As of right now I gave them 1 star I took off work today I was the first one for delivery this morning I waited all morning until my delivery time was up I finally called and talked to and employee that answered and he said one guy didnt come in today a d he was bye himself for delivery so he couldnt do it bye himself he said he was going to call another guy to see if he could come in and he would call me back I waited he never called me back so I called back later on and talked to a female associate . She told me they rescheduled you for monday Im so upset I lost wages sitting home and never once did they call me and said they werent coming bad business .Ive been dealing with rent a center for well over 12 years and never did I get treated like this until now .I am a good customer I would hate to stop doing business with rent a center and do business somewhere else

My whole experience with this particular storewas great Eddie was my sale associate and he treatedme just like family he made several trips to my homeuntil I was totally satisfied

Great experience next day delivery

Went to buy out a mattress set and they delivered awhole different box spring that didnt even match the mattress smh and broke before a year
