DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Awful customer service!!!! Went in for a simple break line repair. The wrong part came in 5 different times over a 4 day period. Yes, they had my truck for 4 days. I had to call them for updates and got lied to on multiple occasions. The only reason I finally got anything done was by calling corporate customer service which had a regional manager call me and mysteriously my truck was fixed in the next hour and a half. When I showed up the second day to check on my truck a lady had been waiting on her vehicle for 3 hours, and yes she had a appointment, to get a simple oil change. Management in this place needs to be replaced. All I know is based on their star reviews that someone internally must be logging on. Stay away from this place.

Brought my truck in for an alignment. Took over an hour and half. Vehicle is in worse shape than when I brought it in. Pulls horribly to the right, which I told them it did, but now way worse. Couldnt complete a simple alignment, all new suspension, so there is no reason they couldnt except that they have no idea what they are doing. Was told to come back and have their senior tech look at it between 7-3 Monday- Friday. Dont have the time to do that as I work in south Denver. They dont care, only wanted to tell me that it pulls to the right. Well guess what, adjusting the camber would fix that!! I dont have the time to waste to see if their senior/master tech can do an alignment.Dont take appointments for something you have no idea how to do!!!!Do not take your vehicle there. Customer service sucks, and obviously the techs have no idea what they are doing!!!!

They didnt have my truck tires in stock but they got them in less than 24 hours! Great service and a brand new service center!

They are wonderful here. The staff are skilled and friendly. They are reasonably priced. I will always take my car here. They have a customer for life.

Absolute horrible customer service. I needed a simple tire change that went out on the highway. My two kids were in the car, they said its not their problem . DO NOT RECOMMEND

Had our car checked out today by Firestone. They were super busy! Susan stepped up to the plate and figured out how to get the job done, while Curtis kept working on other vehicles. She also had to deal with an upset customer and she was able to stay calm and even keel, very professional. Thank you so much Susan!!!

I went to this Firestone yesterday 10/9/21 pulled in at 5pm closing time was 6pm all the bay were empty a lady named Susan there told me she didnt want to help me because she was closing in a hour all I had was a tire going flat and needed it looked at but I guess with a hour on the clock thats to much to ask at this Firestone complete . Just to be clear I was the only customer there at the time I will not be going to any more Firestone complete

What a horrible shop! Made me unhook all kinds of stuff knowing I had animals being transported in the truck. Diagnosed the vehicle only to tell me they cant even work on trucks.... Dont waste your time with this place. They dont know what theyre doing. They dont even know their own equipment.

Got off work early today to get an alignment. Called a few days ahead to schedule a appointment at 5pm,Got there on time and then was told that they couldn’t do it because they had to much work to do. I believe they weren’t even aware of the alignment that day and had people who didn’t even have an appointment getting helped. Im livid.

Refused a emergency tire repair 30 minutes before their scheduled closing time.

90 minutes to fix a nail in ONE tire, HOW? I’ve had 4 wheels and tires mounted faster than it took for this repair on ONE tire. Complete nonsense. And don’t reply to my review asking me to call you guys to make it better, my only suggestion would be to get rid of the entire staff and start from scratch.

Brought a 2017 hyundai in 1 month ago for a normal blended oil change with a coupon for $30. Took my other 2017 jeep and now my oil change is $80 with a $15 coupon, but Firestone is promoting $54.99 oil changes for full synthetic. Weird how the prices only change when I came in, but when a guy came in for me, no problems whatsoever. Also the lady at the front desk was rude and tried to offer a credit card for an additional $20 off. Take your services somewhere else for the price.I have been back recently and Jaime was helpful. 8/2020

Don’t go here. Arrived with a used care I purchased for an alignment, oil change and vehicle inspection. Alignment was done according to another models specs and none of the other fluids were topped off. In addition, one of the fluids I checked myself after leaving was the power steering fluid. It was horrific and obviously hadn’t been changed in a long time. If they didn’t catch this it makes me suspicious they checked anything else on the car.

This place is a joke dont waste your time, the redhead lady Makes this place impossible to work with.

Wouldn’t take 5 minutes to patch my tire because they were all booked . Drove here with a flat for nothing .

The people working here are liars. I had two tires that needed patched and was told it’s be an hour wait. After an hour I was told that one tire had nothing in it and the other couldn’t be patched because of where it was in the tread. So I’d have to buy 2 new tires. While I was waiting they told every single person that came in the same exact story m they told me as to why they couldn’t patch a single tire that had come in (6 different people). I knew they were lying so I had them put my spare on and came home. My husband found a nail in the center of the tire that they said had nothing in it. Took it to a different place they patched both tires with no problem at all.

Got an oil change and they pulled a nail from one of my tires for free wonderful people there.
