I moved out of state and when I went to order new contacts I was told that the lenses he fit me in were not available. I asked if there was a similar contact lens that could be substituted and one of his rude office staff told me that the doctor wouldn’t change the rx! I’d have to find a new doctor and get a new rx or I’d have to drive from Colorado all the way back to be seen by him again. I saw him in July and it is November now so I don’t have a benefit for a contact lens fitting until next year. Unbelievable. This guy is a waste of time and money.
