Im so glad I did, because it had a surprising amount of value towards a new car. (Cheers to their finance team). I was able to get a car that I didnt think Id be able to afford. My sales person, Nick Demetre, was fantastic and gave me all my options and really let me decide what I wanted to go with. I give the sales department 5 stars but I wouldn’t recommend the service department to anyone. I had a scheduled appointment, showed up and waited 20 minutes standing beside my vehicle. Finally someone working in the back approached me and said I could wait in the waiting area and he would let the service managers know I’m here. An hour goes by and I’m approached again and was asked “if I signed in”. Long story short the service department let me wait over an hour before helping me and this isn’t the first incident with them. Horrible service.

I just left the used car lot with the keys to my new 99 4Runner! Nelson Shortt sold it to me. He was excellent! I live in Atlanta and I found the car online. I took a risk putting a down payment on it over the phone sight unseen. Nelson was honest with me about the clear coat paint peeling off on the hood and a small dent that werent visible to me in the photos that the dealership had on their site. I really appreciated his honesty. I got a great deal and I cant thank him enough! He was also nice enough to hold the car there with a down payment for a couple weeks before I came to get it. I already had a trip to Virginia planned and the dealership was on the way there. They are also allowing me to leave it at the dealership and pick it up on Sunday on the way back home when they are closed. Great service!

In the continuing trend of bait and switch with bigger car lots, we contacted an online salesperson, Kaleb Cretsinger, to check on three vehicles they had listed. We drove nearly an hour to get there after verifying several vehicles were available in our price range for our daughters first car. We stood in the rain for several minutes since he was reportedly with other customers. They sent some young kid out to be the bad guy and tell us, after several long waits in the rain, that none of the vehicles we were told about were actually for sale and would be going to salvage. He tried to tell us theyd work with us on a more expensive vehicle. Im done with these people. Ive bought cars from $2k to $20,000 according to my needs, but they arent interesting in selling anything that isnt costly. Youve lost me for life as a prospective customer. All 3 vehicles are still listed for sale on their website.
