Hispanic lady cashier has a very rude attitude towards customers! She has seemed to forget that the customers were more than understanding when she had to bring her child to work and we felt sorry for her. Noone reported. But since she clearly doesnt treat the customers correct, Im pretty sure Ill be calling corporate to report her if I see her having a child while trying to work her shift. If you dont like your job, then leave!

There was only one person on duty today (20nov2020) but despite being by himself that dude was killing it. The store was tidy and inviting, I was able to quickly find everything I went in for and even took a few minutes to browse. When I got to the front some 4 or 5 other people had already gone up to pay and exit before me and when I stepped up there was no line at all. I didnt catch his name tag but this dude was everywhere at once taking care of everyone and everything. Kudos to him! I was paid up and out the door with receipt in hand in under 30 seconds.10/10 will be back!

Everytime I visit this Family Dollar I am greeted! The staff is super friendly and respectful! Ashley is so amazing as a cashier and helpful employee! My go to store!

Cashier was rude and being very difficult about me returning ear buds that did not work. Even though I had the receipt she said I had to exchange for another one. Even though I spoke with the manager about it when I walked in and let her know that,she still was difficult. I asked for the manager

I stopped by here because it was closer than dollar general and couldnt even begin to gather anything. Beginning of July and the air conditioner was either broken or turned off. Most of the shelfs were half full at best. The entire store was dirty at best. After five minutes I decided to leave and after walking outside into 93 degree Texas heat I realized it was cooler outside than in the store.

Was at AUTO ZONE doing business. Not Family Dollar

ITS SAD THAT YOU HAVE TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY TO SOMERVILLE TO PURCHASE ITEMS THAT THIS BRENHAM LOCATION FAIL TO HAVE STOCKED AND READILY AVAILABLE IN THE STORE. THERE HAVE BEEN NUMEROUS TIMES THIS HAS HAPPENED. THEY BLAME IT ON THE FREIGHT BEING LATE OR THEY ARE SHORT OF STAFF. EVEN MANAGEMENT LIED TO THE CUSTOMER AND I WAS IN LINE AND WITNESSED THE QUESTION BEING ASKED. THE MANAGER TOLD THE CUSTOMER THEY HAVE IT IN THE STORE, BUT HAVE TO GO AND GET IT PUT ON THE SHELF. 3 DAYS LATER....STILL NOT STOCKED.

Very good & I just love the manager whos name escapes me because Ive lived away from Brenham about 3 years. Im just visiting, but knew him when I lived in for 10+ years. Great store!

Good place to get your house whole needs

The place is a disaster! No one cleaning, organizing, nothing. 2 cashiers at front gabbing with each other, I had a ? but had to wait for their conversation to end, then the gal looked at me, no other acknowledgements made.
