I have been here twice. Once for an alignment, the other for a tire repair. Both times, they tried to sell me services I did not need. The services I did get, I felt as if I overpaid for. Both times took a long time, and while you are waiting on your car to be worked on, the last thing you want to see is the people you are paying to work on it goofing around in the shop. My second time in was my last. They put my car on an alignment rack, told me they could not align it and I would need to go to the dealer, then tried to charge me for it anyway.

Had to get some work done last minute on a vehicle they had fixed my original request in about 1 hour! They informed me of a few other things that needed some attention (all legitimate recommendations) they did not inform me of anything that was not a real issue. They gave me a fair price for all repairs and had it done within the time frame I required great job! Ill be back with more work here in the future

I had a catastrophic blow out of two tires on my Silverado LT 4 X4 after driving over a hazard. Obviously a spare wasn’t going to be much help. The truck was delivered to Robertson Tire in Coweta on Hwy 51 by AAA. I had appointments to get to and needed two new tires installed quickly. They didn’t have tires in my size and model in stock but immediately sent a courier to the warehouse for matching tires and had them installed and sent on my way in about an hour. Because the blow out were on the same side and 4x4s should have matching tires on the same axle, they move the two older tires to the rear so the new ones could be put on the front axle at no extra charge. Great service and concern for my schedule. This was not the Robertson store I typically use but they treated me with the same great service that I get from preferred location.I highly recommend Robertson Tire. They really came through for me. Great job guys.

Been here a few times now for an oil change, no real issues. They dont do appointments, but Im typically done within an hour or so. Theyve got a small waiting room with water, coffee, and wifi. Nice workers, and if you dont want recommendations they wont push you for more work to do on your vehicle.

I had a heater core and 2 tires put on my truck and brake replacement a couple of months ago.. these guys were on top of their game . very considerate in bringing me home after leaving the truck with them.. in the future i will only take my truck to them for repairs.. any single women out there take these guys into consideration ..they work with u and help u out .. its a blessing ....and they dont rip u off..

We went in this afternoon, they had great customer service and they were very friendly, i asked them if they could fill my wiper fluid because it was empty, the gentleman told me that they would top off my fluids and they definitely didnt put wiper fluids in and it makes me think they didnt top off any of my fluids. Makes me wonder if i actually got what i paid for.

This place is amazing! I went to another tire store to try to get my tire fixed and they wanted me to pay for a brand new one. I came over here to Robertson tire in Coweta and they not only fixed the tire for me but did it for free! Thank you guys so much!

I have always had great experiences with Robertson tire, mainly the Owasso store,they are awesome. I however took my truck to the Coweta store today for a oil change, & tire rotation. I ask them to grease the u- joints also. After about 30 minutes they told me that there was no way to grease the u- joints, I googled it and showed them a video on how to do it. They told me they didnt have the correct tool to do it. They finished up what they could do,& I checked out. Drove about 5 miles, and got a tire pressure alarm that said the front tires had 80 pounds pressure, & the rear tires were 60lbs. I went back and ask if they were a tire store,& they confirmed they were. I told them about the alarm, & they ask if I reset the computer, no I said the computer generated the alarm based on the tire pressure. They checked it out and the computer was correct. They adjusted the pressure & I left, no apologies, thank you, or good day. Never again!!!

Sometime after leaving Robertson Tire in Coweta, I realized I was missing a hub cap. I am unsure if it was there fault or that the hubcap deteriorated because they definitely were not high end. Because I figured it was just a mistake on their part I explained the situation. I was really just hoping that they had it and forgot to put it back on from rotating my tires but they didnt. An employee by the name of Tyler was assisting me and proactively offered to replace all 4 hubcaps. 2 weeks later I came by and they gave them to me.Too many people can be critical of a business think that customer service is all about not making a mistake. People make mistakes all the time but someone who has good customer service will know how to treat people, properly handle the situation and still go above and beyond. Robertson Tire did this. Ill definitely keep going there.

One of my tires was having trouble keeping air in it and I couldn’t figure out why. They took a look at my car and had the problem fixed in no time. I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes!

Unprofessional service. Dropped off my tires so theyd be ready the next day. Not only were they not ready, but they had put someone elses tires on my rims. In all, I had to wait nearly 2 hours for something that was supposed to be ready when I got there. This place just isnt managed well...

After being through the ringer with cadillac (and my car is under warranty), I called Robertson tire. Two rings later and someone was helping me out and got me in immediately. The work took roughly 20 minutes and my car is running great. And Im still waiting on my return call from cadillac from 2 days ago and many voicemails. All staff was very helpful, nice and respectful. Even got me a cheaper rate on new tires

The place is wonderful. The facilities are first class, the unique staff, really super friendly, they smile. In workshop they speak Spanish too. Waiting room with coffee, beverage and snack machines. Impeccable bathrooms. Recommended at 1000%. My best experience in a place of tires. Today I rotated my tires and it was super fast and friendly.
