide provided made it not too bad in the end!

Had my car towed be cause of mechanical issues and blocking traffic. Champlin PD required me to use citywide instead of my preferred towing company. however no regrets. Went to office to pay to have my car released and the lady at the BP office was very professional and courteous.

This past week was the 2nd time I needed battery charge help in the past year and a half. I was most fortunate to have the same mechanic come to my rescue (curt) and he couldnt have been more responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. I dont often write reviews, but the service received from curt at citywide towing service was exceptional and most worthy of a 5 star review! My car died at 6:30 a.m. on the way to work. The only other towing place in the area was completely rude, and not empathetic at all telling me it would take over 2 hours to get to my location! Citywide Service was there in 20 minutes despite traffic. The driver Jim was very empathetic, friendly and helpful. Got me to where I needed to get to for my car to get fixed quickly, and was charged about $100 which I fully expected. Thanks to them for helping me in a very stressful situation.

Someone hit me bent my front bumper into my tire, called citywide they came and got me of the road in about 20 minutes very quick and very very respectful.

This business is absolutely overpriced. They were contracted by the MGPD to tow my vehicle after an accident and have outrageous first day fees, along with overpriced towing costs. I signed my vehicle over considering it was totaled and liability insurance. Was told that the money they collect from the scrap yard will cover their cost to bring the vehicle to the scrap yard. What an absolute joke

During rush hour traffic my car stalled at an intersection. I called Citywide Service for help. About 10 minutes later, Brett from Citywide Service arrived and towed my car to the dealership. Brett was very professional, courteous, and efficient. I would absolutely recommend Citywide Service.

I was arrested had my car impounded by them and it sat 15 days in their lot until i could get money together to get it out. Unbeknownst to me my passenger window was open the entire time and my interior was totally ruined and covered in maggots because I had some garbage on my floor. Thanks a lot guys, I wouldnt have even paid the fees to get it out if I would have known it was going to be like this.

This business is a total rip-off and a mushroom operation. They lie and advertise on the internet that they are open 24 hours but in reality, it is all a lie. The truth is that they are open just only to tow peoples cars in, and they also have someone that answers the phone for them and that person also tows cars for them all night long, but then they will NOT allow you to pick your car up except between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. But they dont tell you that when you call. And the city of Brooklyn Park doesnt tell you that either.It is a shame that a city the size of Brooklyn Park would award such a big towing contract and the license to tow peoples cars all night to such a sub-standard business and sub-par operation. This is a SCAM of a business. They are only interested in one thing only, and that is how much money they can rip off innocent people. And why does the BPPD use such a rip-off operation? The city can do much better than that if they care about their residents. I will file reports wherever necessary. I called in the afternoon about 4:00 pm and they told me how much I had to pay and that I will first have to get a release from the BPPD but they never said a thing that their pick up hours ended at 5 oclock. And after I went and got the money and arranged for a ride to go and pick up my car, I called the guy who answered their phone at night and told him that I am trying to pick up my car but and how do I pay? He answered cash or credit card but never said that I could not get my car until I got a ride over there and then he said that I have to wait until 8 am the next morning. To me, they are doing this so that they can charge me another extra day of storage. THIS IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY!First, they charge you for a tow fee plus the first day and thats as soon as they hitch your car up, and then every single day after that. If any towing business cannot stay open for 24 hours for people to pick their cars, then they are definitely not qualified enough to tow peoples cars in a city the size of Brooklyn Park. The guy who answers the telephone at night is totally unprofessional. He sounds like he is either drunk, high, incoherent or uninterested, or maybe all of the above. He hangs up on people rudely and does not even know how to talk to people in a professional or courteous manner. This guy is super-rude! He should not even be working with the public at all. He acts like he does not give a damn about anything. He is totally incompetent and lacks professionalism. Get rid of him.

My bike broke down on my way home from work last night and I called about 12:45am and was hooked and heading home by 1:20am, even tho the tow was a little more expensive then I was used to, I drove tow truck for almost 20 years up till 2016.. but anyhow TJ was fantastic and very careful with my motorcycle, I do recommend them, and tj for sure! Keep in mind the negative comments have alot do with people having their cars impounded... its all the towing companies fault for them having 4 to many beers...... or no insurance or warrants... lol take that into account with the reviews.... thank you TJ! Never good to need your vehicle towed. We hit a deer in the country, it was dark and cold and a long way from home. Called Citywide Service and Blair came out to save the day. Turned a traumatic event for four little kids into a memorable one. Blair was polite, accommodating and professional he got us loaded up and dropped us at home before taking our truck to the bodyshop. He even followed up with a confirmation that my keys were safely in the bodyshop drop box. Put this number in your contact list - youll never know when you might need it!!

I had a transmission failure and needed a tow to the dealership. The dispatcher was friendly and told me that theyd call when they were on their way so that I could meet them. Matt, the tow operator, was very friendly and even reminded me to check my insurance policy for tow coverage. He took payment, emailed me a receipt, and had the car at the dealership in no time. I hope that I dont need their services again, but I would recommend them.
