Came into the shop a few minutes before my appointment and was greeted right away. Corey had my car rolling into the bay right away, and They had it back out and ready before the time estimate. The repair on the 2 crack/chip spots is great - you have to look hard to see where they were, which is exactly as expected.I was out the door with the paperwork and a solid guarantee, along with a few new wiper blades i had thrown in since I needed them anyway.Overall, great service from this small shop, glad I was recommended.

You can not get a live person on the phone to talk with period. Must be nice to not have to deal with your customers. Never make it hard for your customer to spend money with you. Very first rule of business

I had a 8 AM Saturday morning appointment scheduled and was greeted by Kent with a smile and friendly welcome. When I arrived to pick up my car, he was a ready for me and had a question regarding a separate issue on my car. He gave some quick advice on how to solve the issue. I could have not been more excited and grateful for his help. It was overall an EXCEPTIONAL experience. Appreciate it!

Had my window replaced Twice, first time they put a defective window in Second time guy came out put in replacement everything was working fine the all of sudden none of my windows roll down, I have no way to contact primary store when I have to go through automated service, need my window fixed but cant get ahold of them!

Fast service, made an appointment and an hour later my windshield was replaced. They also handle everything with insurance so you dont even have to make a claim, just go in, replace, repeat.

Great experience! My Husband had his Ford150 truck window fixed after truck being vandalized! They got truck in right away, they worked with my insurance! No paperwork needed from us! The job was quick and professional! Glass cleaned up out of truck and new window is perfect! Friendly employees, great customer service! Nice waiting room! Would definitely recommend!

So i had my windshield replaced on June 27th, long story short. The frames on the side of the windshield came off the same day when I was driving on the Highway, I called the guy who got it replaced he said I’ll tell my manager to order new ones for you. And it’s been a month, every time I call the guy he says i have no idea and sometimes he give me excuses. Recently he stopped answering my phone calls. What a poor service! I tried to call customer service many times and no response.

They said the computers were down and they couldnt make appointments so they would call me back when they had access to appointments. That was a week ago. While Ive been waiting I had it replaced the following day by auto glass specialists, with OEM glass not aftermarket.
