The store was buzzing with the elderly and staff restocking the shelves. They had strawberries on sale for ninety nine cents. This store is always clean In order well stocked. I really love the Bakery section the sweets are endless. At the check out there was an elderly woman with the incorrect coupon. The clerk waited on her with the patient of Job. I can say it was a pretty good day at the Piggly Wiggly.

Customer Service ignores customers, doesnt answer questions, is very rude, and acts as if they can do everything but serve the customer.After the lady at the CS desk ignored me, then ignored a question, then waddled about not answering my request, I walked out.

Very Good Quality Meats and Excellent Sale Prices! If you are shopping for canned goods or dry items, you may want to head elsewhere those prices can be high. The produce is also good quality but can be a bit pricey. Deli lady is a bit of a snoot probably not all but the one that helped me. Maybe because I ordered two slices of different meats and cheeses to make one sandwich. :)

I go to this Piggly Wiggly on occasion because it is the most convenient grocery store near my place of work. Usually its just a standard shopping trip where I get in, grab what I want, and get out quickly. Today (3/14/19 around 12:30) was a very different experience. I grabbed my items quickly and efficiently as usual and headed to the registers where lines were forming. I hopped in a line behind a lady who could easily have been in her 90s. She was kind and offered for me to go ahead of her, but as I was in no rush I politely declined her offer. She proceeded to have difficulty lifting her items from her cart to the belt. What came next was where this visit went wrong. The cashier. I have had this cashier in the past. She is efficient, but never friendly or helpful. Nancy is her name (thank you for putting cashier names on receipts!). She wasnt listening well to the customer and kept responding with what? what? rather than making an effort to hear the lady better. She packed the customers bags so that most of them had to be double bagged (much to heavy for a 90ish year old lady who was having difficulties lifting her individual items from her cart to the belt.) The lady was also asking to have one of her larger items bagged to make it easier to lift, but the cashier never caught on to that so the kind lady just gave up. I cant believe this is acceptable behavior from a cashier. You can be assured I wont be going back there, except possibly to report the cashiers behavior to their Custom Service/Manager. I cant stand when people treat old people like trash.

Friendly helpful staff. The store always has what you are looking for. I am able to get my Cambells Cream of Shrimp soup for my shrimp dip. The produce, meat department and deli always have fresh items.

The place were clean but didnt have what I needed

A nice grocery store with good staff. Has a bit more of a neighborhood feel than other options in the area such as Pick n Save or Sendiks.Their selection of products can be a bit limited, but if youre not looking for something obscure its not normally an issue.They have a decent liquor department for a store of this size and a nice deli and bakery. Their prices are competitive with other large grocery stores as well. Definitely check them out if you live in the area.

Clean well organized layout with friendly cashiers. Medium eggs were on special sale for $1 for 3 dz. Other prices were moderate to expensive. Beer was about $8 for a 6 pack. Did have cases for less per bottle. Had a special on Beringers wine at about $5 a bottle. This was as of 7/30.

Pretty good couldnt find the Velveeta cheese singles or other singles brands to save my life. Was in a hurry so didnt ask either. Found a nice beef roast but over all meats and chic is priced to hi, I get the same quality at savalot, sometimes half the price.

Employees are helpful and friendly. Well stocked, plenty of parking. The store is close to many other popular stores.

This little piggy went else where. The store is so understaffed. Staff gets into physical and verbal alterations with customers. Management is the same way. Old expired food still on shelves. Produce is the worst produce ive ever seen. Meat department reuses old expired meat. The deli has 1 or 2 people staffed at a time. Bakery product is over proofed and under cooked.

Tried shopping here just recently, and found the meat prices are very competitive and the produce was very good with great prices. Looking for a new grocery store, as I have not been happy with Metro Market since Kroeger took over. Opened up a pckg of ground beef I bought just 3 days ago & it was brown & stinky. I called the store & VERY disappointed with their customer service. They wanted me to provide a receipt, even tho the label had their location & my purchase date! They basically were making me feel like a thief, returning their rotten meat for a fresh exchange.!After that experience, I will Not be going back to that store.
