I drop off my 2014 Rav4 for a front end collision repair. Howie call me regarding what is being done, I told him to take a look at the hood, there was damages on it. He reply, if the estimator had miss it the body guy would bring it to there attention. 2 weeks later, I got a call for pickup. The damage on the hood was still there. Howie, goes how did he forget that? They took it in for a hood replacement and paint. A week later, I got a call for pickup. My keyless entry on the driver side was not working. At this point, I am sure you would think the same too. These are some lousy professionals. I told Howie to get out and look at it. I told him how unsatisfied I was with their work. Do they even do an quality inspection before reaching out to their customers? He took it in to get it fix right away.What to expect from this place? Multiple trips and do your own quality inspections.In my profession, I once asked how am I doing? The replied - If I had to be down here much thats not good. I did make sure that didnt happen. Just food for thought.Reading some of the reviews here, I sure Luther Collision has their quality standards. Moving forward, I would love to see more improving reviews.

They call me pick up the car is done. Last Friday i was there and pick up my car and i saw 2 scratches hole on rear door. I comeback inside talk to Lan. He take a look and take pictures.... and he said it look fresh scratches and he said let’s he talk to John he the one take all the pictures for insurance.Next week Lan called me and said . “”Oh oh the pictures flurries they can see that scratches. So if i want i will fix it for you half price””. Im very sure I don’t have that scratches. After I pick up from them i saw it. I have 3 car was done from them but at this time they are disappointed me. Thanks Lan you cheat the customer that’s way.

Walked out. Not one person in a mask or even remotely wanting to respect a costumer during the pandemic.Don’t give them business if they don’t respect your personal health.

My Brand New Car ran into an accident and the front door and back door needed replacement the Bumper also needed some repairs. Howy at Luther Collision and Glass did a great job, I got my fixed car as good as new right on time. Things I liked the most about Luther Collision and Glass- They respect your time, and are great at what they do.

Recommended! I called around for quotes to replace my windshield. Luther Collision and Glass was willing to match the lowest price I found (total price including install and tax). I appreciated that my quote included everything so that I didnt have surprise expense. They were also able get me in quickly (so my sister could use the car to get to class the next morning). I was able to get the first appointment the next morning. Ryan in the office was super helpful. Kirk (the installer who came to my house) was wonderful! Since the place didnt open until 7 am (he came out a little early so it would be done in time), he called so I could give my card info and pay while I was outside. He took the time to recommend putting an additional sealant on the hood because he found rust up there when he replaced the window (my car is older). If I need any windshield replaced again, I will definitely call them!

The service professional greeted me in the parking lot and immediately took my car back for the windshield replacement I had scheduled. He completed the job in half the time I was originally quoted and was incredibly friendly and professional.Additionally, the claims rep I worked with, Beth, was beyond helpful in securing a claim number from my insurance company after they gave us the run around. It took no less than 5 phone calls over the course of 3 hours to work it out but she persisted so that I wouldnt have to pay out of pocket.

Great Service. Contact person Howie explained what initial estimate involved, possible unseen mechanical damage, & kept me posted on progress. Very courteous all around. Was able to have the car rental co. meet me there with rental vehicle. They handled all dealings with insurance co. except car rental. No problem. Got my car back good as new & detailed list of repairs and costs. Definitely will use them again if their services are needed, but hope they arent needed.

This was a great experience; very coordinated effort between car rentals, insurance and Luther. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, and they kept me informed thru the process. They delivered my Jeep, looking beautiful, right on time as they had promised! I would highly recommend!

Has Howie Emery been fired yet? if not, serious disciplinary actions are required to gain me and many customers back. Because they (Howie and his team) did terrible jobs repairing my two cars, I had to take them back three times each). At the third time, I asked Howie Emery (the Lead for the team) whether or not he double check the finishing before calling the customers to come get their cars. He told me that there too many cars, we have like hundreds of them, I will just have to trust my technicians to do a good job. When they said its done, I will just take their words for it. thats his exact words. Is this an acceptable attitude for a manager? You all decide.......

Unbelievable...called to make an appointment and lady on phone requested my card information as a way to hold my appointment spot. I have never repeat NEVER been asked for card information to hold an appointment spot in my entire ife from any auto shop. Shameless business!

Terrible customer service. From the Receptionist woman to the guy who provided the estimate. Other places while shopping around for service were informative, kind and explained the process. This man was completely dismissive, didnt want to share anything about how the damage would be fixed. Told me that its going to get done the right way, handed me a piece of paper and pointed out the labor charge/ paint charge and final price as if I cant read. Dont waste your time, Plus their qoute was higher than other places.

Needed repair done. My estimate was reasonable. It was clean and friendly. Work done professionally. No long waiting. Thanks for being thoughtful for my time.

Used these guys to replace a windshield and had a great experience! Quick and easy and they even took the time to carefully remove my state park pass window sticker from my previous windshield for me without me asking.

Safelite royally screwed up with my windshield replacement and got the sealant everywhere....like, EVERYWHERE. My Subaru dealer (non-Luther dealership) recommended this place to resolve the issue. I got an estimate and wasnt able to book for a few weeks due to my schedule and they worked with me on that. They handled working with Safelite who covered the damage repair and my rental car so I didnt have to worry about the money. The repair took a little longer than originally expected but they did have to repaint about a million more things than predicted, so thats understandable. Looks great now! They even remembered me and my relatively unique problem when I called to schedule the job. They scheduled with Enterprise as well for an easy transition to the rental.

Went on for an estimate on a Saturday appointment, Lan Krost (Service Manager) seemed to be bothered that we were there. (We had an appointment) I tried asking about the buckling on the quarter panel he waved me off dismissively. Looks ary my car for less than 2 minutes, takes pictures and tells us to follow him. Tells us to sit (like were dogs) while he went on the computer. After a while he comes with the estimate, tells us about $2k but doesnt explain the breakdown or what needs to be done. I asked him and his reply its right there in the estimate I asked him worse case scenario if the quarter panel needed to be replaced, with a huff he said it would double it, not taking the time to explain the process. He was the customer service manager and I can tell you not only WONT I will be doing business here, but I bought my last car from Luther auto.

Had my car fixed twice here, once for kia rust Warranty and once from a t-bone accident both times the car turned out great and the color match was amazing.

I was very satisfied with the entire experience. My truck looked great and was done when they said it would be. Everyone that I delt with was friendly and professional. Imagine my surprice when I saw how clean the truck was when I picked it up. Now that is going the extra mile! I was very pleased and would absolutely recommend the work that they do and the service that they provide.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! You will regret bringing your vehicle here for body work. These people created more problems for me than I originally had. They did good body work but they messed up my window, they scratched the paint on the door threshold, and they also left paint overspray all over my dashboard. They forgot to attach the clip which made the window not roll up correctly. They also forgot to attach the assembly that holds on my Fog light. My car interior still smells bad from their paint job. Go to American Auto Body on County Rd 81. That place does perfect work. Go to American Auto Body and you will not be disappointed at all. Do not bring your car to Luther Collision Auto Glass. Worst work I have ever had done. I hope this helps someone. :)

Looks nice, drives bad. They have me take delivery of a car with VSA and Check Engine lights that they said would be fixed after the body work. I would have gladly paid an extra $20 buck in the bill to get the car back with ANY gas in it. Instead they point to a gas station and tell me its out of gas. Car sat for a month. Now it acts like water in the fuel with engine bucking and surging at idle. Had anybody test drove the car they woulda known it had issues. Never again.Update: it was Geico who fell short on covering a $589 in additional Sensor repairs to make it driveable. They hid behind loopholes, stating if I could prove that it was related blah blah blah....The Body work was marvelous. Still could put a splash of gas in it though...

Had to take my car back for scratches that wasnt there when I brought it in and over spray on my windshield and still have over spray on my windshield never take my car back

Avoid this place cause they’re not sincere cause LAN just look me in the eyes and lied to me that my front bumper got damaged from a snow bank. Which isn’t true but I’m glad all pictures were taken by all state insurance prior to my car getting repaired at this shop. Stay way from this place. They also put a cheap $130 bumper on my $25,000 car.

Last year my kid had scratched some numbers into the rear doors of my car. I brought in here to see what they could do about it since I bought my car from a Luther dealership. After they looked at the scratches, I got a quote for $3000. I asked the reason for the high quote, he said Thats how Mr. Luther would have wanted it done. Then he proceeded to tell me that I could just get my insurance to pay for it and just say it was vandalized. Places like this are part of the reason insurance rates are so high. The next day I took it to a body shop down the road from them and they charged me $25 to buff out all the scratches.

Forgot the name of the lady handle my repair but she is the worst.Waste my time, no call, no update. Poor communication. Took a whole month to know the final repair cost.

Bad service! Got my car fixed and it took for a week to get it done while they said it was only 3 days. When I came back, one of my bumper wasn’t replaced even though they said on the paper that they were going to get a new one to replace it and I’ve already paid for the cost

Howie Emery and his team does terrible jobs fixing/repairing at Luther. I am so dissatisfied with what they did, and still trying to repair my two cars. To to all customers who insured with American Family Insurance, if you have to take your car in for an estimate or repair, do not have it done by Howie Emery and his team. Him and his team SUCKS!
