I called they said they would have an opening soon . So I got up there hand they got me right in. They offered NOT PUSHED A NEW AIR FILTER AND WIPER BLADES BUT I get them free from where I bought my truck. They were really nice and great about this and NOT PUSHY AT ALL. GIVE THEM A TRY!

Customer service was impeccable 👌🏼 but did not turn my oil change light off, and left oily finger prints everywhere. Put wrong differential fluid in and had to change it out. Also put down that they cleaned my outer windows but sadly they did not.

The oil change was done very quickly and correctly. The staff were all very friendly, and I would definitely take my car back here for an oil change if it weren’t for the prices. I bought a coupon online for a full synthetic oil change. The coupon was $67 + a $3 service fee, and it only covered up to 5.0L of oil. My 2.0L engine ended up taking 5.7L of oil, which cost me an additional $13. There were additional fees and taxes included in that $13. Their regular price on my oil change would have been $110, which is just silly. Overall, $83 is way more than I want to spend on an oil change. Firestone, Grease Monkey, and Brakes Plus are all similarly priced to Jiffy Lube. I know that Brighton Ford does a full synthetic oil change for $59, and that includes a tire rotation. Jiffy Lube chargers an extra $20 for a tire rotation. I was willing to pay a little more (the $70 I paid for the coupon) for the convenience of going to this Jiffy Lube that is right by my house, but I know of other car dealerships in the Denver Metro area that do a full synthetic oil change for $45. I’ll definitely just go to a car dealership to get my next oil change.

It was my first experience going to Jiffy Lube and i was very impressed. This young group of guys did a great job explaining things. They had great customer service and I was there for about 30 mins max. Corey and JD did a great job!

CAYLA was very professional, and exhibited incredible customer service skills. I threw some off the wall questions at her and she was able to answer them confidently and correctly. She was teamed with ETHAN and ANTHONY, and as a team they were incredibly efficient. Ive never had an oil change go so swiftly. And this was a mere half hour before it was time to close, with multiple customers still arriving. The attitudes overall were delightful. Aside from a comment that I wasnt supposed to hear, but was unseen by an employee until it was already out there. And honestly I wasnt upset by it at all. Its rude for everyone to show up right at closing time so if that was the worst of it I think its incredibly understandable. Will be back for the service here.

I went in for a simple oil change, which I had a coupon for, and all of a sudden there’s 5 different “issues” with my car. I let them know I was on my lunch break and Only had enough time for my oil change.Then the guy kept insisting how important it was to get these things fixed . I told him about 5 times I was not interested and I would have my husband bring in my car later . He then Said he could help me out with the price and give me a discount so I agreed just to change the cabin filter. I also got charged to top off my fluids, I was never even asked if I was ok with the extra charge. My bill was $130 dollars! I am pretty upset my oil change alone was to be $60-80 at the very most. This is the last time I go to this location! I did not appreciate the multiple insisting after so many times refusing.

Won’t go there again. They didn’t have the correct oil filter. So someone had to go buy one. I wanted a transmission flush. They didn’t have any fluid for a manual transmission. Very unprofessional. A 20/30 minute service took over an hour.

I came here first thing in the morning and I was greeted by the lovely Tina! She was so helpful and walked me through the process to ensure my car was safe for the road. The entire crew here was very kind and helpful but Tina especially made a possibly stressful process very easy.

I came in for an oil change. They drained the transmission line instead of the oil and then changed the oil filter. I drove away with a clunking and shuttering Subaru. Came back and they remedied the mistake and gave me $20 off my next service but at this point Ill probably service it myself. Could have destroyed my transmission but luckily its fine.

They did amazing work and helped me out with a used Jeep I bought two days prior to the service switched up the wipers did the differential fluid and let me know of the main issues the dealership had overlooked Phoenix and his team were amazing understanding and overall wonderful, I definitely recommend heading over to get maintenance done since they are quick efficient and such a wonderful team. The service was excellent. I knew i was I was WAY overdue for an oilchange and assumed a new air filter as well. I wasnt aware, but turns out my air filter is meant to be cleaned and reused. Pretty much one of the worst auto servicing experiences Ive ever had. I brought my car in to have it served before going on a trip to Texas. They over charged my air conditioning system and blew a seal on my air conditioning compressor. When I brought it back in they would not refund my money and then told me I need a new compressor. Brian, the manager said he would have his regional manager call me to get my money back. That was two weeks ago. I spent 7 days traveling in Texas with the hottest days theyve had in decades. DO NOT PAY THEM IN CASH!! Still waiting to hear from anybody! $383 for an oil change and ac service and of course the air filter, plus a $27 tip. Never going here again and will not be recommending this company to anyone I know!!

I honestly expected to be upsold and overcharged for all kinds of stuff, but I really appreciated that there were no extra charges and everything was very straightforward. The guy who vacuumed had actually told me about a coupon a few weeks earlier, so I was even able to get $12 bucks off. That’s what I want: no bullcrap, and no upselling. Keep doing that and I will stay a loyal customer and refer others to your business. Thanks again.

This place has fantastic people working there.They got me in super fast and took no time at all to change the oil. All were very friendly. The reason for the 3 stars is the price. I just have a regular size 4 door sedan and the basic oil change is $50. This is very expensive as Im used to paying $35 elsewhere, and I also know the oil doesnt cost that much, so the price gouging is a little disappointing. Other than the price, the service would be 5 stars.

They took me as soon as I came through the parking lot, the young lady that helped me was very professional and kind. Same with the gentlemen that was helping her. I came in for an oil change on my 2006 ford escape. The next morning after getting my oil change, my oil light came on, which led me to investigate. Not only did they fill my oil a quart over what was necessary, they also put too small of a filter on my car, to the point not even a wrench could take it off. Wish I could put a photo in for reference. So not only did I pay for an oil change, I had to buy a new filter and oil to make up for what was lost. Will not be allowing these guys to work on my car again. very disappointed.

I had to drive up from Dallas suddenly because my daughter had been admitted to the Brighton hospital. The vehicle was due for an oil change. When I pulled in, I was immediately greeted by Noah and then Tyler. They both got me right in and did the oil and filter change quickly, informing me of progress and explaining all details of filter condition, battery terminal condition, etc. I was probably there 30 minutes max. Totally positive experience. And kudos to the gentleman in the pit that was turning the wrench! I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location!

This was my first visit to Jiffy Lube in Brighton after taking my cars to Grease Monkey for years. I called the shop at 5:15 pm to ask what time they closed and if there was a long wait. I talked to John and he was very friendly. He explained there was no wait and invited me to come on over. I got there about 5 minutes later and they took me right in. John was very polite and explained the process well. He did his due diligence to point out my dirty air filter, offered to replace it, and then was very kind and understanding when I opted out of that so I could replace it myself. I could hear the other men working in the shop because I was able to wait inside my vehicle while they did the oil change. They all seemed happy and proud of their work. I will definitely be taking my other cars there and switching from my previous oil change shop.

Team was quick and efficient. Went over all services performed and recommended services without forcing anything. Highly recommend this location!

I had to get my oil changed and I could not believe how kind the staff was! I did have to wait, but that was expected as it was first come first serve. Everyone was so polite to me and took time to explain what they were doing. They changed my oil but also checked everything else out and showed me while I waited in the car. They even helped scrape an old sticker off my car that I couldn’t get! I would highly recommend.

I was amazed at how fast they took me in and to ask what I needed help with. I went in thinking I only needed an oil change but needed much more than that. The store Manager Tyler, was so amazing with updating me on the process of where my vehicle was at maintenance wise and made a more expensive day than I thought, feel better with some helpful coupons applied. The rest of the staff was so amazing and kind to me while I waited in the lobby. I highly recommend their services!

So unfortunately I went down here to get an oil change yesterday and was very surprised with the service I got. I have used this place several times in the past and have always had terrific service from Tyler and his crew. Yesterday went in to get an oil change in the wife’s vehicle and had a rough experience. Unfortunately it was a different team than I have seen before. Pulled in and first thing I mention is that I had a competitors coupon and asked if they could match it. The guy I dealt with was a new face and told me “I think so” and told me to pull into the bay. I was told the oil change would take no more than 15 minutes. About 20 minutes into sitting in the waiting room, the same guy pulled me out to the bay to speak about my vehicle. He pulled up the dip stick for my oil and showed me the level of the oil. I looked at him confused as I was watching them the entire time and they had not switched my oil out up to this point. When I mentioned this to the younger guy, the manager then stepped in and told me the oil cap had been over tightened last time and cracked and needed to be replaced. I explained to him if it was over torqued that was from the last time I brought the vehicle in. The Manager advised he would be replacing it free of charge which was professional. The younger worker then advised me I needed a new cabin air filter and quoted me $50. I asked him what the cost was if I was to do it myself and he said it would be about the same. I initially told him to go ahead and replace the filter until I looked up the cost at Auto Zone. The filter cost $17.99 which was far less then Jiffy Lube quoted me. After the oil was finally put in the vehicle, the manager then told me 2 of the 5 screws for the skid plate were missing which made no sense as I have brought the vehicle to Jiffy Lube for the past 4 services and never had that mentioned to me in the past. At checkout the manager quoted me $117 for the oil change and I handed him the coupon. The manager came off clearly upset and advised he couldn’t match the coupon. I had to explain to the manager this was the first thing I asked when I pulled into the bay, because I wanted to make sure they could match it or I would have taken my business elsewhere. The manager, clearly upset adjusted the price and checked me out. Unfortunately I will not be going back to this location. My total time to get an oil change was 56 minutes when I was initially told no more than 15. Very disappointed and be careful with the new crew they have at this location.

Noah and the rest of the Jiffy Lube crew were excellent. The service was unbelievable quick. Noah was very professional, as well as knowledgeable. The staff was friendly and spoke to me about issues that needed to be addressed on my vehicle. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with my experience and will continue to go to this location for my vehicles. On a side note, all the staff were wearing their face masks appropriately, which goes a long way in October 2020. Thanks Jiffy Lube.

Out of washer fluid, wouldnt top off other fluids, not as thorough, not the same treatment as last 2 times been there.

Went in to have the spark plugs changed. Everyone there were very professional and their service was very quick, what impressed me further was one if the employees even brought out the old plugs to show me they really did need changing. Overall they saved me over $100.00 compared to what the dealership wanted to charge me, Ill definitely come back for this and other services. Thanks!

They made me come back in an hour the first time I went because they were waiting for parts, for the prior customer.They couldnt get my car pulled in correctly which made me regret going there immediately.Then my oil change took ten minutes but i had to wait another hour for OReillys to bring an air filter. That i could have picked up myself if i had known thats what was happening.They foundd a leak but could not explain to me how to check and fill the transaxle fluid. Apperantly it is just transmission fluid but the kid totaly confused me.My oil however does not seem to be puking out so hopefully it was done right and the filter did not get over or under tightened.It would be nice. To have knowlegable adults working there.

I just had my oil changed and brakes flushed at Jiffy Lube on 50th and Bridge in Brighton.Im am impressed at the protocols put in place to verify that they dont accidentally damage your car. They check things, then double check, then go through that same check list with you.I watched as Tyler managed his crew who were well coordinated and working quickly but carefully.Great job.
