Dominick was assigned to tow my car and he could not have been any sweeter! He was prompt, walked me through the entire process, and went above and beyond as my tow truck driver. He let us know when he got to my car (I was at work), when he got to the dealership, and even put my keys with my contact info in the dropbox since it was after hours. Will definitely use Challenger and ask for Dominick if I ever need to again! Thank you for turning a frustrating time into a positive experience!

Apparently theyll do great work for you if youre not a Veteran or if youre not disabled. So only people without disabilities or non vets would be happy with this place. Go ahead and spend your money somewhere else if youve served your country. Veterans with service dogs, find another place. This place wont want your business or your money.

This is without a doubt the best auto mechanic in the area! The owner Mark is a great mechanic who is fair and honest. Seriously, it is true. Anytime I have had my car serviced there I have neen thrilled with the workmanship and price. The staff is very competent, friendly, and professional. Unless your vehicle is under warranty then ditch the dealer and call Mark at Challenger. Youll be glad you did.

This is a real stand up company. I found them not only to be reasonable but prompt. I call them when other 2 other tow companies tried to yank on my purse strings and charge me double! Today I was waiting for Challenger Automotive to tow my vehicle and let me ride along. Upon letting the tow driver know I had a service dog they canceled services to help me. This left me waiting an additional hour for the next tow truck company. My uncle later called asking the owner of Challenger Automotive what would you do if a veteran broke down on the highway with their service animal? Would you deny them then? To which the owner responded Its my f@@king truck and Ill do what i want! So needless to say this man is garbage, obviously likes breaking the law, and discriminates against those with disabilities.

Refuses service animals passage in his tow trucks. One would think USAA insurance would better Vett contractors they hire.• The Laws Behind Service Animals•• Under the ADA, any business serving the general public must allow service dogs to accompany people with disabilities in all areas where regular customers are normally permitted..All business policies, practices, or procedures must permit an individual with a disability to use a service dog. In fact, they must allow an individual claiming their animal is a service dog to enter. Refusing service is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, which can result in penalties, fines, and money damages. The only two questions the U.S. Department of Justice permits businesses to ask are if the service dog is necessary due to a disability, and what he is trained to do to mitigate it.Shame on you sir!!

Have been taking the same car here for 10 years back before John merged with Challenger, but Mark is great too. Its a little hole in the wall shop and the hours arent as good as say a Pepboys, but if you want honest guys working on your car, this is the place to go. WELL worth the drive if youre a bit out of town too. I got tired of being told parts needed to be replaced when I knew they were fine. During inspections, these guys tell you certain things pass now, but signs of wear shows the same parts wont last till the next inspection and give estimates for when you should replace. No more getting screwed on the standard, your tires, brakes, wipers, struts, oil, etc. are worn NOW before I can pass, isnt that a coincidence? This place is great!

Honesty IS their Best Policy. I dont need all the bells and whistles or fancy waiting room that just add to my bill. I know Im getting what I paid for and Ill know if somethings coming up to keep an eye on. My kids all go to Mark and Dawn and dont feel intimidated. They know theyll be told if they need to be doing something that theyre not, or doing something that they shouldnt. Mark is in the Towing business now too. This is where to go first, everytime. If I need something they cant do, theyll connect me with the right place. Honest and Integrity just about sums up how Mark and Dawn run their business. Theyve got my business, everytime.
