Not many places like this around. Very knowledgeable staff. Phenomenal variety of teas. The only thing stopping me from buying more, is that theres so many more to try.

A friend and I wanted to learn more about tea and decided to visit the Brookfield Fava Tea store. It is a treasure- very well organized and many selections. But the true gem was Ellen, who waited on us. Her love for tea is contagious. She taught us so much. We left with our treasures- went home and I made my first cup of loose leaf tea- Cinnomon Spice- it was amazing! Cant wait to go back !!! Thank you Ellen!!!

The Greenfield store is my home store but I like this one too. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. No problem answering my many questions. Stop by and totally nerd out on more kinds of tea than you knew existed. I did and I love it. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. This isnt your run of the mill pre-bagged tea off the shelf at the grocery store. This is high grade quality product from all over the world.

Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable of the many teas they sell. I love the smell tins of every variety, very helpful in deciding which teas to try. Also selling them by the ounce helps to narrow down your favorites. I recently started brewing Gong Fu style so having a reliable source of loose leaf tea is fantastic. Highly recommend this store.

The store was clean and well stocked. They had a wide variety of teas including Oolong, green, white, and caffiene free in lots of flavors and varieties to choose from including seasonal mixes. All teas are sold by weight from airtight canisters the salesperson retrieves and weighs in front of you. They also have flavored rock sugar. They sell plenty of different items to brew the tea as well. They even sell tea bags you can stuff yourself. They have reasonable prices and a friendly staff. If you like to brew loose tea this is the store for you.

Great family owned tea shop! They had much more variety than I was expecting. They had the classics such as earl grey, chamomile, etc, as well as fun and new blends. I ended up getting a couple of varieties, and loved both of them. Definitely reccomend!

Huge selection of tea. My wife and I just recently got into tea and the manager or store owner who was working this Sunday was very helpful and informative. They also have samples around the store I think about 5 hot samples and one iced sample. Will definitely be back.

Stopped in for the first time yesterday and it was great. A wonderful selection and very helpful woman behind the counter. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Very reasonably priced for quality loose tea. Most of what I got was around $3.50 which comes to about $.40 per cup! Will be going back.

Great selection of quality teas. They always have multiple samples available for you to try for the different types of tea. Staff is always friendly and helpful. You can get a to go cup for pretty cheap if you like one of the teas they have brewed.

I love Fava Tea. Not only do they have top quality products, but they have knowledgeable staff who are willing to help you find a special something or leave you to sniif your way through the store undisturbed. And I did say sniff! Unlike other tea shops, Fava has sample tins of tea that you can sniff, all on your own, for EVERY tea in the shop. They will also make a cup of tea out of ANY tea they have. Tea cups, tins, and brewing accessories are available, but not pushed on you at check-out. Fava Tea is FABULOUS!

Wonderful service! I went in not really knowing what I wanted, but knowing I like Chai. The woman who helped me was very patient with me. She listened and answered all my questions and gave suggestions. While everything she showed me smelled delightful, I was on a tight budget so we narrowed it down to three types that I am absolutely thrilled with.If you like tea, love tea, or are just curious, this is the place to go. With so many choices there is something for everyone and the staff will help you find the winners. The samples available helped a lot too, and all varieties are sold by the cup to help you make an educated choice.

I loved this company from the first time I ever set foot in there! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and I love that they have many teas to sample and choose from. I enjoy the no-pressure environment and all the little tins so you can smell the teas! Its great that you can try just one ounce of the tea if youre unfamiliar with it, but they also reward you for refilling containers with your favorites! Definitely my favorite tea store!

I had never had loose leaf tea before, so when I went into the tea store I was fairly clueless. However, Henry was working at the time and he was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions while also showing me around and how the store worked. Its great because they have certain samples to try things, as well as little containers to smell all of the tea. Their flavors are great, as is their natural rock sugar. Fava Tea has hundreds of looseleaf tea choices and employees that are willing to help you find flavors that you will like. As a former Teavana customer, there were a couple old favorites that I was looking for replacements now that those stores are closed, and the employee had ideas on ones that might give me a similar experience. There was another that I had picked up from somewhere online in a sampler that I love, but went by a different name--she investigated and found me an exact match. They know tea!

I stop in every few months for my tea. The staff is always great, always helpful. I get them ideas of what teas I like, and they always help me find a new one to try. Compared to a lot of other tea stores like this, they are probably the most reasonable I have encountered.

I love the Brookfield Fava Tea store and the staff that run it. Karen has some of the friendliest staff of any store that I have been in. Every time I go they are always so cheerful and eager to help and even call me by name when I walk in the door. They take the time to learn what I like and dont like so they have new recommendations when I go in. Every recommendation that Ive been given has been spot on. The Vanilla Mint Pu Erh is very good. The Cinnamon Plum has become my favorite (its a shame it is only seasonal - I may have to pickup a pound to last through the summer). Java Fusion, Cloud 9, Vienna Breakfast, and many other recommendations have been terrific. I love that I can go there and just talk tea with them and they will answer any question I have. They will also be honest if they dont know something and will often ask another person working there.The tea selection is fantastic and I have yet to come up with an idea of tea that I want that they dont carry. There is always something new to try or some new flavor I have yet to taste. With about 300+ different teas, there should be something for everyone, and if you dont know what to try, just ask.Overall, this is an outstanding store with a wonderful staff, fantastic teas and selections, and top notch customer service. Karen and team (Belinda, Tamera, Becky, Frannie, and all the other names I have forgotten - Sorry!!); you have a life-long customer.

The tea is amazing and has so many different varieties. Black tea is my favorite of their flavors but they also have herbal teas and non-caffeinated teas and they have seasonal teas

One of the best tea shops in Wisconsin. They carry a wide variety of teas including blacks, green, oolong, white, rooibos, and herbals. The have seasonal blend in addition to their Staples. The fall and winter seasonals like falling leaves are some of my faves. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and they always have samples to help you find the perfect option for you.

I just love Fava tea, I come in every few weeks to get my usual teas. I get their immunitea, gingerlime, ginseng, and the honey. I have been coming there for 5 years or more since I have been drinking their tea I havent been sick at all. Its my natural medicine I wouldnt know what to do if I couldnt come there to get my tea.

Also note you can only get store credit for merchandise that expires in 30 days and no returns on tea. I would take my business to Teavanna Tea in Mayfair mall where the service is outstanding and they stand behind their products.

Fava tea is the place to be. I know that sounds cheesy, but I love the stores. Its a Wisconsin based company, so go home town! I love the fact that there are 300 + sniffers - samples of each tea that they sell, so you can sniff until you find one that tantalizes your taste buds. They have samples of all the teas they sell, usually rotating through all of them with hot or cold samples available daily. They have black, white, green, oolong, herbal and rooibos, which is your not a tea drinker is an african red bush tea that tastes great and has no caffeine if you have to watch that in your diet. Some of my favorites are Fudge Brownie, Paris Evening, Winter Spice and Raspberry Burst. I have many more, but youll have to go there yourself. Theres one on Bluemound across from Kopps, one in Greenfield north of Southridge and one in Appleton but I havent ventured there. I also like the fact that the clerks who run the store are NOT PUSHY like another certain tea company can be. OY. Try this place - and youll find a tea you like even if you think youre not a tea drinker.

Huge Tea Lover. I have been here many times and compared to teavana its awesome. Whats awesome is you go in and they have the teas seperated by styles : white, oolong, green, etc. And for each one they will have a carafe with a sample you can try. Certain teas are pricier then others really depends what you get. My fav style is rooibos and have many packets of empty ones. I forget to take the bag in to get a small percent off. I have favorites but you can get a nice size cup to go of any of the teas for a good price. Staff is friendly and always willing to help out.I do wish their rewards program extended to those who only get 1oz of tea.

I had just gone to Teavana (a national chain owned by Starbucks--ehhh) and my experience was rushed, chaotic, impersonal, and pressured. When I walked into Fava, a small local business, I got the complete opposite experience.The staff was welcoming and gave me the basics about tea without overwhelming me. They know a lot about all of their teas and their teaware, and they took the time to help me find which tea products fit my lifestyle. I left with an ounce of Razzle Berry (amazing) and a tea mug w/ infuser. That was 3 years ago and I still use it to this day!This is a great place for tea novices. They will help educate you and get you started.This is a great place for non-tea drinkers who are just buying gifts. They wont pressure you and will help you find the perfect present for a friend!This is a great place for regular tea drinkers. They are happy to refill your regular orders and suggest new tea blends to try.This is a great place for tea snobs. ;) They have an excellent selection of high quality traditionals across all tea types (Silver Needle, Gyokuro, Imperial, Golden Monkey, Ancient Vintage Shu Pu Erh).Overall, Fava Tea Company is a store that fits your needs and is very customer-focused. Ive had nothing but positive experiences with them. Their policies are fair, and plus, the store in Brookfield even has a frequent buyer card (Free 4 U Card)! :)
