Needed my brakes done they were awesome. They called me when they found an unexpected issue and price was reasonable. We use them for our oil changes as well. Great place, prices and professional.

Before covid, they had really great employees, now... most of the employees dont know much about cars or car parts, if you need something from this store you may need to hold their hand while you both walk through the computer prompts. or go to your nearest backyard mechanic, at least they should know what to look for. Nobody cares. Not at all knowledge. Sent my son in for a 2006 Crown Victoria cabin air filter. 20 minutes later they said we had to order online. Car doesnt have one. I want my hour back.
The kid that was waiting on my friend had no clue of what he was doing. Spent way too much time in that store for just one part. Thankfully the manager stepped in. If they would hire people with more knowledge of the auto industry like their competitors do I would shop there more often.
Went in for some socket extractors. Not many places had these, so it was cool. Ended up getting the nut of with the biggest socket. It actually sheared the nut, on the first attempt. Then on the second attempt it came out. These things have reverse spiral flutes, that cut deeper with every turn. Highly recommended for stuck nuts!

Im a auto zone customer for many years and never have issues but this store they dosent want to help the customers I was here this week to get my rotors for my truck they give just 1 set and paid for both

Kid that served me treated me as if I’d never bought a battery before, staff was rude and a waste of space. This is why people buy stuff online. I will never spend money at this autozone again.
Rick was so so so incredibly helpful and friendly. This location is lucky to have employees that make costumers feel at ease no matter what the issue is, and to have employees that give such a good attitude and effort that it makes people want to come back rather than going anywhere else.
I went in the get a read on the check engine light and they gave me a self service device that i plugged in myself and then brought it back in for the print out of what the issue was. Great solution for a great service offered still respecting the social distancing guidelines

This Auto Zone store can be a hit or a miss. If its not busy, youll get attended right away, but when its busy, get ready to spend a long time waiting. For the most part the employees are knowledgeable in answering questions.

I definitely recommend this location. I am so grateful for one of the employees there (didnt catch his name). He helped me fix my flat tire while I was running errands for my job. The product that I purchased was not going to work because of a tear in my tire and he put the spare on for me. Great service!
I should of known better then to go there again. They dont even rate one star but there is no zero star. They have the worst customer service people ever. With two other car stores in town and the internet you would think they would be more polite and helpful but no. They used to be good years ago but who ever is running the store now should hire a new crew with a people personality. Thank god OReilly is right next store and Advance Auto is right down the road. I would much rather give my money to nicer people with a personality. Rick Smith answered my phone call politely and professionally. He had 1 part in store and 1 he located in another store and had it delivered to to the store before the time he promised it and called me to let me know he had both parts and is holding them for me to pick up.
AutoZone is a place to pick up any and all basic car needs, the most important thing is the loaner tool program, when you need a tool that you dont have AutoZone will loan it to you. Whether you get oil changes at the dealer or not, you still need to pick up basic car maintenance needs the, and AutoZone is the place to do it.
I went to get headlight bulbs, windshield wipers, and an engine air filter. As soon as I walked in John greeted me and asked if I needed any help. He looked up each of the items on the computer and walked with me to the aisles to show me the different options. He was very helpful and professional. After I purchased the items he installed each of them. Great experience! I highly recommend John and this AutoZone.
The guys here were respectful, courteous, and quick when they switched out my wiper blade for me. One of the guys helping me was newer and another employee helped us out, educated the new guy while still being quick and friendly and I thought that was pretty cool.
Not a car guy by any stretch but I purchased a new battery online on the AutoZone website and went to the store to pick it up.At the register, I plunked my old dead battery up on the counter -- Luis looked at it, stopped processing my order, and said -- this is a pretty new battery, you sure its not still under warranty?A 10-second check on his part confirmed his suspicion and, boom, he saved me $200.

Great auto parts shop. The staff will even help with minir installations. Super friendly staff know that everyone is not mechanically inclined and they show it.

Had to wait for like 10 minutes because all the staff was occupied, a simple Ill be with you in one moment couldve fixed this. Instead we had to stand there awkwardly waiting
The best Auto Zone in the CT. The staff is awsome.! The staff is professional, friendly, and do everything they could do to help you. They are not only good at what they do they also go that extra mile to help you anyway they can. Its the only place that I could truly say the staff takes pride in what they do and that is rare these days. Anything they could do to help you they do it no questions asked they are wonderful.

Overpriced. Nothing special customer service wise to justify the ridiculous prices. I purchased a battery for $180 there out of desperation which was their lowest option I had for my vehicle. I shopped around elsewhere and found a better battery for $107. Stay away at all costs.

Bristol Autozone is my favorite place to shop for parts, diagnosing, and great help trying to find out what and how I could fix my vehicles. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is it gets busy and the wait can get to be long.

I don’t think they should even get the one star I gave them. I went in at noon the other day said what I was doing and what I needed, they had me pay for all of the parts and only gave me half. They then said the rest will be in today anywhere from 2pm-5pm and we will call you to come pick them up. At 5:30 after no call I went in to get the rest of the parts. Gave my slip to the person at the counter and after 3min of watching him run around like a chicken with his head cut off he said oh right the truck did not come yet, should be here in 15min and we will call you. At 7:30 I gave the store a call knowing they close at 8. They had me on hold for 5 min just to come back on the phone and say we still did not get the parts And the persons that helped me at noon should have never said it would be today, and they will definitely have them at 7:30 when they open. I then call the location the parts are coming from and ask if I can just pick them up and they said we don’t have them in stock. So at 8:30 in the morning I go back to the bristol location and they still don’t have them. So I then picked the new Britain location as my third store and they tell me that they only care about invintory and not the customer so when I started to look up the corporate number she then told me I will sell you the parts I already paid for at 10 dollars off. So I had to pay twice and then still had to go to Bristol for my money. So not only did I get nothing from Bristol and Southington I had to pay twice in new Britain. It should not take 2 days and 3 locations to get one part.

When ever I have to go to this AutoZone it seems like there are 3-4 people working, yet nobody is being helped at the counter.I could be the only customer in the store and Ill still have to wait 5 min to get whatever item I needed..

This Auto Zone is a good place to go if you need to clean or fix your vehical. Everytime i go in now i know what to expect ... Curtious, knowledgeable staff, quick to look up anything you need and quick to find answers if they arent sure how to help, always the same here never an attitude bilingual so they understand, they arevprofessional. They have a store points program so you can recieve different offers and a great return policy.
AutoZone Bristol is one of the better places to get Auto Parts the staff is always knowledgeable and helpful I like that they change your windshield wipers for you when you purchase them clean environment and nearly have everything you need in stock I used to go to Napa on the boulevard but the store is smelly and over-priced and doesnt have the Bling That AutoZone has too bad not keeping up with times
