Have done business w them for 25 years, reliable, super responsive., and great serviceI appreciate dan all the guys there. Huge thanks namaya and zoe
Fast service. Welcoming personal, very capable mechanics - plus a wide selection of new and used tires.
Ive been going to Brattleboro Tire forever. Im happier needing to make an appointment for my Car Inspection than going into a place without such customer service from people like Dan and Dwayne!
Came from out of state. I couldnt ask for a better experience at a repair shop. Very honest great people.
Home town friendly with great knowledge, experience and patience. Real people.
Patched a tractor tire for me. Not their main business but they did what they could to help me out. Nice guys working there.
Great place and fantastic guys.
On a Friday morning before Presidents Day weekend, I awoke in Brattleboro to a blinking battery light in my 2002 Subaru Outback. Hunter at the Advance Auto Parts down the street tested my almost new battery and said I needed a new alternator or I was probably going to breakdown somewhere and a jump wouldnt even help me. So, he gave me the number of a local shop who was so busy and couldnt see me until at least Tuesday, who then told me to call Brattleboro Tire who was able to service my car later in the afternoon. Being in the morning and not wanting to waste my day in the car shop, I called every other mechanic in town to see if I could get an earlier opening, but no one could see me that day, except Brattleboro Tire. I was kinda bummed that a car repair had ruined my day, but the guy at the desk understood my plight and asked me if I wanted to use the loaner car. I was pumped. I started loading my ski gear into this compact loaner vehicle and inquired inside how to put the seats down, and he said he didnt know either and said I could use the other loaner car, a 2006 Subaru Outback. :-D :-D. I got my skis comfortably in the car, skied all day, paid with a card over the phone and left the loaner car at the shop after I had topped off the gas tank. Thanks Brattleboro Tire for saving my day! Will use again if in I need service in the area!
Brattleboro Tire has become my go-to mechanic in town, great people who are super helpful and responsive!
I got new studded tires installed in less than an hour.
Friendly, awesome.
Great service
Always great service.
Another great visit that was quick and fast turn around time with fair pricing.
I really appreciate having Brattleboro Tire in such a convenient location a stones throw from downtown. My current set of tires was purchased at a fair price from them. Since I also get oil changes here, the guys rotate my tires on the proper schedule for the warranty so I dont have to worry about missing a bit of regularly scheduled maintenance . Great service and very kind staff.
Dan and his associates take great care of my vehicles and my family. In particular, they deal swiftly with emergency tire issues and go above and beyond the call of duty to keep things as economical as possible. The vehicle loaners are handy when a repair is more involved. Lastly, I love the low-key atmosphere of the waiting area... no TV and no stupid news blathering on and on. Thank you!
We have been bringing our cars here for decades now and have gotten excellent service without fail.
They did a courtesy inspection on a car I was buying nearby for ~$50. Dan works quick and they gave me a thorough breakdown of possible issues with the vehicle.
I am from out of state and blew a tire on Rte 91. Called this place to see if they could take me. Yes, and they also they also answered some questions and provided advice on the tire change. Changed the tire to the spare and limped in at noon, only to be told everyone was at lunch till 1pm and theyd get on it at that time. Meanwhile, Dan found time to fix it and I was back on the road by 1pm. More importantly, I had no idea if the flat was repairable or not. They had me and they knew it, but turns out the tire had nail puncture and only required a patch. They could have replaced the tire and/or marked up the charges, but they didnt. They dealt with me fairly, honestly and quickly. Also, very friendly. Five stars all around. Thanks guys.
Absolutely hands down the most painless tire purchase experience that I have ever had. Astonishingly quick to get you info, do the job and get you back your vehicle.Called around yesterday to my usual places and was told two weeks plus for an appointment. Decided to try B.T. and was pleasantly surprised when they said to come on in at 1pm the following day!Gave me multiple options with average price points -- settled on the goodyear wrangler trailrunners and could not be happier! Already got around to testing them off-road and they are on par with the goodrich all terrains ive had before (compared on the same surface/trail).Anyhow -- sorry for my long winded review. In short - awesome service, good pricing, quick turnaround and friendly staff!Thank you so much!
Their quick replacement of a damaged stud in wheel is much appreciated. After my Avalons tires were then replaced, one of the crew took my car for a short drive to investigate a sound in rear of the car that I mentioned. Well done!
I got my tires just in time and they are worth every penny! Plus the guys who work here do a great job. I wont go anywhere else for tires now and Ill recommend you guys every chance I get! Thanks for a wonderful experience! :-)
My go-to place in town for tire and automotive repair. Great, friendly, knowledgable crew that takes care of their customers.
Arrived as a walk in. Great customer service! They replaced my flat at a fair price and did a very workmanlike job ... ill certainly go back in the future.
Brattleboro Tire is simply great. Got it done same day for less than I expected and less than others I called and done right. They also stick to their guarantee on tires - lifetime.. Blew out on me and they replaced - no questions asked.. truly a business who sticks to their word..!!
Picture this. It was Friday afternoon, 90 degrees, 95 yr old mom in the car, flat tire and unworkable temporary donut tire on Main St. The first tow truck took off on me (didnt want to wait 10 min. to get my mom a ride out of there - it was NOT Als Towing). Insurance co. messed up call for second tow truck so it was going to be past closing time at Bratt Tire. Als Towing out of Vernon arrived (awesome service, Als! thanks!) Dan was waiting for us well after closing time on a Friday! He gave me a loaner even though I dont live in town. The next morning Dwayne and I exchanged calls about the problem and soon I was back on the road, all fixed at a more than fair price. These folks know how to do customer service and run a fair business. Please dont consider anyone else for your tire needs. 👍😊
Best for repairs. Dedicated staff of professionals
Went there for my first VT inspection. They had truck 15 minutes and said I needed 2 new tires. I measured the tread depth before coming and I was no less than 4/32” all around. You need 2/32” to pass. They said tires were bald and wouldn’t pass. I said ok I will pick it up (knowing they just wanted to make the money on selling me tires) I pay my $50 and guy follows me out to show me tread depth measures it right in front of me at what he thinks is lowest point - lo and behold his meter reads 3/32” a pass, so he tries again on same tire- 4/32, then he takes meter and test with flanges running sideways inside tread. I didnt even bother looking. Then he tests other tire, 4/32 again. Then he cites “weather cracks” as reason for not passing (admittedly there is some tiny cracks but all within tread which are all superficial and nowhere near being deep or substantial for non pass or dangerous, nowhere near cord exposure and absolutely nothing on sidewall which is the standard for fail).I went down the street and passed. No problem.I get it. They make money selling tires. Its a Goodyear tire shop. I know I need new tires in near future. But not right now. If they had gone about it differently I might have bought tires from them but don’t fail inspection when its clearly a pass just to force somebody to buy tires.Well, I have an inspected truck that I paid $50 extra for. Glad I found a legit shop. I will buy tires from the legit shop in near future.
Well I did a walk in oil change, Im a mechanic. I told them to put 10/30 in my car cuz its over 100,000. The oil fill cap says 5/20. I told them to ignore it. Its only for when the car is new. I havent put 5/20 in in years. So they charge me to top of my window cleaner, 3.95 and $15 for 5/20 that I told them not to put in. So they dont listen and charge you for items you didnt ask for. Ill never go back here or recommend. Thank you
