Good kind staff who will go to any extent to keep the customer satisfied and get the deal closed. We bought 4 mattresses for our family and friends. The manager was very helpful and took a lot of time to explain all the different models. Would recommend

She was so delightful, professional, knowledgeable and thorough about the different mattress, coils, foams, and bases we felt like we had 101 mattress studies, she was very helpful with all the information given since we was new in buying bedding.We Would recommend her to EVERYONE.. I went in, just browsing for new mattresses. I had no idea that I would be walking out after purchasing. My salesperson Brandon was absolutely phenomenal. He was none-intrusive, eager to answer questions, polite, courteous, HONEST and was able to get me a great deal. My customer service experience is what determines whether or not I do anything and to sum it up best, it was because of his excellent service that prompted me to purchase.

I can not say enough about this little gem of a store here in Bridgeton.It isnt filled with fluff, and suit wearing salespeople; What it is filled with, is a modest section of beds that meet your individual needs in both type of mattress and price.Our sales person Jess, was informative and professional while being understanding in our needs. She allowed us the time ( over 2 hours ) to become familiar with and happy in our ultimate decision.We had shopped around and felt this store earned our trust and business.It isnt the Ritz, but it is exactly what my wife and I wear looking for. Our money spent in our community, and at a business who deserves it.

Salesman was outside smoking while we checked out the beds for about 10 minutes. He then proceeded to try and have us take a bed home and return it in 120 days if we dont like it for something different. Rather than help us find what we wanted he just kept telling us to take a mattress for the trial period. We bought our bed in St Charles 2 days later.

The staff was very knowledgeable. Our sales lady, Jessica, knew her products well and helped us through the process of picking the best choice for our needs.

Paul was very good answering any questions I had about beds and comfort levels.

Only one salesperson. Was eating when I walked in and took a while to greet me. No sense of humor when I tried lightening the mood. Interested to educate me but only on selected items. Did not try to upsell me or fully answer most of my questions. Explained policies thoroughly and set up delv quickly.

Mike was completely rude and disrespectful. I know Mattress Firm usually hires very nice sales people. Somehow this guy slipped through the cracks. Dont avoid Mattress Firm, they are great, but RUN from this guy. What a jerk.

Went to the store in Bridgeton and was greeted by Cyrus (John) the nano second I walked in the door even though he was with a customer. He helped me get what I needed in the budget I could manage. I told him I did not need frames as I had them and he was fine with that. He was very knowledgeable for not being there long and the paperwork was quick. I am very happy with my purchase and Cyrus was just awesome. Just went to browse and walked out very happy.
