Tyler Ashley was an amazing salesman! Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Makes a person feel like they are dealing with a friend. When the time comes for me to buy another vehicle I hope that it is him that I get to deal with. Very professional and made sure that we got what we wanted. It’s the first time in my life I have had such a pleasurable experience buying a vehicle. From the moment we arrived, absolutely no pressure. Brian, our salesperson was over the top the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. So helpful and very knowledgeable of their inventory. Can’t say that about other dealerships (7 we visited before ending our shopping here). We explained what we wanted and Brian gave us options. We found the car that had everything! Even though other dealerships said absolutely no wiggle room on price, you have to pay full sticker price. BILL GATTON DID! They understand the people in this area. Mike, the GM, took time out of his day to sit and talk to us. And last but definitely not least. Bonnie, handling the financial parts, So funny and the best personality. Overall experience was the best!

Very poor customer service! I went on line and seen a 2017 Toyota Corolla for sale at a budget price I had in mind. I talked with Brian Eaton about it over the phone and got approved for the loan with the finance company. The next day I was going to test drive it. I had a appointment at 1:30. So I showed up at 1:15 and Brian tells me they sold the vehicle. Then wants to sell me a more expensive vehicle. Not a good impression at all! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

In June 2021,recently separated from the marine corps, I bought a 2016 hyundai elantra from Bill gatton Nissan. My dealer was Mike Ingle. Less than 30 days later and with 118k (I put 2000 on the car) miles the engine was blown. I cant get anyone to help me find a solution. This is without a doubt due to something overlooked or caused by the servicing department. Nobody wants to talk to me on this issue. This is how Bill Gatton Nissan treats veterans.

Took my Nissan Juke in for a valve cover gasket replacement while under warranty. Less than a year later, I was made aware of oil being low again between oil changes. Took the vehicle back and they wouldn’t fix their mistake, they wouldn’t even admit that they had made any mistake. Said I should have brought it there for service so they could have caught the leak while still under warranty. I’ll never take another vehicle there for service or own another Nissan!

Ive been doing business with another Nissan dealer for 8yrs, owning 5 Nissans in our household through them over those years. I went to this dealer, who weve been so loyal to, to buy my next new car. They didnt have the specific car on their lot that I wanted. I was told well look around & try to find your car and well get back to you., and was sent away. The salesman made us feel like he didnt really care to sell a car and/or that he didnt take us seriously that were ready to purchase.Feeling pretty much blown off & like they didnt really try to help me, I got online that night and immediately found my car at Bill Gatton Nissan (90 miles away). By early the next day wed made a deal by phone! The following day (48hrs later) I was already driving home my new car when the former dealership was just now calling me back to discuss some cars theyd found. Too Late!!Bill Gatton Nissan made my trade-in/new purchase experience so much easier and faster than Id ever had before, and without any hassles or run arounds. A young man named Robbie Blevins waited on me and was actually outside when I pulled in (which was impressive because I was late). Well you tagged the car in TN not VA, you had to fix that then the bumper was coming off came to get it fixed when I got 30 day tag one of three. I had to drive over an hour for because of your mess up. Then when. I came the second time to get the bumper fixed you blamed it on me. Horrible business all together!

Easily the most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. The first offer they gave me on a 2020 Nissan Kicks was already below KBB fair value, and they came down even more after that. Gave me equal value on my trade, after another dealer had offered me 3k less for it. They were not pushy, I took 3 days to decide to buy after seeing it and they honored their offer from a weekend deal that I had went to see even though I waited till after the weekend to buy. Monica and Mike were both amazing to deal with. They were both super patient with me in making a decision and presented me with multiple options. Buying the car was a piece of cake. The service department is where its lacking. Car doc is nice when you get to take advantage of the offers. Just be prepared to wait long times for it to be serviced. They also will say you have can a loan car while its being serviced, but dont actually make sure they have one beforehand. I live over an hour away and schedule all of my appointments in morristown for one day, so its super inconvenient when I have to wait the long times and cancel other appts since they dont have any of the loaner cars.

While traveling to our home in Arizona from Fairfax Virginia, our transmission blew. The dealership sent a courtesy car to pick us up at our stranded area. They gave us options. We purchased a new auto at their dealership and they helped us get back on the road. This is a traumatic situation to be stranded 2,000 miles from your destination. 2019 Nissan Frontier PRO-4X. The lower door/rocker panel PRO-4X factory decals were full of air bubbles and peeling around the edges. The service adviser Eric Plaster was amazing and did everything he said he would which is a first for a service adviser at this location. However, Jamie, the service manager had worked with me on multiple issues with past experiences and in December after a bad survey he promised to fix my issues and said he would make sure I had 5 oil changes included to last me the rest of the duration of my lease. I did not ask for this, Jamie offered it. Now, when I went in this time they said only this service was covered and they would not cover anymore. I asked the service adviser to get Jamie to correct and no one has contacted me back.

I was going on a trip within a couple days and remembered I needed my oil changed and was behind by several months. I was worked in within 2 days without an actual appointment and was treated very well by the entire staff. I love Bill Gatton Nissan!

I was out of my Home state of Georgia visiting in Bristol, TN. My 2005 Nissan Frontier caught fire and was totaled. My past five vehicles have been Nissan/Datsun products. Have been well pleased.I visited the Bill Gatton Nissan dealership and met Monica Sharrett. She was very informative and knows her products well. Usually I am very skeptical of auto salespeople. Ms. Sharrett put me as ease. She answered all my questions in what I believe was an honest and truthful manner. She never seemed to sidestep any of my questions and never tried to force me to upgrade to bells and whistles I didn’t want or need. She shared available options and allowed me to decide.I felt the pricing at Bill Gatton was reasonable. The finance manager was helpful in helping me obtain the best deal and financing.When the need arises to purchase another vehicle I will definitely consider the five hour drive to Bristol for my purchase.The dealership was great to work with. My hope is that Nissan still makes the great and trusted product I have grown to appreciate over the past 35 years.Once again, a big thanks to the staff of Bill Gatton Nissan and especially Monica Sharrett for helping me during a very troubling time.

The folks at Bill Gatton Nissan were there for me, able to answer questions and ease concerns, throughout the buying process. The salesman, Joey Hale, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I had a very narrow preconception in regards to vehicle dealerships before visiting Bill Gatton. The customer service was exceptional.
