I don’t mind spending my money here because I know they are considerate, honest, and fair. I wish I had found them sooner. Their service is far superior to anything else in this area.

They are courteous. You will not stand around waiting to get service, as they are extremely quick to wait on you. Then even without an appointment, they will fit your car in for tires. They must have multiple race car pit crews working in the back because, your car is done in no time. The only negative thing I can say about W.W. Tire is Ive had my lug nuts over torqued.

AMAZING. We woke up to 2 flat tires on our car trailer. They had us in the shop within 10 minutes of calling them.

Stayed open late on Saturday to patch a flat for me. Been here several times for tire repair, pickup and trailer alignment, and new tires for both pickup and trailer. Good, timely service.

I have brought vehicles here for awhile and have only had one issue with the techs. Today I stopped in for a simple oil change, and to price out new tires and alignment. The conversation went as follows... “Hi I would like to price out new tires for my car, do you have any options for ##### size?” The front desk gentleman responded with “Can you afford it?” EXTREMELY RUDE. Then proceeded to tel me they don’t have the tires in stock that I need, and was reluctant to give me pricing on tires that I would bring in myself, and PAY THEM to install. I’m taking my business elsewhere. I planned on purchasing all 4 tires, installation, rotation, and an alignment here. Worth about $800 alone, but since I can’t afford it I think I’ll just take my business to the dealership.

I got 4 new tires from WW. They were not the cheapest but not the most expensive. I had one tire go flat almost immediately, had to put a spare on just to drive it back. They said the beads broke and had to buy another one. Honestly wouldn’t be that bad had it just been that one tire, but all my new tires leak air. Finally went and got a second opinion, looking to see if I drove over nails or something. My mechanic said all four tires including the one I had to replace (full price) had bead leaks. I’m sure people have good experiences with WW, this time I did not.

I brought my Chevy Malibu in to have brakes replaced. My appointment was at 11am Monday and they had put me down for 1pm so I left and had to come back. They said they had to special order parts and couldnt fix my vehicle until Wednesday or Thursday. The mechanic claimed my car was driving smoother after he put the parts back on. This was completely false and the issue has escalated to grinding for the entirety of the wheel moving, instead of only when the brake is engaged. Im not confident in their ability to properly replace the parts needed.

Warm friendly staff. Didnt charge us a dime to check our air pressure in tires. Warned us that overinflation was the reason the light was on and 80 psi is way too high for safety reasons on a tire rated for 35. Then sent us on our way. Will return to get tire work done again.

We stopped here when we were passing through SD on a road trip and our low tire pressure light came on. We called them and they squeezed us in right away. They pulled our tires to check for leaks and there werent any (it ended up being just a sensor issue). They said because they didnt fix anything they wouldnt let us pay for their labor or time. They were quick and so kind. I highly recommend giving your business to this quality establishment.

During the winter of 2016 I had two of four tires on my pickup slashed. I wasnt prepared for the expense, so when I got to W.W. Tire to pay for four new tires and he gave me the total, I mentioned it would be a bit because I needed to move some money around. The guy said here, hold on and gave me just enough of a discount so that I could pay for them that day and get back on the road. A+ service.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DONT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL!!!!!!!!!! Cant stand this company. I am a farmer and bought a brand new set of tracks for one of my tractors from them. Had my dad run down to there place 4 hours away and pick them up. paid thousands of dollars for them. had to pay to have them installed onto my tractor. Found out with in 10 hours of running the tractor that one of the tracks has a defect. I have contacted the salesman multiple times and he never will give me a straight answer and now he finally says that they will not stand behind what they sell. I have had to put 3000 dollars into repair bills and parts since this problem.

I had a nail in my tire a few weeks back and they had taken me in right away to patch it up. I was in and out in 15 to 20 minutes. I also had came back the next day because I had a check engine light and they ran a quick diagnostics to tell me the code in 5 minutes free of charge. The ford dealer in Brookings would not even take me into help me out and I needed to wait 6 days for the next available appointment. I will be bringing my business here again.

This will be the only tire shop in Brookings I will go to. Ive had them replace 3 trailer tires for me in a timely manner. Ive also had them mount and balance 35s for a truck without any complaints compared to other shops in town. Their prices are reasonable and special ordering tires is simple and VERY fast through W.W. Tire.

They fit us in at the last minute so that our oldest son could get back to school. They did a great job and we really appreciated their willingness to work with our schedule.

I bought new rims and had WW Tire swap tires and balance them. The service was quick and fair priced. My only issue was a few small scuffs on the rims afterwards.(hardly noticeable)

Not satisfied with work that was performed on my equipment I simply asked them to put two new tires in wich they did and asked them to tighten trailers wheel bearings and inspect the one tire why it was rubbing and they came in and said your ready to go and I started I am man that was fast dud you tighten bearings on trailer they said yep so I paid my bill went out and ill be damned if the brown people didnt just put new tires on and put back on trailer new tire rubbing on fender so jacked trailer up my self and wheel bearings were so sloppy that that just changed my whole thoughts on places to do business the whole picture was red flag ticking its way to the topsoil I called Dallas alignment and they took me in write infron6 of ones that were there before me and got me fixed up and headed on down the road to do my delivery 1200 miles away thanks dales.

Our company has bought at least 20 tires from WW in Brookings in the last 3 years. They really get customer service!! I had a blowout on I-29 and needed a new tire. I pulled in yesterday at 5:05 pm and they were just walking out the door and ready to lock it. They asked me what I needed and in 15 minutes I had 4 new tires. This is not the first time they have given great service. It is rare in todays poor service world to see a company like this. Congratulations to the staff and management for creating a culture of customer service with great attitudes. You have a customer for life.

Took my truck to get 4 new tires because I was going to Illinois and I knew I needed new tires. I just had came back from Texas and my truck has never shake on me. And when I got the new tires and I got on the Interstate my truck started shaking, and when I came back from Illinois I took to to get a oil change and told them that the truck was shaking and I didn’t know why it was doing that, they told me that they would check it Out. Took like hour and half to do an oil change and check my tires, and they just say, here you go sir, all done. Did check the shaking and it’s all good now. Well get in the interstate and the truck was just the same still shaking. Just 2 days ago took it to the dealership to get an oil change and they told me that my tires were wearing out unevenly and they rotated my tires, I said, I just got this tires in October 2017, and they said that whoever put them on, did not knew what they were doing. So if anyone reading this, make your own judgement. For me it was a bad experience.

R u kidding!!! My daughters car tire was flat. I filled it and drove it there. They told me no problem. Maybe 15 minutes. Came back and they said no charge, just a broken bead. No charge!! R u kidding, Ill drive from Sioux falls to have my tires/maintaince done here. Ill visit my daughter and go to lunch while they perform there honest work. A great find!! Thank you WW Tire. I was passing Thur Brookings and stop there to have them look at a tire that was leaking air. They were real busy the day before Thanksgiving. Got me in in 45 minutes. Said it was leaking around the bead, broke it down but sealer on the rim, air it up and sent me on my way. No charge fantastic.

First time went for wheel alignment didnt do well. After couple of days again went for same issue then they tried to fix it. I doubt that they didnt do anything on car. They just took inside and brought out but took money. Didnt even given me alignment print out. When I asked they said printer broken. Now again I went for second time hope they worked on my car

Went in to get 4 new tires they said it would take 1 hour to 2 hours it took 4 hours I sat in there waiting the whole time, would of expected maybe a discount or something for the extremely long wait but I didnt even receive an apology

Every time I go in there they make me wait and wait then tell me they cannot do it after being told they can do it no problem and should only take them 30 mins

Workers there are liars... manger Shawn doesnt care.. I was told I could buy a car on the lot. Made a 3 and half hour trip to get it.. and they sold it to somebody else or removed it at least and told me it sold! After confirming me I that I could have it.. No mix up the guys new my name and knew I was coming... the service part of the place might be good but why would anyone wanna do business with people like this...
