These folks did a transmission flush when I first got my used car. Perfect. Now I had a noise that was driving me crazy and I thought it may be something serious. Eric took the time to go for a drive to hear it for himself. Then I brought the car in for him to check it and do an oil change. The oil change was done quickly and efficiently and very, very reasonable price. They checked the car and found a vibration that only needed the heat shield to be removed. Noise gone. No charge. So honest! Thank you so much for wonderful service. Yes, I will be back.

I took my car for a transmission fluid change and my car came out acting up when it was fine and they dont care about it they checked it n said nothing was wrong but my car wouldnt drive after they dis the fluid change. They dont call back to find out if they can help just no good

I brought my car down to get a control arm put on. I brought it several days earlier and suggested they order part. Owner said they didnt need to. The day of service I dropped it off at 7:00 a.m. and the owner called and said he didnt touch my car because he couldnt find part anywhere s. . I was without my car all day for nothing. When I got there my car was moved even though he told me he didnt go near it and when I mentioned this he told me the exact opposite of what he told me an hour earlier and said he had it in the shop but couldnt find part. I wonder why he told me two opposing versions. My car is an old muslcecar and wonder why it was driven when no work was done on it. I got a sense of dishonesty as anyone would when told two different things by same person. Some may have had a good experience but I did not.

My thanks to Roy and his crew, he rebuilt the transmission in my 2007 ford van and it runs better than new. Very honest and will back his work.We have also used him for a clutch replacement in a Hyundai Elantra, and other repairs.Always willing to show me the problem and give me a price before the work is done. It is good to have an experienced mechanic that I trust.

Went here, after being told by several different people, how great the service was. They are looking out for the customer. They take into fact, the vechile, travel distance, age, when telling you about repairs. They apologized several times, to me about the cost of a part. Part only made by Subera. And the head mechanic was experiencing the same thing with his Subera, when i picked up my car. The owner talked about being fair. He understands, those who are pinching there pennies. From, now on, i will be taking my car to Rb transmissions.

Dropped the car on Sunday with broken tie-rod was fixed by Monday @ 4:00,price was fair,new shop for me,walking distance too.coming back for other stuff.thanks Roy.

The first time I went there, they were supposed to give me an estimate ONLY but, took it upon themselves to go ahead and fix the problem without notifying me first. Then, they charged me $125.00 to push in a loose ground wire for the blower motor on my car. They neglected to tell me that I needed a new connector. Because of that, I not only wasted $125.00 but, I also had to install a new connector later on. Lastly, one of their mechanics left his wrench in the engine compartment in my car which could have caused hundreds of Dollars in repairs if it had fallen into a moving part.I firmly believe that those who wrote good things about this repair shop are either friends with the owner or were paid to do so.I would go somewhere else if good service is wanted. These people are dishonest.

My brother went to these people for check engine light me knowing already that it was a p0420 code for bad catalytic converter left the place with a 200$ bill for o2 sensor and was told it would fix the problem guess what next day light back on now they want to charge him 800$ To install a cat be careful with these people if you don’t know about cars they would take advantage of you sell you stuff you don’t need
