You can usually find a good deal for their oil change through Groupon, which is how I first came to use them, but there is a lack of consistency. Some times they will vacuum the inside of your car, other times not. Some times you get the car wash ticket for your Groupon, again- other times not. It’s just hit and miss.

Joel did an wonderful job on my sons car! He was professional and so friendly! He had the car fixed and ready in a very efficient time! We will definitely be using this Sinclair for future needs!

I used a Groupon. They were nice workers but no wiper fluid, no air added, and no car wash ( it was over 80 outside). Also, they charged me extra for my oil filter. Disappointed

Good guys doing honest work

I had issues with the assistant manager on my initial visit, but the manager, Shaun White, reached out within 24 hours to accommodate the disservice and apologized profusely for the incident. He was very hospitable, polite, and knowledgable of his trade.

I found a Groupon for this place so I got a really good deal on an oil change. The only problem is the guy who drove my car into the stall did not know how to drive a stick so he was scratching my gears money pulled halfway out I just told him to get out of my car and pulled it out the rest of the way but they were really nice and it seems like they did a great job with the oil change.

Still will never come here again. Even Wal-Mart is better.

Paid for an oil change and for my car to be vaccummed out. The oil change was fine and he helped replace two of my bulbs that were out but failed to vaccumm my car. He said they tried but couldnt the grass and dirt out. I go in my car and its the still the same. I took my car over to Zips and washed it and vacuumed everything up.

My vehicle is always in good hands with them! Super friendly and are honest with your vehicle needs. 11/10 recommendation!!!

Went in on a 25.00 coupon. They were having a special on wiper blades for 999 so I said what the heck. As I was leaving I tried the new blades and immediately the blade fell off scratching my windshield. I told them about it and they were very disrespectful towards me. Long story short they were very unprofessional and disrespectful towards me even knowing that I was a disabled Veteran they wouldnt make it right was charged 64 86 for 25 dollar oil change. Very dishonest business. Wouldnt even give me back the factory ford wiper blades. To all my Veteran Brothers and Sisters. Stay with Jiffy Lube where your treated respectfully. John U.S.M.C

After a couple of years I tried Sinclair again on 9th ave. Was glad to see a new manager and crew who I found out just recently took over. The manager is courteous and completely professional. The crew seems good. I would like to have seen a blanket thrown over the seat and paper mats down before they sat in my Cadillac. Ya just know theres oil on them somewhere, but still a good experience.Ill be back,Dave

Walked out with a $200 bill because I was told a serpentine belt was 9.99 and then said it was 89.99, then made me walk to atm because credit machine wouldnt accept a card Ive used everywhere else without any issues...then told me it wasnt their problem......all taking 2 and a half hours to complete

The worst oil change experience of my life!!!! It took less than 10 mins for them to change my oil but I know why, its because they didnt do it properly! ALL of my oil leaked out in less than an hour because they didnt put the filter on properly. They were closed once I noticed the problem so I ended up having to go to walmart and pay for another oil change. I spoke with Shawn who was the person who changed my oil and he was rude, inconsiderate and offered me $20. I asked for the owner to call me and Jeff called me nearly 2 wks later and also failed to show any concern for the fact that they could have ruined my moter. Needless to say I will never return there!
