Extremely disappointed and unhappy so far with lack of communication from Service employees at Bridgeton store. So far havent kept promises once to call me with updates on repairs/analysis. Hard to get on with ones personal business and life when OD keeps you hanging on your computers future availability. No excuses for this.

This is my favorite location! Their employee Lauren is my absolute favorite. She is always kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. My in-store trips NEVER take long when shes in. Thank you Lauren!!!!!!

It was the worst customer service to get flyers printed. The person helping the prepping station saw me for a good 30 minutes and decided not to help me. After 30 minutes people came behind me and then he went ahead and told me that I need to check in to get assistance. I don’t know why I was not told us whenever he saw me waiting for 30 minutes. I will not be using the Bridgeton in Office Depot location again.

I ordered business cards and went to get them and they weren’t there ! Due to mis information of the employee. After arriving he still refused to work on my project.Extremely inconvenient and irresponsible employees here just order what you need online !!!

The clerk where I received my prints was very helpful.

I have been having an issue with my laptop that I have been trying to fix on my own for a month. I called today and spoke with the tech there and he walk me through the problem within five minutes. I am so happy to know that there are very nice and knowledgeable people at that location. I am a fan just off the great customer service alone.

The service was fantastic. I went in to ask a about trouble with my computer, and left with a free diagnostic. The customer service representative was kind, patient, and let me explain my issues. While the prices were reasonable. My only issue, was I had to wait longer than preferred to be served.

We worked with Kevin the store manager on picking out our laptop he was very knowledgeable and detailed with the information he gave us on picking out the laptop. They didnt have the one that we wanted in store but he gave us the info to another office depot that had it. Thanks for your help

Do not buy warranty here. Unless your item dissolves into dust, they will refuse to repair or fix it since it was not normal means of damage, such as attempting to move and the item cant be broken down without getting broken, or dissembling it. Just a total waste of money.

Great help in finding the office supplies that I needed. They even had Fed Ex shipping. I was hoping that they had a scale for regular mail to save myself another stop. They had stamps thoygh.

Great customer service! Felicia is an asset to the team, who were all attentive and accommodating . And they were getting ready to close, but you would never have known.

They have no cars for the handicapped which made it difficult for me to shop, I got what I came for and left. I usually browse incase I ha e forgotten anything I might need. Unless they get some handicap carts I will not return and shop on line through Amazon.

Its ridiculous how much they charge for faxes and copies highway robbery why not charge one flat rate they charged me over 8 dollars for 4 pages to fax to the same number at one time I was stunned I normally go to office max but they were closer to my house. I will never go back !!

Loved the cashier, so friendly!!Prices to high on large tape for BIG tape dispenser. Couldnt see paying that price for at home purchase. :(

Personally Office Depot severely needs an organizational/aesthetic overhaul- theyve been exactly the same for the better part of a decade but thats the only reason why my experience didnt get 5 stars.I was attended to by whom I believe to be the closing manager and I needed a large poster size photo printed and even though I was there just minutes before they closed he was extremely polite and very personable. He asked me about my photo including complimenting the photographer. I said I assumed he would just print it in the morning and I would pick it up the next day, he instead chose to print it off right then which was extremely convenient for me. 5 star service was definitely given.Theyre photo printing service is priced competitively and while it might not be a professional photo print store the quality of the prints will be sufficient for anyone but those with photography degrees.
