I bought a used 2011 Camry LE in April from Walser Experienced Autos. The service was really good. Leobardo was very helpful and brought the car to my house for test drive, and later also delivered the car to me. I didnt have to leave home at all and all the paperwork were done at home and/or over phone. It was a nice experience making buying a car a lot less stressful during peak of a pandemic situation. They also got me a good rate for auto financing. Im loving my new car bought at an affordable price and would highly recommend the dealership.

Scott Hurley did a great job helping us acquire a car for our son to take to college. We had done our research online and knew what we wanted but he didn’t pressure us at all and gave us valuable financing advice so that we could help our son establish his own credit history. He and his manager went out of their way to help us secure a great deal on financing even on a holiday when most banks were closed. He also arranged for a remote auto glass technician to come to our home within days to fill a small chip filled in the windshield during the COVID-19 pandemic—where service was hard to come by—so that issue was fixed before our son left the state. Overall a great experience. I would definitely trust and recommend Scott for his knowledge of used cars, financing and his great customer service.

Scot Hurley is the Sales person with whom I worked. He is personable, responsive, and respectful of my time. I had quite a few questions so he asked me email them to him all at once, so that he had them in writing and could clarify if necessary.He got them right the first time. As soon as he got them, he set about getting them answered completely. It was not a quick response but it is because he wanted to take the necessary time to get the mechanic’s advise and input. I waited about a week because they are very busy and he demonstrated excellent follow-through. My patience was rewarded because he answered the questions. Since I live 7 hours by car away, I wanted a pre-sales inspection and Walser Experienced took the car to a third-party mechanic promptly and without question. Special shout out and thanks to Josh (?) for stepping in to deliver the car to the third-party mechanic while Scott’s did “daddy duty” and homeschooling.In the rare case when Scott didnt have the answer himself, he found the right person at Walser Experienced who did.I also appreciate that the dealership keeps computer error codes rather than erases them, for complete transparency. In my case. Walser left an error message regarding the transfer case error message rather than erased it.Very satisfied with Scott Hurley, his colleagues, and his Sales Manager at Walser Experienced Auto.

I am assuming I will get the same care for that as I did in buying the car. It seems to be your business model to treat the customers fairly and respectfully.

Scott Hurley was great to work with. When we called on the vehicle we were purchasing, they mentioned there was some bubbling of the paint on the rear liftgate. When we arrived and were inspecting the vehicle, we had trouble locating it. After further inspection with him, we were able to find the very small spot they were talking about. Most people wouldnt have been able to spot this when looking at the vehicle but since they were up front about it, I felt much better knowing they would be honest about what they knew about the vehicle.We were cash buyers and financing nor the extended warranty were pushed on us. Being that we had 2 young kids with us, it was great that he did everything he could to try and get us out the door as soon as possible.

The other staff were great too.That being said... someone needs to reassess the procedures there. Taking a test drive requires the typical copy of DL, plus a copy of insurance, plus a signed loaner form for each vehicle you drive. They are required to wipe down everything before the drive. If a car needs gas, the sales person does it. They do everything, while the service guys stood idle.Then, from the time we said we wanted the car and would pay cash, it took 2.5 hours to complete the sale. Another couple started their purchase at the same time, and they finished at the same time. Ive financed cars on a Saturday in 1/2 the time.

Dave Magnuson was my salesman when I was looking for a used car in August. I was looking for a safe car with reasonable conditions, but with a very limited budget. Dave was very attentive and immediately showed me several cars well within my budget instead of trying to push me over the top line. During the test drive, he was happy to accommodate my request of avoiding the freeways and answered all of my questions to the full extent. Although I eventually purchased my car at a different Walser location, I still really appreciated Dave’s help. He provided a much better service than the one where I eventually purchased my car.

The sales people were really friendly, and not pushy, and they were so helpful. I would and probably will buy a car with these guys in the future.

All around pretty good service from what I at least expected from a car dealership. The only con is that the car I wanted and scheduled an appointment for was taken, but suppose beggars can’t be choosers. Test drove a couple of cars that I was interested in and finally settled on a Mazda 6, with 94,000 miles and a 5 speed manual transmission. Extremely excited to start hitting the road by myself. Hopefully the car is as reliable as they say it is, a friend of mine had the same car with 350,000 miles!

Super helpful, thorough, and friendly staff! They have really great cars and get them fixed up well, while keeping prices reasonable. Nice long test drives allowed. Not pressuring to sell you a car, which made it more relaxed. Staff isnt paid commission, so they really do want to help, not just try to sell you something that isnt actually good. Really appreciate the time and attention we were given. Lots of questions answered. Would recommend! :)
