We started taking one of our vehicles to TeamOne in spring 2012. That one is now 18 and still working thanks to the care of TeamOne, as are other vehicles purchased used, including 2 Japanese brand. Until the last year, we experienced only one significant service issue with one car. We are very happy for Nate and Larry and the TeamOne growth and expansion over the last decade and glad they work hard with new staff to helps us long-term folks adapt to changes.We appreciate Nate and Larry for communicating with us promptly when we have any concerns.

We brought our volkswagon passat in and dropped about 2500 dollars in our car here over the span of months and still have issues.Our first repair was for a check engine light. This repair was solvedOur second repair was for a sunroof. We were not told the mechanic would be removing the headliner and were not quoted that in the price. We now have a fixed sunroof with a dragging headliner. Even though this wasnt projected in the original cost the company did not comp anything nor seem eager to solve our problem.Terrible customer service!!!!

Im very picky when it comes to who I use to do work on my cars but I had no hesitation to let Team One do the rod bearings on my E92 M3. They gave me several different options and walked me through the whole process with updates along the way. They were very professional and wanted to take their time on getting it done along with documenting the process which is a huge plus in my book! My engine needed to be replaced, and although Kevin at Team-One said he could find a refurbished one for me, he strongly urged me to take my car to the dealership and see if they could get corporate Hyundai involved in helping with the repairs. I am amazed that Kevin was looking out for my best interest, and not just making money off of me. Any business that will put their customer first, and go the extra mile to provide helpful information, especially when it doesn’t “benefit their own business” is not something you find every day. But they certainly earned my LOYALTY. Team-One Automotive will be my exclusive mechanic from now on!

I had an appointment with the Nissan dealership and they were way overbooked. They recommended Team One and I am so glad they did. The drop off process was so easy. My horn wasnt working. I was so impressed when I got a call just a few hours later it was ready for pick up. The best part about it, they didnt charge me for a full diagnostic hour, only half an hour. They totally could have and I wouldnt of thought twice. KD was amazing and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. The pickup process was great. Everyone was happy and upbeat even it being a Monday. I highly recommend this shop.

They are wonderful hard workers, they do a great job and are very fair in pricing.

The work they did for my car was great it runs like a champ. But they did just keep finding problems after problems which was expected honestly so when they kept saying “it’ll be ready by Wednesday” that date would go out the window. I really don’t mind that at all, I was in no rush to get it back. But since that happened it sat outside in the sun longer than expected. Now my paint was nowhere near perfect but I knew my car like the back of my hand, and I knew my paint had gotten a lot worse from sitting outside in the sun and now my back end paint is, well kinda screwed. So I just recommend bringing a cover if you do expect the car to be there a while.

Highly recommend Team-One for automotive needs. I was having battery issues and they fixed it right away and were able to see that not only was the wrong battery installed the last time but there were two loose connections causing my car to short out while driving! So thankful to their friendly staff for taking care of us so quickly!

Best shop to take your car to! We refer our customers here for mechanical work when they need it. They are all always very happy with their work. We take several of our personal vehicles to them as well. They are extremely nice and professional from the moment you walk in to the time you leave.

If youre looking for a mechanic you can trust, this is the place! Would not trust my car with anyone else. Drive from Wagoner just to get my oil changed and they always check everything else out. Stephanie in the front office is the best! Larry and all the guys are great! The waiting area is extremely clean and comfortable and the shop area is extremely clean. If work is needed, Im provided a print out with the cost and that is exactly what gets done at the price stated. Very professional. All I can say is theyre the best!!!

Had my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon towed to Team-One on Memorial Day weekend after an unexpected shifting problem. I had just bought it in March (used, 2009) and it had much more issues going on with it than I could have imagined. Team-One staff identified the issues and got it fixed up for me! It was an expensive job, but they guarantee their work and I can FEEL the difference when I drive it. Shout out to K.D. as he facilitated all communication with me about it and was so kind and patient, even took me back in the shop and showed/explained things to me directly. I definitely recommend Team-One for your vehicle service and repairs!

Brought van in at 8am for brake job and it was done by 3pm same day. The check out counter man was very personable and I enjoyed kidding with him.

In the last two weeks I have had two different vehicles worked on by team one. My pick-up needed u-joints. My wife’s car needed major transmission work( my lucky time I guess). I have used team one for a long time. I have complete faith in their work. They go out of their way to make sure your vehicle is repaired properly. It would have to be an emergency away from home before I would go anywhere else!! They are great to work with

Everyone was super patient with me (I don’t know a lot about cars and asked a lot of probably silly questions!) & helped me customize my car how I wanted. They replaced my suspension, rotors and brake pads and it feels like i have a new car. I will for sure be back!

Bought a truck, supposedly been takin care of it’s entire life from Team One apparently not well enough. Noticed a leaking transmission line, called to get a quote for replacing transmission line and went with them. (There was no code prior to me dropping it off) Dropped it off on Tuesday and it was ready by Thursday that week, when they said Friday, so it started off great with a day early on getting it finished but it seems like it was done in a hurry and without care, I picked up the truck that Thursday and still noticed red leaking fluid when I parked in the driveway. Called them back, and they immediately asked for it to be brought back. Upon bringing it back all was said that they didn’t clean up the area and they did now and there’s no more leaks. Okay great, figured that should’ve been dealt with from the beginning. Anyways next weekend rolls around and I have to travel to Porter which is about 35 min away from where I live and on the way back on the turnpike I get a check engine light for a code pertaining to the transmission and the two main causes of said code P0740 is low or bad transmission fluid. I called them back and they said bring it in and we’ll have to look at it. I brought it back and they told me that it was about a quart low but shouldn’t be an issue with the transmission since a quart isn’t “that bad”. So they cleared the code, topped it off, and said it was ready for pickup. When I came to pick it up, it still had the check engine light like they didn’t even clear the code. But it Hadn’t cost me anything which is nice but after spending close to 2k in repairs from Team One I think it’s the least they could do after not servicing the transmission correctly but now I’ve brought it back two more times pertaining the check engine light and still the same code P0740. After this last time they gave me the run around of saying they serviced it but there’s nothing they could do. They recommended me go to builders transmission because they think it needs a trans rebuilt or a new one put in but even on their website they state that they have certifications to work on transmission, so now I’m out 2k with a truck that possibly needs a transmission after they serviced the transmission. I took it Builders Transmission and they simply stated that it might need a new filter and pan drop or trans service. Which I called in the first place for the trans to be serviced so I thought that’s what they did. I called Team One back and apparently all they did was do a transmission flush which is hooking up a closed loop system and flushing it until it comes out with good clean fluid. After I told them that this flush must have done something to my transmission they have been giving me the run around on what they could do and the last time I talked with the 3 stooges they always seem to forget me and act like it’s their first time with my truck even though there’s about 40 pages of repairs and maintenance that they did on the truck. I will never trust them ever again, and will never recommend someone get their maintenance/repairs done from them. Last time I talked with them they were going to talk to the “Boss” whoever that is and see if they could do anything and that was last week on Thursday, of course no call back or follow up. Last time I will do business with them, even then how would you trust a shop when they can’t follow up with their customers who’s been to them since the trucks 3rd oil change? Welp, hopesthis helps anyone stay away from this shop.

These people are trustworthy, patient, and amazing. I had a very unexpected total loss on my engine, transmission, and power steering/drive shaft. Instead of pushing me into an incredibly expensive repair, they give me good advice on how to get a tow and get into a reliable new vehicle. Thank you to Stephanie, KD, Kevin and the entire team for being so efficient and honest.

This is the only shop where I will take my beloved Jeep and my wifes car to. On more than one occasion, they have dug deeper than just the basic diagnosis to find the real problem. No only did they fix what was really wrong, but saved me money in doing it. They will fix it right for a fair price and stand behind what they do. Could not recommend them more.

I went in to have an oil leak fixed. After a step was missed, I had a leak after picking it up from the shop. Nathan, Kyle and the team went beyond what I had hoped for and got my oil leak fixed without charging any extra,even though there were extra things that had to be done to fix it. Im thankful for their accepting responsibility and grateful for the hard work they put in. They made sure i was taken care of. After it all, I would still go back.

We had a bad valve cover gasket & a bad coil on our 2013 Mini Countryman. Parts are hard to get, but Team One got the parts fast & replaced all 4 coils since car has slot of miles on it. It was returned to us on time, very fast. Once I got the car back I inspected it & was very impressed, car was clean in & out & engine was clean. I would give an A+

I have a 1961 Ford Thunderbird and needed the engine gone through, carb rebuilt, electrical wiring cleaned up along with a few other details taken care of and with Matt as my mechanic and Nate they both kept me well informed on the progress of the car. My experience with Team One was unbelievable!!! All thanks to one guy, KD. KD diagnosed the problem and found that I needed a new engine. He spent 2 1/2 to 3 weeks helping me deal with the warranty company, eventually the warranty people broke, and covered the whole thing. After having my vehicle there for a week, they still couldnt find the leak I incurred about and said there was no leak (still leaks clearly btw). Thats a small issue though, the big issue is I spent almost a grand on my repair and they literally leave me well below my Empty light and I dropped it off at a half a tank. They could have at least put 10 in the tank so I wouldnt immediately have to go to the gas station. Also, they were 125-175 more on average than other shops for the repair (this is my mistake for not checking, I was recommended to them and went off their word so call around) Sorry, but leaving it as close to empty as you can get left a sour taste in my mouth. Remember, its the little things that stand out. Will not be back. :Update: After taking my vehicle to Transmission Clinic in BA to have my leaking torque converter changed (the original reason why I went to Team One in the first place) low and behold my problem was fixed.
