They treated me horrible they charged me 80$ to look in the back of my eye thats apart of my yearly exam. That ends so im going to look at some glasses and my insurance only gives me a certain amount of money for glasses 130 and you cant add your own money i started looking and i seen nothing that i would be in the range so i asked the lady do you have anything my insurance can afford. She pulled out these draws that were in the display and walks away i seen like 2 then she shows me sunglasses they will make to glasses this point i was so upset i wanted to go home.so now leaving they give me a 400 bill i dont pay co pay i argued with her a little but now she comes up a 100$ price they areSCAM ARTIST SO UPSET

The glasses are expensive and the staff is poorly trained. When I went to pick up my glasses, the young lady waiting on me asked if I wanted to fit them myself or have her do it. I have been wearing glasses since I was ten and I have never been asked this question. I will not be going back.

I found an odd mix here : a very smart and kind doctor working with the most careless and unfriendly customer “service” I had ever seen before !I will never be there again !!!

My wife and I have probably bought 6-7 pairs of glasses here over the past few years. A small fortune and I would not tell my friends what I pay for our glasses as they would think we are crazy. However the staff over the the years and customer service deserve 10 stars. I can’t say enough about the honesty professionalism and quality of our experiences here. This is the same eyeshop as Vizio. They recently joined MyEye. They have been ranked best of Boston. And now I understand why! First contact fitting where my prescription was 100% right in ages. Love it. Free sunglasses for men with their eye fitting! Outstanding place. I also got an appointment within two days, when most places are booked for a month!

Vizio Optic is the best place on the net to shop for right frames. The customer service is second to none. I found a picture of the frames in one of the magazines sold here in Melbourne, without knowing much about it, and just loved it and wanted to get one. I sent an inquiry to Vizio Optic asking if they can help. I ordered eyeglass frames from Vizio Optic and worked with Hilary. The color of frames I wanted was not currently in stock so Hilary had to order them. The customer service was absolutely superior. Hilary kept me up to date from the moment the frames were ordered, arrived at Vizio, and then shipped to me in Columbus, Ohio. I received my new frames promptly. They were packaged with the utmost care and arrived in pristine condition. I was nervous about ordering frames with out trying them on. I brought in the poorly fitting sunglasses I purchased elsewhere and Sean adjusted them for me perfectly - and for free! No more falling off my face when I look down! OUTSTANDING customer service! I was looking for a particular pair of discontinued Face a Face frames that I couldnt find anywhere and contacted Vizio Optic. Instead of just giving me the no, we dont have those type of answer, my sales rep offered to contact the manufacturer to see if they could still be ordered and was able to have them shipped from France. Not only did she ship them to me free of charge, she also voluntarily offered me a 20% discount because they were a discontinued item. I couldnt be happier with my purchase and will definitely purchase from Vizio Optic again. I live in CA and their storefront is in MA but clearly their customer service mentality extends to their web customers as well.

I just received my new Mosley Tribes from Vizio Optic. Everything went really smooth and I couldnt get over how nice and helpful Hilary was with the process. They sell expensive frames and lens-which are nice- but unfortunately the team does not know how to fit the frame. My wife has been to the stores three times and they still cannot get it right- they try to justify that this is the norm- unfortunately, it is probably the norm only for their shop and not the rest of the opticians. I have the same problem with ill fitting frames- which has never happened to me before.

Cant say enough about this place! Superior service, and super stylish frame selection. I have a difficult prescription, and this is the only shop that gets it right. The ability to make appointments online is also a convenient bonus. The doctor, (I saw Dr. Rabkin) really takes her time, is super knowledgable & efficient. I wont go anywhere else!

Great experience! Dr. Rabkin gave me a thorough exam, studied my old glasses, and presented me with glasses options for the computer, and for the rest of life. As a professional programmer, I was very happy to have the computer glasses - they reduce my eye strain significantly, and help me maintain better posture, as I am not leaning in to the screen anymore. I am wearing them now, at the end of a twelve hour work day, and Im not feeling eyestrain or fatigue. At next years checkup, I think I will purchase another pair with the rest of life prescription for going to the theater and driving at night.I didnt expect to be excited about the frames - I just wanted to be able to see well. However, after trying on a number of frame styles, Dr. Rabkin noticed that the texture of the frame against my face was important to me. She showed me a pair of etnia frame made out of some sort of composite material - they have a brushed finish, and feel like balsa wood! Very, very comfortable. They have a very warm texture.Overall, great experience, great glasses, unexpectedly fun and comfy frames. Also quite a bit cheaper than I expected, based on previous experiences with other opticians. Highly recommend!

They offer a great selection of brands from all over the world. I just purchased a pair of I.C.Berlin, which I might add, cannot be found easily around the city. Although brands such as, Gucci and Armani are of quality, those brands can be found in most optical stores. This store is different in comparison to all others because of the uniqueness of the brands they carry. Dr. Rabkin is one of the most pleasant and kind people you can work with. Vizio was my third choice as I thought I was a smart shopper and went to the internet placed an order for JF REY glassses with a company that offered a lower price. Two weeks after I placed the order I was notified the glasses were out of stock, gave them 4 choices and they failed to deliver any of them.I cancelled my order, called Vizio, told them what I wanted it and within an hour they responded via email a followed on a phone call that vizio will get the glasses in a week. To my surprise they gat the glasses sooner than they promissed .
