Good for mens shoes but ladies if you dont want to look like a dazzled cow girl dont look for combat boots here. They only have cowgirl boots

My sister had gotten my fiance a shirt for Christmas and with covid and the fact that I live so far away Im just now getting around to exchanging it because it was too small. The ladies were very nice, Beth and Joy were so helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place. 5 star!!!

The staff were amazing!! Camlin, Cheyenne, Bre and Joy made us feel right at home! We shopped 2 days in a row while in Bristol during the races. Very knowledgeable about their products. Yall were the best! Cant wait to return to buy more from the Idlewind collection from Miranda Lambert. This location rocks!!

LOVEEEED this store!! First time ever going in!! It would ABSOLUTELY have been 5 stars if the employees on shift/duty had not only completely ruined the first visit into Boot Barn but they completely ruined both mine and my best friends entire day and we left the entire Pinnacle from there!! For whatever reasons these employees, 3 women, were literally in our faces watching as if we were Stealing, they followed us the first 20mins like that and even tried to take the items I was holding wanting to put them on the counter🤬 seriously?? It was one of the most insulting experiences I have ever had to endure. My best friend was exchanging clothes that were birthday gifts to the accurate sizes. First the girl ringing us up at the counter had the most ridiculous over the top reaction to not having our receipt. She immediately began to start saying that she couldnt do anything without one and I quickly shut her down and told her to put the phone number in it would pull it right up as she very well knew. After the several minutes it took her to actually stop walking away from us repeatedly to add up the clothing on a calculator by the way, and informed us we could go look now? Uh how much is it? She actually said I dont know hang on and puts whatever in the calculator and tells us its 180ish. So our store credit we were owed yesterday was 180ish yall. Also I was charged inaccurately but thats a whole separate thing🙄🤔😒🧐

Great selection of boots, apparel, hats. U name it country they have it !! Staff is friendly and helpful. Twice now we have had Beth at the register ringing up our selections and I just wish she could be as welcoming and friendly as her associates. My goal is to get her to smile and at least say to the customers to have a nice day. When I said it to her she didnt even acknowledge me.

Not as many choices in boots as the site in Pigeon Forge but then this site Carries clothing, jewelry, belts, hats. Good selection. If you like costume turquoise jewelry.....heaven! So sad to put this, me & my boyfriend have always had nothing but the best experience here. We came here to pick up my boots from layaway, & an employee named Jo was yelling at us over the counter for being 5 days late. We will not be back.

I had gone here to check on another brand nocona. My wife had purchased me a pair of Dan Post earlier in the week which were to large. I figured why I was there I would check on the brand nocona. Anyway after been recognize by your employee from a distance of approximately 50 yards and wearing a face cover it was quite hard to understand what she was saying. Anyway after going to her I asked about the nocano. She said that they do not sell in the store so I left it at that. I had gone online to see what I was interested in. One question are all nocano brands soft leather or what ever is used? Will let me get back to the employee she was not very forth coming with information about the products. It was like pulling teeth . I got back to car and told her what had happened and she said same thing when she went there few days before.

Was disappointed no one even ask if they could help us, not good selection of dress western boots. And no one to ask.

It smells so good in here. Things are quite overpriced considering this is Tennessee and all. All you would have to do is drive a few more hours down into Sevierville and you can find outlet stores for all these brands. The only thing thats really worth it at this location is the boots. And those boots range from between 100 to $600. Not cheap. The store is normally dead I dont know how they keep the business afloat. I guess one boot sale a day might help but I dont even think they get that. The employees in here were definitely friendly so be nice and give respect to the people that work at this ghost of a store. Peace love and unity!

Im no cowboy, but I did enjoy browsing the store and seeing the different pieces of clothing and accessories they had to offer. And some pretty nice cologne and perfumes as well. I bought a nice hand made hat for a killer price and dont regret it a bit.

Beautiful high quality boots with a small home decor section. The clothing is a little high but they sell high quality Western brands so thats to be expected. The staff is always really friendly and approachable.

They would not hold a pair of boots for me until the next day. I drove all the way there and they were gone.

Got waited on as soon as we walked in the store. The sales lady tried to help find my size but didnt have any. She told me about some other businesses they had bought and could possibly get my size from there. She was very helpful.

Mangaer there was very rude and disrespectful. Was looking for a pair of boots and kept asking for help but would not help me with of them. So called manager is short and skinny. Other than that the store has good prices and great selection.
