Just 2 blocks from my home. I went there to have my AC serviced and found them to be very informative and quick in repair. As they inspected my vehicle, they notified me of some things that should be thought about fixing sooner and some that can wait but I should be aware of. They are not pushy at all, just very informative so I can make decisions. Customer service is superb, better than any shop Ive ever been too. They even follow up with me after every service to make sure my vehicle is running okay. Their prices are fair and reasonable. Ive since gone back 3 times with other vehicles I have. I work on my own cars but there are certain jobs I dont feel like doing or dont have time so I have these guys do them. Brett is a great help when I go in. Highly recommend!

Since I made the appointment, I was treated in a professional way with much respect and politeness. They were ready for my appointment. Even when the estimated time was the following day, the repair took place on the same day. My car is running smoothly. They do offer warranty on all their works. As many of these reviews have pointed out, their customer service is fantastic. We actually had a dead battery down the street from the shop the other day, and an employee was kind enough to walk over and help us charge it up. Great people! I also appreciate that during oil changes they actually inspect your car and do things like fill tires, washer fluid, etc. versus some other shops that seem to check it off their list without actually doing it. Finally, really appreciate that they closely inspect your vehicle during oil changes and walk you through any needed maintenance or repairs. Great overall experience!

Ive been to AutoPro Auto Service 3 times now. Im impressed with their awesome customer service. If you bring your vehicle in for an oil change, they not only change your oil, they thoroughly inspect your vehicle and let you know of any repairs you need now or in the near future. I just had my brakes done. I was offered a free loaner and the repairs were done the same day. After one of my oil changes, they informed me that I needed a new cabin filter. i decided to buy the filter myself and to ask my brother to replace it for me. My brother showed me the old cabin filter and it was very dirty. I feel confident in the work done by AutoPro and I trust that the recommended repairs are needed. I highly recommend AutoPro Auto Service!

Havent actually had any work done yet but I have dropped off my vehicle and normally I do 90% of the maintenance myself and this car has something I just cant figure out I guess and Im not a Master Mechanic but Ive heard good things about this shop and personable skills and conversation just with talking to them as I drop my car off Im pretty happy with my decision so far no Ill post something later about how well the vehicle ran or information that they gave me to get my vehicle in better shape than it is so until next time so far so good they called and is a couple of things going on they got to go through so not done wait another day but it sounds like they found a problem I couldnt find which is awesome thanks guys for all your hard work and I will be telling people about you

I had an excellent experience when I took my vehicle in for service. They told me what options were available and there was no pressure to choose one over the other. While they were checking my vehicle they found another issue I had suspected, but didnt tell them about. AutoPro is the only place I get my car serviced! They are always friendly, reliable, and most importantly, honest! Recently i had concerns about my brakes due to some squealing noise heard while driving. Their 50 point inspection showed my pads are in good condition and will need to be replaced eventually but I could use them a few more months. They could have fear mongered me into replacing that day, but their straightforward approach was much appreciated, creating a return customer for life!

All auto repair is expensive, but they were able to diagnose and fix the problem but they had to do some research on how to repair the problem. The free loaner cars are a big bonus the keeps you on the road.

Worked with Darrin and Brett on an electrical issue that was causing my dash, front and rear lights to short out on my 03 CRV. I have installed LED lights and have an aftermarket sound system and not knowing what was causing the issue after taking it to Honda was frustrating. The skinny is, everything I read in the reviews here was right on. These guys are rock solid and honest. Fixed the issue and even went the extra mile to swap back some bulbs on short notice to make me a happy customer. Ive lived in the area for most of my life and remember when this shop was turned into Autopro. Its always been convenient but it seems like in more recent years there have been so many improvements! Not just cosmetic but also with the services that are provided! You know up front what to expect and you arent surprised at the end because there are no secrets! The staff is great and friendly and always working to help you out the best they can. It really seems like they understand your day took an unexpected turn and they do everything they can to get you back to where you need to be! I thought I needed a new alternator, a pretty expensive repair. I called early in the morning and got in within an hour. Darrin looked at my vehicle, found a bad connector that was causing the problem I was having. He fixed it for way under what I was expecting the cost to be and I had my car back within a few hours. It’s running great. They could have easily replaced a good alternator but did the digging and saved me a lot of money by being honest. I’m not someone who usually lets someone else work on my vehicles but if I ever need someone else to do it again, this is where I will go.

Darrin and John at AutoPro are awesome. They fit me in when I can make it and they have always offered a car for me to use in the event they need my car for an extend period of time.Twice my schedule as change and I told Darrin I can only do one part (of two or three things) I needed done to the car. Darrin said, “No problem” will get it all done. He went back to my car and work on it with the service mechanic to make sure everything that was needed was done, even though I was the one that changed the schedule.I believe they give great advice and will work with on a budget.
