I don’t know why people give them such a hard time. Me and my kids love going to Walmart. Always have always will. This Walmart has a major major improvements over the years

I have ordered online for pick up and its been fine, but this last time I ordered I was missing an item and I got charged for it. I called twice and left my information so they could refund me for that missing item and all I get is Well call you when we do the refund, its been a week and nothing. Even thought it wasnt much the point is calling your customer back and getting it done. Now its more like stealing from your customers. Disappointed in you Walmart!

Great store. The staff at the deli counter are so helpful. They are very well stocked, often with items I dont see in Houston.

Nice, very clean store. Pharmacy assistant was very helpful with transferring a prescription. I had not been here before, so I had to figure out the aisle system. Nice check-out experience with cashier! Will recommend!

Ive stopped at this Walmart location on several occasions on my way to or from Houston without incident. The employees Ive interacted with have been very friendly and helpful. This particular store also looks better stocked and more clean than most.

I Bought 4 tires and paid for warranty for life of tires for balancing and rotating tires. When I went to get my tires rotated and balanced they would not do it. They said the fact my front end tires had some ware on the outer part of each tire. They would not rotate and balance my tires but suggested I might go somewhere else and have else and have them do it. I was at the Walmart store in Brenham Texas. I will never buy another car from Walmart is from Walmart nor will I suggest to any of my friends in a sub is to any of my friends and associates to ever do anything with their autumn were doing anything what theyre automotive part of their store.

Can’t trust them for the pickup service. It’s almost as if they deliberately choose rotten or expired products.

The store gets good products like regular wranglers and then stops getting them. They also dont sell dress pants or Jeans for thin tall women.

I like to shop here, I usually find all the things, I recently bought a top sirloin that I really like and I always get really good meat.One of the things I dont like and almost always happens to me is when paying, invariably my debit card is declined and I have to ask for help, this happens all the time whether its self pay or at checkout, its very frustrating, on one occasion they couldnt process the payment and I had to do it in cash, thankfully I was counting on that, I hope they do something about it.

I find this place pretty awesome. I always spend too much money when I come in here because I see everything that I once said I need one of those. Bummer couldnt find the pool supplies. I did find good deals on meat and I stocked up for the freezer a bit. Have you compared ground turkey to beef. $$

A Walmart that is getting a makeover, finally. The electronics section now has a better selection of smart watches, laptops, & TVs. Welcome to this century Wally. The outdoor/sports equipment has expanded as well with more things families & friends can do together. Three store is fairly organized and clean. And just like all underpaid employee anywhere, the staff is just thrilled to be there (sarcasm, its not just for breakfast anymore). Im not sure why they need cattle gates at the entrance. Maybe they are expecting a stampede.

Layout of store was easy to navigate. Disappointed with selection of Fresh Cherries. All the bags contained rotten Cherries in the bottom of the bags.

Visited optical shop. Very helpful. Minor repair to my eyeglasses. Completed very quickly.

Probably the cleanest Walmart Ive ever been to. I dont usually have a hard time finding the stuff I need. Self checkouts are a bit wacky though sometimes.

Its a walmart and like all walmarts its under staffed and they expect you to be your own cashier. I guess the company cant afford to pay employees only shareholders.

This is, hands down, the ABSOLUTE WORST walmart I have ever visited. From Prescott Valley AZ to Lehighton PA

Product availability is great but very crowded and only a few registers were staffed. I dont mind checking out my own groceries, as I have experience, but not everyone does and should be trained how to do it if Wal-Mart continues to refuse to staff registers.

Youre better off going to the Sealy Walmart. This place is dirty, good luck getting anyone to help you. I ordered something online and no one would help me find where to go to get it. So, I ended up canceling a $500 order for a grill I wanted I was so mad at waiting so long for help. Very disappointed in this location.

Wasnt too crowded. Have to search isle by aisle because they keep (re)organizing store. There are very limited cashiers & more self check outs. I prefer a person @ check-out, vs. automated computer system‼️

I dont know what I think about 100% self check . . . i mean it went quick and someone was handy to override the age restrictions . . but i kinda like having a cashier

That self check out when youre spending over $150 sucks. That is all Walmarts these days. However the employees are much more helpful in Brenham than any other one.

Great family-owned restaurant with tasty food. I was visiting from out of town and enjoyed our evening!

Price posted on merchandise different almost 40 per cent at cash register and inexperience cashier charge even more, you have to be careful when you going there, there are some good cashier s too.

Store is clean, well-stocked and decluttered but just like every other Wal-Mart they lack in one area... cashiers. Three cashiers will not cut it.

Very clean store! Shelves fully stocked, and neatly arranged! As with most Walmarts, self check out is the norm. Received lots of help from associates stationed at checkout with items incorrectly priced, adjusting to shelf listings.

Pretty much anything Home Goods and groceries. Good selection of electronics. It is difficult to find employees if you need help.

Clean but crowded with extra isles. Makes it hard for 2 carts to be on the same isle at the same time & try to pass each other.

I bought some cherrysl, I got home didnt look closely I had some Cazadotes. Overnight by 6 p they had near 3/4 rot and Mildred. Gross

This WalMart has a wide variety of items and makes it simple to get in and out quickly. This store has Great customer service, so its definitely one of my favorite Walmarts to shop at.

I would like to say thank you to this Walmart for allowing my friend who broke down in your parking lot, to have her have her car there overnight. Other selfish walmarts dont allow this. So, I appreciate this. Thank you

Well stocked gluten free section and the shelves were well stocked compared to most other Walmarts I have shopped at.

Wal-Mart is always busy. This store is no different. Of course found more than I intended to buy. In every Wal-Mart, the clothing racks are too close together and over-stuffed.

I use the pharmacy. Most if the time it is a short trip to pick up my prescription.

Too hot in the store, they need to turn their air down.

Since self-checkout started all it is done is encouraged theft because if you mention something about it to the people watching the front door they just dont care and they just stand around watching you check out might be three or four of them really the only reason we shop at Walmart is the only place in town

Always my go to store for what I need. I dont buy fresh veggies from here that often; but this particular day, the mustard greens were fresh & I purchased 3 bunches! They were good.

This is my least-favorite store in Brenham. I use a cane or a riding cart. Its hard to find a riding cart available (with the battery charged). The store doesnt look clean and the check-out lines are ridiculously long.

Crowded, dont require a mask, even with signs saying so!! Staff not very helpful

I can usually find the things I need here...I like to go early and shop...I prefer shopping online but sometimes you have to make that trip to the store...

The customer service in this Walmart is awful. Their chip readers do not work correctly. Their cashiers are rude. The management staff is not any better. I am doing more and more shopping elsewhere.

Only one register open as usual. . .trying to force customers to use self-checkout. Loooooong, slow line as usual.

Hello,My name is Helen Hillsman-Earthman and Ive been a long time, loyal customer to Wal-Mart Supercenter #0321 located in Brenham, Tx.. Today, just a few moments ago my daughter and I were escorted back into the store for suspicion of theft with Police being called and waiting outside (after Management stood and watched US checkout) and Ive never been so humiliated and embarrassed, especially since I am a former employee from years ago who actually helped to set this store up!! I will NEVER Patron This Establishment again because after genuinely overlooking an item (On THE BOTTOM OF THE BASKET) and over scanning another item (again while Management was looking for about 10 minutes and said Nothing ) Mind you Id already spent over $200.00 and all I RECIEVED Was...... Sorry bout that Maam from one Management Associate!! When there were three of them present throughout this ordeal. I never leave this store without having spent at least $200 or more on a regular basis!! This was the worst experience Ive EVER HAD IN ANY SHOPPING SETTTING!!!

Always packed, no lanes evr open except slef checkout, and only one personnto help everyone trying to self checkout. They recently moved the entire store around and all of us that have been going there our whole lives are all turned around and its takes forever to find things. Great that I have the app so I can look up what I need and exactly where it is. Even the employees have a hard time doing that even with thier new machines. If the employees had more training,and there were more on shift and in checkout lines things would be 100 times better!! And just clean the bathrooms! Its a big store and alot of people come in there all day and night they should be cleaned so much better so much more often
