The sells lady was a jewel. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. She let me look around without pressure and answered all my questions with patience. All in all, I had a great shopping experience and I got a beautiful sectional for my home.

Good place, however please be cautious on buying extended furniture warranty. It’s a scam, it will be sold to you like a good sales person sells you a over priced car. It will look good and sounds like a great dead. My recommendation is to use that money towards buying a Better furniture. Please do you own research on the insurance sold at weekends only.

I have been calling mattress stores for weeks looking for a store that I could pick up the same day and no luck. I guess I couldve just ordered on and had it delivered with as much time as it took but Im glad I didnt b/c someone suggested I try weekends only and not only did they have a few in stock but the prices were under $200 which brought me so much joy! Customer service was good.
The sales associate Issac @ the Bridgeton location was great. He exhibited extreme patience. I was sort of conflicted regarding which accent chairs would look best with my Chase. Had just moved to MO and my wife and I for a fresh start needed new furniture and enjoyed not having to be pressured to purchase. Agents are not on commission meaning they’ll let you look around till you’re satisfied and if you walk out then so be it. Fortunately for us the items we wanted were in stock and got them delivered in 2 days. Given the shortages going on, we sure were lucky!

After visiting the Manchester store we saw a rug we really liked but the floor model had a lot of imperfections in it. The employee there refused to let us see the rug they had in back stock saying we had to purchase it then we could see it. We decided to go to the Bridgeton store to see if they had one. They only had one in the wearhouse but Danielle immediately double checked the inventory and offered to pull it for us so we could see it before we purchased. Between Danielle, Isaac and Antonio the customer service was above and beyond what we were expecting especially after our visit to the other location. We are so happy with our new rug and glad we took a trip to this location!
Great store with great selection. I just dont like the high charge for delivery. But if you got a pickup you can get around that. The employees are professional and savy.

They had a wood coffee table that we wanted. It was a unique piece so to order another one didn’t make sense. But we agreed to take a look at it when it came in. We drove all of the way back when it was due to come in. They didn’t have it. After spending 15min of them talking and collaborating and whatever they were doing on their computers they gave us the original one that we wanted to begin with. Horribly managed store.

Had a very good experience at Bridgeton Weekends Only. Found exactly what I had been looking for and Libby was super helpful with my questions. Placed my order for me and I just had to stop at the front desk to pay. Picked up the very next day without any hassle.
We visited the store last weekend looking for a living room set for our daughters new house. Being Sunday they didnt have much in stock. A sales person advised us to come on Friday and they should have much more available. We did, and are very glad we did. They had plenty to choose from. The manager on duty helped us her self so that we didnt have to wait to long. Got the living room set and a couch for us! Wasnt even shopping for us but couldnt pass it up.
I am a huge Weekends Only fan and it is one of the best places to shop in St. Louis. The customer service at the Bridgeton location was amazing. I was shopping 7 months pregnant and they were so helpful. I got a good deal on a floor model they gave me at clearance price because of some cosmetic defects. They moved items from different parts of the store to help me see a set together. We ended up buying all of it because we felt so confident about our purchases. Shoutout to Antonio for his attentiveness and professionalism.
Everyone was really friendly at this location especially Mary. She was so patient with me as I kept going back and forth between 2 couches. She never made me feel rushed. I really appreciated her patience as well as her knowledge about some other items I was shopping for.

The people in the showroom are nice, delivery people are really great, but omg Ive been waiting for the hardware that was missing for my bed for almost a week, keep being told to call, they barely answer, when I do get somebody they say oh come up here and get the parts, weve went up twice just for them to say oh we dont have it Im sorry, just call and check again but no real help. I just want to have a bed to sleep in lol the furniture I ordered is nice but this is really a huge disappointment to keep having to call and call and call just to get the wrong information and plus hello I work every day I cant just be on hold for sometimes well over an hour. Im just hoping to get this resolved before my baby comes so I can at least have a bed to get some sleep in.
7:30 in the morning and the delivery guys reek of weed. Ugh! SMH. Of course I don’t want you to stay and assemble anything. You’re high...The price tags on the furniture in store are not the correct prices. The prices listed online are the current prices. Some items are off by $50 some or off by hundreds. Sectional in store $878. Price online $1,200. Love seat in store $378 online $408. Two starts for the furniture being delivered quickly and the furniture being quality Ashley furniture signature pieces.
I do not recommend this place at all. My furniture was delivered without all of the pieces. When I called to get them to make it right, it was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a furniture purchase. They told me I would have to come and get the pieces myself and find my own screws. The correct pieces were made with screws built in. When I insisted they make it right after buying their $2000 sectional, they would not!I ultimately had them come and get their furniture and was still charged the delivery fee although I ended up with no sectional.
Gigi was excellent explaining the furniture to us. She explained the protection plan which was so important for us with puppies. She helped with her years of experience and decorating expertise and was kind and sweet through it all. Can’t wait to sell out furniture and get the new stuff in

The Weekends Only in Bridgeton was very good I wish I could have gotten the deal I wanted but overall it was a good experience I traveled to the weekends only in St Peters ( Mid Rivers) location only to be denied service I’m left to assume my race played a factor Sense everyone else that came in that was not my race got helped I paid cash money for my items so I wasn’t looking for handouts I simply wanted my new pieces in the box for assembly later so I returned back to Bridgeton and they got me together thanks you guys!!!
The purchase of my swivel rocker was a great experience. The sales staff was friendly, and the logistics of the sale flowed fluidly from the sales floor, to the cashier, out the door and to the pick-up zone. WELL orchestrated!
Bad experience this month. Waited a month for back ordered item, received two calls that it would be delivered during a three hour window. At the end of the three hour window with no delivery I called and was on hold for 90+ minutes at which time I gave up and left a message. Received a call back saying my order never came in, was told it was the delivery companys fault for saying it would be delivered and all they could do was refund my purchase. Lost a full day of my own time. This store definitely needs to stop providing false information whether it be the stockroom or delivery team- its all a Weekends Only internal issue.
The counter guy was very rude and obnoxious but the young lady that checked us in and the guys that loaded our car were very nice and professional.
The furniture that was dropped off at my place had some damage to it and the drivers never said anything about it. After they had lefted, notice the damage. Weekend only furniture would not answer the phone I called and called on the days they were open. I email them, I never got a answer back, Even so I followed the instructions on how to make a claim for damage furniture.After my calls and E mail not answered or returned I decide to ride out there to to the place. There were 7 people behind the counter and not one of them answered the phone even while i was outside on the parking lot checking if i was wrong. I had paid for a warranty but they were telling me that they dont handle that at the store. So now I have to go home and called this numbers that they couldve just gave me over the phone. I wont be coming back shopping here at this store.

We came in today (Bridgetown location) to try out and purchase a sofa we viewed online. We didn’t get hassled throughout our visit, which was great...we could shop around and try out the furniture with someone nearby to help but not in our personal space. Once we made our decision, Ty helped us and was very friendly and answered all of our questions honestly and thoroughly. He was a huge help! Can’t say much about the quality of furniture as we haven’t received it yet but customer service was great!
Weekends only had a very helpful employee that helped me find a sofa set perfect for my home however they also had a very rude employee that tried to force another customer to buy the exact same item while I was literally still sitting on the couch deciding if I want the item. Weekends Only please give your customer space to purchase their items, that means one person sampling a couch at a time.

No real leather recliners. Cheap looking fake leather recliners. Disappointed again. I try to like this place, but it seems to be worse each time we go there. We are done...give up.

One of the wooden pieces for the base of the bed was not the right size and they thought I wouldn’t find out. They tried to cover it up. The slat wouldn’t even connect to the other side of the bed because it was too short. They didn’t screw it in cause they knew it wouldn’t work. I’m so glad I caught it. Just be honest and say there was a defect and you will have to have somebody else come out to replace it. If you get a in home delivery and set up, please analyze it before they leave. A lesson learned on my part. I will not shop here again.

Store manager is very unprofessional!Their Employees are not trained, the store manager got mad at me and his employee because she kept asking him about furniture that is showing it’s available online for this location but it’s not there according to him.I will make I will let everyone I know about my experience with weeks only!Don’t waste your time with their service and prices you can go to better store and way better service!
A varied selection of couches and we found the one! Antonio was great. He asked if we needed help while looking and we did not then. When we did need help he was ready and answered our questions. He covered all bases but did not push when we said no to the protection plan. He provided us with information and our options but accepted our answer. I would go back.
I ordered a couch mid April. I was told it was on back order and would be delivered May 18th. Today I receive a call that my couch not only won’t be delivered tomorrow, but it won’t be delivered until June 13th. I immediately called the company. I have now been on hold an hour and a half

I knew exactly what I wanted, I walked right up to an associate, she helped with my purchase and within minutes, checked availability, quoted the price, asked a few simple questions, then I was off to customer service and once again a very smooth process, I paid for my purchase, then drove around to the pick-up area and was greeted by a young man, I showed him my receipt and a few minutes later a woman showed up and we put my purchase in my truck and I was on my way.
I had such a wonderful experience with Candice! She was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. She is truly a reflection exceptional customer service. She was knowledgeable and anything she didnt know for sure, she quickly found an answer from co-workers and warehouse crew. Pick-up was painless. Crew was very amicable and quick. Our consultant Mary was wonderful. And was knowledgeable about the mattresses we wanted to purchase. Our order was put in the system in no time. Unfortunately their check validating software sucked. My check was declined 2X’s. I called my bank on Monday 8/10 to make sure that my credit limit was high enough to cover the check. My balance was fine. I tried calling this store off and on all day Friday. Long waits. Called again on Saturday around 11. Left voice mail for a call back. Got tired of waiting so went to the store location. Great service at the service desk from Michael. I was walking in my door at 3:30 pm when I got the return call from my voicemail. Telephone service was not timely
For a business thats only open 3 days a week I expect a little better inventory. What are you doing Monday-Thursday? You should be replenishing inventory for the weekend. Disappointed that I didnt find what I was looking for, which was a cheap dresser.

I came in looking for a full set of chairs for my dining room. They only had 2 of the ones I wanted to purchase unfortunately. I was working with Amber and she not only found another set at a nearby location for me but called that other store to make sure they were in good condition. I was able to purchase them all at the same place and pickup that same day. She was so great to work with and very helpful!
Todays experience went without any glitches or problems, but I knew what I wanted: a Queen sized mattress at a certain price point. I often have to wait a long time before someone comes up and offers to help.Updated Saturday, August 1st: Went in today for a desk and waited quite a while and no one even asked if I needed help. Eventually left and bought the desk elsewhere. There is clearly a shortage of staff here, which is even more noticeable post COVID-19.
I purchased a bed room set from here a few years ago and loved it. The set still looks new but I was looking for something different. This time was a completely different experience. When I got home and went to put my bed together I realized they had given me two footboards (one to a completely different bed). I had to wait a month for the bed to be off backorder and then it still was not ready in the date they gave me and I had to wait another week to get it when I could get off work again. I finally go to put my bed together and now I’m missing one of the legs to the bed and 16 screws. I will never shop here again.

They had the chair I wanted in stock for the best price on town, and loaded it in the MKX within 10 minutes of my purchase with no problem. None of the other stores had the chair I wanted available till well past April.

We came in looking not expecting to buy, the staff was very helpful, the sales people don’t work for commission so they were able to recommended clearance items of which we found exactly what we were looking for, and while walking around, we were able to find the perfect dining room set and were able to finance on the spot, everyone was really nice with a laid back vibe our sales person actually put in our order while we sat at the table

Went to get two beds and was in and out within about an hour. Only disappointment was one bed was on back order but they explained they had a uptick in purchases due to tax and stimulus season so I have to wait two weeks for one bed to be delivered other than that was a good experience.

For starters I have shopped here for many years now last year purchasing an adjustable bed. The year before a new bedroom set brown wood with bookcase headboard and drawers all around the bed. In 2018 bought my grandaughter a full size white bedroom set for her 10th birthday. In 2011 we bought basement sectional with a table an 4 stools under it along with a high top table with stools.We went into the store a few weeks ago to look for a replacement living room set. We were selling our current set we bought 9 years ago at Rothman. It was still in very good condition it was beige and we were looking for a sectional with a chaise and I wanted brown.My husband wouldnt allow me to purchase the set we both liked then until we got rid of our other one. So we looked at 4 other furniture stores and end result was the 1st set with you guys. So on Saturday January 23rd we went back and purchased the Akan 2 piece Mocha Reversible Chaise Sectional in brown. We bought the matching ottoman too.Didnt realize how big it was until the delivery guys were struggling to get it in the front door. But thank God they made it. After switching chaise from right side to left adding few more pillows switching ottoman around a few times I finally had it the way I wanted and I LOVE IT.I feel asleep on chaise last night for a few while my granddaughter and I were watching TV earlier my husband fell asleep on the other end for a fewOverall cost was fair.
