With a low key entrance this is a destination business. That being said this location has an excellent selection of boots to fit all needs. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and listened to my needs to find the best boots for me. You get what you pay for this is the second pair of red wings Ive purchased in ten years. The first pair are still great but I needed a different kind of boot for my job and I have no doubt that these will still be on my feet for years to come. If you want inexpensive boots go to Wal-Mart but youll be back several times a year so you may as well spend a little more for boots that last 5 times longer.

Perfect to get in and out on lunch break. Good selection of work shoes for him and her. Styles ranging from sport to dress to boot. Staff is very knowledge and helped me pick out a low cut safety toe show for warehouse usage. My fit was difficult, going through about 6-7 different styles and sizes till the right one felt comfortable. The staff was great and assisted in my choice. Id recommend and would come back and purchase again. This was a work purchase with a voucher, but I would have gladly paid if I needed.

Ive been to the outlet in Somerset New Jersey several times. My first trip was two years ago where I bought a boot that had A 6 month warranty. After 8 months the boots fell apart. I had to replace that with a sturdier boot that had a one-year guarantee. After nine months the insoles started tearing and ripping into pieces. When I went to that location to tell them they claim this was wear and tear. Insoles falling apart after nine months does not count as wear and tear in my book. So I explained to them that if they gave me insoles complementary for my current boots I would buy a new pair of boots because I like to replace them on a yearly basis. After spending $200 for my third pair of boots in two years they had the nerve to charge me $16 for insoles and thought they could appease me by giving me a $4 discount. So in their eyes good customer service is a $4 discount on a $220 bill. I guess this will be the last time that I shop at their location but the boots are comfortable though

Jay Young and Faheim Hinton were great! I usually go to a different store but decided to try the Bristol store since it was closer to my work. It was a very good decision as the sales reps were very helpful and accomodating! They took everything into account and found me a boot that fit and felt great! This is my new store!

Go here if youre a full time worker at your facility for some nice steel toe shoes. Im currently only a part time worker so the only shoes available are $50 and they look like clown shoes (sneakers with bright colors like green purple and orange). The rest of the shoes cost more (over $100) so you have to pay out-of-pocket. If you would rather have more casual steel toe shoes all black or brown or boots go to a different store like Payless or Walmart.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable! I will definitely choose this store as my go to place. I will not buy my boots any other place then here.

Always helpful & courteous. Hours vary because they take a shoe truck to visit business. Prices are a little high but you get what you pay for.

Guy claims to have 5000 pairs in Stock but is completely sold out on the most popular models, and has an extremely limited selection.

The manager here treated me right this is a small location but surprisingly a great location these this location is one of the ones that brings the vehicle out to your location so the same great deals you get with them youll get at this location

You get what you pay for, awesome service provided by john every time I visit the place. Industrial shoes only at this location.

The cashier was not nice when I tried to exchange my boots size she told me that I was there in the wrong time because I was the first customer and also mention that she should lock the door because I was to early it was 8:06 and the store opens at 8:00 .thi’s my third pair of boots from redwing but I’ll never go back to this store again

Not open on Saturdy only open till 5 how do you buy boots when you are at work
