I stopped in without an appointment to get a quote on trim that came loose due to small accident. The appraiser came out, grabbed a screw driver and fixed it enough to stay secure but not perfect at no charge. Since I was selling the car anyway this was exactly the best outcome for me.

I used Caliber Collision for repair of my truck after hitting a deer- front passenger corner damage including broken bumper cover, broken grille, broken light and fog light and front sensors, and plastic pieces holding everything together. They work with the insurance I have which is Progressive. Process was very easy, and from assessment to quoting to completing the repair they did a great job. Received the truck back clean and looking like new.

This place is a very nice place to have your car fixed. They do great work/repairs! My wife car got vandalized a few months ago and we took it in to be fixed. After a few weeks it was back to brand new. Good quality takes time so if you have an extra car or friends with an extra ride, be sure to ask for it. If your car Is getting looked at the same day. Dont wait, just get a ride and tell them to call you when its ready.

Repairs overall were good, however they left a chip in the paint and claimed that they would follow up to get it touched up, but never did. Also notified me my car was ready to pick up and when I got there, it wasnt even there! It was shipped to another shop and wasnt shipped back until the next monday. Poor integrity.

Aron is knowledgeable in his area of service and very friendly. The process was easy especially since it was a first for me in this situation.

My car was wrecked and needed body work done. It took Caliber 44 days to complete the repairs. I understand they’re busy, but they should definitely let people know up front how long it would take to repairs.

I had a front bumper replaced and painted that was damaged by protective walk barriers, that ripped out my bumper, and did extensive damage to molded cover parts. Also,decorative fog discs; which the original owner installed, but never connected, and didnt work.

Very highly recommend... too often Im leaving negative reviews but they exceeded my expectations. I had a decent outward dent on my trunk lid from overstuffing the trunk. They quoted me a price and found another small dent on the trunk lid that I had forgotten about. They included it in the original prices fixing both within a few hours. The larger dent looked like it required shrinking the metal, no matter what direction or angle you view the panel you cant tell it was damaged. I had a previous poor experience down the street, I wont hesitate to take future work to caliber collision.THANK YOU!

I recently had the misfortune of having a grouse (bird) fly into my vehicle. It became lodged between my bumper and headlight assembly. It dented the corner of my bumper in, and broke a post holding my headlight assembly in place and keep it stable. I attempted to pull the grouse out, and failed. I was concerned about incurring further damage resulting in a higher repair cost if I kept attempting to remove it myself.I drove to the same ABRA Body Shop, now Caliber Collision in Brooklyn Park that I have used for over fifteen years. I have always received great service, and have always left feeling great, and thoroughly impressed with the work done to my vehicle. This most recent trip to Caliber Collision was no different.I made it over to Caliber Collision with just a few minutes before they closed, and just wanted them to answer the simple question of if this repair will exceed my $500.00 deductible, so I could go scrape up the money, and call them back to set up an appointment.The General Manager came out of his office, when he started to hear my story, and offered to come take a look, and answer my question. As he started to assess it, he pushed down on the bumper, and removed the grouse. At this point, Caliber Collison was essentially closed for the day, but he had me pull around the shop where he removed the dent in my bumper. He told me how to further assess the damage at home, and how to remove the one side of my bumper, so I could clean out what was left of the grouse, and check on the headlight assembly for damage. He showed me what to look for as the headlight assembly would most likely loosen over time. He showed me the cracked paint on my bumper from it being dented, and then showed me the overall condition of my bumper with all the rock chips in the paint, and times where it most likely got pulled too far into a snow bank, or fence post. He shared how the process works with the insurance company and that they would end up only painting the surrounding area of the bumper where the grouse had struck it. He advised that it wouldnt be worth the deductible to repair it. He told me that if it was up to him, that he would just wait through the oncoming winter and instead have the whole bumper painted when the paint cracked off due to the extremely cold temperatures. I accepted his advice, and waited for him to write up a work order, so I could pay for his time and efforts, and any associated shop supplies, etc. He said it wasnt worth the short amount of time he spent to write it up, but sincerely hoped I would come back to Caliber Collision for future body shop repairs. I told him that was an easy decision to make for me. That he earned my business over fifteen years ago, and this shop has fixed five of my vehicles, with a sixth coming in the following week for a rust repair around the windshield. I told him that I have steered friends, family, and co-workers to seek out one of his employees by name, so they could get the same meticulous work done on their vehicles. Only to find out they many of them got the same level of quality work done by that employees co-workers. I thanked him profusely. He knew then that he had just treated one of Caliber Collisions long time customers the right way, yet again.I also noted that they have their prevention of the spread of COVID-19 procedures down pat, and felt safe the entire time I was there.If you want body work meticulously done the right way, then go to Caliber Collison in Brooklyn Park. Youll drive away like I have, every time, feeling good about the work that was done, and how good your vehicle looks again.

I had a coin pouch in my center console that I forgot to remove when I dropped my car off. When I received my car back, the pouch was missing. Outside of it being stolen, the whole process was great. For the extent of my repairs, they were done in a timely manner. They kept me updated through the whole process, and customer service was great too. Just make sure you have everything out of car when you use them.

This is the worst auto body shop Ive ever been to never have I ever seen anybody treated so bad theyre shysters only to take peoples money never doing what is expected of them always trying to hustle a person and get them for what they can horrible horrible business people.

Was rear ended and needed to essentially replace the back end of my car and get some significant paint work. The estimate went smooth and I was given a clear explanation of what was needed very soon after. Steve was incredibly helpful and communicated consistently on what was needed and the status of my vehicle. Best of all, the work was completed two days early!! My car was cleaned up quite nice on delivery. I’m very satisfied with the work and will definitely use this Caliber location again if I ever need auto body work in the future.

I have dealt with Caliber on NW Highway in Okla. City, OK on several occasions. They never fail to be courteous and polite and go out of their way to see that the customer understands the repair process completely and is satisfied with all work done. They also go out of their way to keep the customer updated on the repair progress. 20 out 10 for service.

I had an accident in my 2015 Mazda and the people here did a great job. They did a dealership level quality job on the body work, and left my car clean and working 100 percent properly a few days later. The women at the front desk and the repair tech were all very kind to me. Id recommend this place to friends and family.

Avoid at all costs. Got into a small fender bender. They sent my car home with an empty coolant reservoir and blinkers that cause errors in my center dashboard console. To add insult to injury, they refuse to resolve the problem unless I take the car back to their shop. Fool me once...

I was in an accident that involved a rather large deer recently. Caliber Collision was one of our choices with our insurance company, It was 110% the right choice. The customer experience that we received from start to finish was outstanding. Their slogan is, As if Nothing Ever Happened. They are right on it too! Our new 2020 Kia Sorento looks amazing! I am glad they were about to service our vehicle and take care of every repair it needed from this unfortunate incident.

The guys at Caliber Collision were top notch when it came to getting the job done right and as quickly as possible! We brought in one of our work trucks (construction) for some front end damage. They worked with our company insurance and got the repairs done quickly. After, they detailed the truck. They got the truck looking better than the day we bought it new both inside and out. Talk about removing 4 years of dirt and grime from a construction vehicle. We will be using these guys for all repairs in the future.

They made the entire process utterly painless. I would hope I wouldnt have a need for a body shop again, but I know who I will use if that changes.

I was unable to remove my rear license plate on my SUV, as the bolts had rusted in. To get the bolts out, the rear door had to be dismantled. Not only did Caliber Collision do this as I waited (I didn’t even have an appointment), they also didn’t charge me anything! Unheard of in these times! Especially helpful and kind were Marquita and my technician (whose name I have forgotten). Thank you, Caliber Collision!

The staff is always professional and friendly. I unfortunately had to get my car repaired 3 times but they always took care of it perfectly!

Hard to rate them a 5 since it is an auto body shop after all. That said, they delivered my car fixed and on time and were friendly and communicative during the process.

The customer service was fine but they made me wait 2 weeks from my initial call to get an estimate and then we’re scheduled about 2 months out to get a simple part replaced (less than 1 hour of work). Also they keep calling me to “follow up” after I have told them 3x now I already went elsewhere and not to call again.

Its been a long long time since any company in any industry has gone above and beyond, but thats exactly what Steve and the team at Caliber Collision did for me this week.After our vehicle tangled with a deer, my insurance company suggested Caliber Collision. The job was completed in less than two days, and I was informed of the status throughout the process. My hands on was almost zero, as my insurance company and Caliber worked hand in hand to fix our vehicle. They did what was expected.Going above and beyond, our vehicle was having issues starting, and running a slew of error messages. This didnt happen all the time, and when we had an appointment at the dealership to investigate, the symptoms were not occurring. It was going to cost $140 for one hour of diagnostics, I passed.While at Caliber, the issue came up again, and Steve took it upon himself to have their mobile diagnostics guy evaluate it. It was determined the battery had a bad cell and wasnt holding enough charge. Steve offered to purchase a battery from the dealership (at cost) and install it for free.That saved me $140 (or more) in diagnostics evaluation, plus another $50 on the cost of the battery, and who knows what on installation.ABOVE AND BEYOND!I hope to never need Calibers services again, but they have me locked in, if I do.

I was expecting to be without my car for a week yet got a call the next day that car was ready for pick up! WOW! A rock flew up and hit my windshield and left a nice little hole. They were able to have a gentleman come out the next day to my work and have it repaired for me! Holy smokes! You can barely tell there is damage! The man that fixed it was super professional and did an amazing job! The lady I spoke with that initially helped me was very friendly and super helpful! You guys are great!

I expected that it would be a week or two of driving around a rental and paying for insurance while I waited for them to get the parts in, fit them, and match the colors.However, Abra finished up my car in just a few days! It was honestly surprising when they called me and told me my car was finished. If youre in need of a great shop, the guys in Brooklyn Park are a good choice!

Here’s one of these stories that was quite odd because we’re going through an odd time with COVID-19. A story where there could’ve been silo building and fingers pointing in both directions, none of that actually happened!I drop my Prius off at the dealership in Brooklyn Park and worked with Kevin. He is a very good representative. They had brought my Prius down to the Hopkins/Minnetonka location and worked with Manager Paul to balance out the work equally for their corporation. When the Prius arrived back to Brooklyn Park, they had went out of their way and had the vehicle delivered to my home which was greatly appreciated. An hour or two later I notice but I didn’t see at the body shop in Bp there had been some new damage that were scratches around the rear panel. I contacted them and they consulted with the other body shop. They could neither confirm nor deny that it happened at their body shop. They were easy enough to work with, take the vehicle back and repair the scratches along with some other scratches that I knew were on the vehicle before around my gas cover.I would say thank you very much, Manager Paul, Kevin at the BP location and GM Kevin Van Dyke for working with the situation and handling it very professionally. I know it could’ve been just from transporting the vehicle or it could’ve been from a possible employee that didn’t know how the scratches got there from being at the two different body shops. You handled it extremely professionally and accolades to you all!At the end Kevin and Brian ended up delivering the vehicle back to my home without me even asking to do so. All work was done very beautifully thank you!

Took our car in for repairs, after getting the car back we noticed the front bumper cover was not aligned with the fender. We had brakes put on and saw they didnt replace the splash guard in the drivers side wheel well. After many calls. Its been over a month and they finally responded. Our insurance company said If were not happy take it back! They ended up fixing the car, we still wont do business with them.

They are AMAZING!! I had a hit and run back in March and my insurance company had me take my car here. I noticed that they were on my way to my kids school so I stopped in to make my appointment instead of waiting for them to call in 24 hours. They fit me in their schedule that day and got my rental car for me in minutes. They knew my husband and I were leaving on a vacation during the repair and my mom would be home with my kids. See our situation the kindly without even being asked dropped my car off at my house for my mom so she didnt have to worry about picking up the car and loading up the kids. They went above and beyond and I would highly recommend using them if needed again in the future. Thanks Abra Auto!!

Im not sure about the other reviews, but based on the grammar and spelling, the reviews may not be accurate. I was rear-ended and their insurance company sent me here to Abra. Immediately from the get-go, it was nothing but great customer service. They took me through everything step-by-step and Matt (the tech) would keep me updated several times a day. It took two days and I had my car back. They even detailed the inside and out. They did such a good job, I brought my daughters car there after she was rear-ended. Abra ended up being cheaper than several other places. Same deal, she was updated several times a day and her car was back in a day. The only unpleasant part was speaking with the front desk girl. I always felt she didnt care and she could never answer my questions. However, Ill chalk it up to pregnancy brain since she was about to have a baby. In short, Ill be coming back here for everything body repair related!

Customer service is exceptional and attentive. We were well informed about the service. The repair job was done exceptionally well and in a timely fashion.

The person who came out to swap out my old windshield with a new one did a great job. However, working with the shop to schedule someone to come out and the follow-up has been a miserable experience. They wouldnt let me connect them directly to my insurance agent, they had to call multiple times in the same (work) day to get the same information, and now, they send me a several hundred dollar bill for the work that is completely covered by my insurance. Again, the process of working with this company has been horrible. I have a great insurance agent at State Farm, but for some reason this company refuses to work with them. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I brought in my car for some recent auto-accident repair work. Customer service is very friendly and attentive. I didnt feel like a victim or an uneducated customer. Through the repair process, they were always on top of keeping me informed of my cars progress with text messages and phone calls. They also took extra care of my car too by keeping it locked in a fenced area during non-business hours, and they thoroughly cleaned my car inside and out, despite all repairs were done on the exterior. Overall, the work was done to perfection and the service outstanding. Id recommend this location to anyone. Even my insurance company thinks highly of them.

Sean F did my install after some thug last week broke into my brand new truck. Very professional, no damage to plastic door or the bolts. Quality installer recommend asking for him by name. I will keep his name for future installs if they come up. Very satisfied

Nothing much to say. I used to do lawn care for these guys and they loved us. Eventually I left my lawncare job. One day the back quarter glass of my 13 beetle was broke by some kids up in mora. I called up my insurance and they mentioned that Abra was one of their authorized repair shops. I asked them if they could have Abra come out and replace my glass. A van from this specific Abra came out and boom in less than 10 minutes he replaced it and vacuumed any glass I missed.Recently I hit a curb straight on and it messed up my car real good. The insurance gave me a bunch of options of repair but I told them I had a great experience with Abra so I went with them again. So far the process has been straight forward and transparent. Every morning I get a text on the repair progress before I even wake up. I feel at ease with my car in their hands.

I can’t even begin to explain my gratitude for Matt Morehouse and Aaron working the front desk. Someone rear ended me and through a long, lengthy and frustrating experience with the other persons insurance, Matt went above and beyond and personally reached out to safeco for me because they had been jerking me around for several days when all I needed was a rental car. I had my car in after an accident. It took longer than expected. It was smooth enough to drop it off and get my rental car through Gecio but about 2 weeks after I got it back I had an issue where all my warning lights went on, the power steering stopped working, and the speedometer stopped as well. When I called they tried to make it sound like it might not be their issue even though Id already called my dealership and they said that they had not connected a ground correctly when I described the symptoms. They were able to pick it up and gave me a car but kept saying that if it wasnt their fault Id have to pay etc. I kept explaining that my car was still under warranty and that I wasnt trying to pull a fast one. If it had been a warranty issue Id just bring it in to the dealership. Luckily for me it was their fault and I paid nothing as I originally assumed. I got my car back quickly but I was not happy with the overall experience and did not like being treated as if Id done something wrong when it was their fault. I will not be using them again.

Estimate done without appointment and only a short wait. Repair date set and rental car to be arranged and waiting. No hassle since they are approved shop for lifetime guarantee on repair.

The worst shop I’ve ever gone to. Someone hit my right headlight with their headlight, so the passenger fender was pushed back behind the wheel. They took extra days to fix the original accident. Got it back, and then less than 48 hours, the traction control was on, my front right wheel was shaking, my VSC light was flashing, and my engine light was on. They towed out of my garage the next day, a Friday, didn’t hear anything from them so I called them Monday, and they didn’t know where my car was. They found it 30 min later, didn’t fix my new problem just cleared the lights on the dash, gave it back to me the next day, while telling me it wasn’t their fault. Not even 24 hours later, my problem came back and now they won’t even take it back. Super frustrating.

My insurance company suggested them after I was in an accident October 2017 - since Abra had to replace one tire on my vehicle already they offered to do the others as well since the tires all happened to need replacing anyhow. Well, a year later and my rear left tire just completely blew out and the others are in bad enough shape that they also need to be replaced before they too blow out and potentially cause further damages to my car. I called to see if they were under warranty and the person I spoke to at Abra was very rude about (and no they’re not). This is on top of my bumper also beginning to come off. I have never in my life had so many issues with any car I’ve owned and never had any issues with this car until these people got their hands on it. It may have looked fine when I picked it up but the work was clearly not sound. Would definitely not recommend. Will never go back.

Great body shop, great staff and mechanic. I alway use them when insurance is involve, but out of pocket they’re alway out of budget. One time I even gave me a quote and thoroughly looked a my damage car at one point even I wasn’t going to do the work there at no cost. Really nice ppl here.

Just went here for an estimate. Guy was really friendly and quick with the estimate. The estimate was in line with others I have gotten.

I recently got my vehicle back and when I drove away there was a loud grinding sound. Turns out they didnt put the screws back on the panel under my car so I had to duct tape it until I could drive somewhere to get screws. I also realized later that my charger I left in my car had been taken along with about 15 cds I had. Finally the service was hit or miss with some friendly and some extremely rude service members. Would not recommend.

I had a windshield replaced and the molding was done wrong and flew off shortly after and it has been a nightmare trying to get them back out to fix it properly! When calling to schedule an appointment the people there will tell you it’s scheduled but it’s really not or their technicians just won’t show at all! Cameron who I dealt with last was very rude and unprofessional and unapologetic for their constant mistakes and still did not schedule my appointment like he said he did so another day wasted on this company! This is the 5th appointment I had scheduled to fix a molding and 3 times nobody showed up to do it! Avoid this company at all cost!
