Technician came out while we were away, looked at the wrong window for approximately 30 seconds, and then failed to provide estimate to me despite clear instructions to on how to contact me. When I requested they send someone out to look at the correct window, I was told Id have to pay their $45 service charge since they already came out once.What couldve been easily remedied by another visit turned into a cash-grab. I was willing to give hundreds to them in business, and they threw it away by insisting I pay $45 so their guy could look at the right window. The woman I spoke with, who had been helpful and friendly the first time around, quickly soured when I asked her why I should have to pay this fee considering they had not even fulfilled their promise for the initial visit.Take your business elsewhere; I know I will.

Quick, timely response and scheduling is on your time which works for you, I had no issues or concerns from my initial call to the finished product my install they have much respect for the customer and property I will definitely refer this company to family and friends

The installer was right on time, worked quietly and very professionally. This was a difficult job because the original brand had gone out of business and other glass companies refused to take the challenge. The estimator was also very professional. PLUS 10 TO BOTH!

Im growing increasingly worried that Glass Doctor of Ellicott City will not provide the fourth glass table top we custom-ordered for an end table, even though we paid for all four table tops. When the installer came to our home on March 15, 2021 with only three, he mumbled that the fourth had been broken at the warehouse. I called Glass Doctor right away and the lady said they were looking into it. Four follow-up phone calls within the past two weeks later, theyre still looking into it. Theres nothing to look into ... either make us a new tabletop at no cost if its broken or refund our money ASAP. Another reviewer mentioned the unkemptness of their installer ... I had the same experience. Our installer wore dirty shoes and dirty clothes.

The problem is they have pictures of people working on auto glass on your website and on your Google page but they do not work on automobiles false advertisement b*******

These guys were amazing! The owner personally came and took great care of me. Im sure if he sent any of his guys they wouldve done an amazing job as well. I had my lawn guys come out and a rock decided to jump up and smash my bay window which was an amazing shot. (not really.) Had glass doctor come out and give me an estimate after getting 2 other estimates and they had the best value and guarantee. I decided on the spot I was going with them. The work was done fast and they were very thorough. Watching them dismantle the window was awesome. If I could give them more stars I would. Thanks yall.

This establishment does outstanding work and has great customer service skills. I’ve used them multiple times and was completely satisfied every time. I will definitely recommend glass doctor to anyone in need of glass repair. I don’t have any complaints except I wish I could give them 10 stars instead of 5! Marcus does a superb job!!!

They charge $49 to give you an estimate. If you use them it goes against the bill. The price for them to replace the glass in 1 side of my slider was more than a new slider.

We have used this business several times and had them make glass tabletops for our vulnerable furniture. We have found them to be responsive and the work completed accurately in a timely manner. Our only complaint is the shop is hard to find, but we recommend them and will be using them again. Would have given them five stars if they were less expensive.

Super impressed with Glass Doctor. My kitchen window broke in the evening and they would’ve come that night if I chose to. Scheduled a time to get an estimate which they showed up earlier than expected. Glass was ready and installed within 5 days! Decently priced as well. Would recommend!

Wow.. how rude is the person answering the phone. I had a simple question on price for a broke car door window and instead of nicely just saying that they dont repair car door windows, the person kept repeating we only do windshields...we only do windshields. Great service!

My company paid for a window installation in full 30 days ago and the window is still broken. A tech showed up to our business in bedroom sleepers, a dirty shirt and had a body odor. Still didn’t complete the installation. I asked for a refund and nobody wants to answer the phone or respond to emails!! This is a horrible company!! I will reporting them to BBB

I ordered a glass top for my dining room table and they sent out a technician to do the measurement. Of course, I had already made a measurement of my own. The technician’s measurement was .5” inches more on the length of the table. I had to correct him on the measurement. No big deal but would have been a dealbreaker if the glass was hanging off the table. Second, another technician delivered the table on schedule but forgot to mention the gash on the recently installed wood flooring. My wife noticed it right after he left. I called the main office and Marcus stated he would contact the technician. The technician claims he knows nothing about the gash and should have been reported while he was onsite. Now Marcus is not picking up the phone or answering voicemail. HORRIBLE service. Do not use this company! You have been warned.

I give them no star. They came to fix the my glass window and did a very bad job. There was a big gap in the window and air was coming inside very freely. I gave the money after the installation thinking that it was fixed, but later realized they did a bad job. Then I called them 10 times and informed them that they have to come and fix the window, but they never returned the call. Now the window fell down off the building, now I am back again shopping for a good repair shop

I was told theyd come out for an estimate between 12-3. At 3 I got a call saying their technicians were running late and theyd arrive between 4 and 5. A few minutes after 5 I got a phone call from them and I honestly dont know if they were going to say they needed some more time or they wanted to reschedule, because I quickly told them I had plans I was running late for and I was leaving the house. They said the office would call the next day to reschedule the estimate. That call never came, either. No thanks.

Paid deposit, they never showed for the job and did not respond to calls. Ridiculous.

Do not trust this scam of a company. They only scheduled appt. with 50% deposit which ended up being 60-70% when I saw my bank statement. They screwed up on arrival time so I cancelled and requested refund. That was June 2nd. After calling the company and technician 5-6 times who took deposit for a week still no refund as of June 12th. I left numerous messages. Found out the ellicott city office is a front and they use it for mail only. Do not use this company at all. They are not legit.

When you can get them to communicate and show up, they do a good job. Getting a response is near impossible.

Called them to fix a broken pane. We scheduled a time, they called and stated they couldnt make but would try and would call me to let me know. I never received a call, I then called the next day in an attempt to reschedule. I left a message and never received a call back.
