Roughly about 8 months ago I purchased a new set of prescription glasses, and was helped by Emily who was absolutely fantastic to deal with! Emily was able to help me find a great pair of glasses and answer all of my questions in regards to my options for lenses. I’ve recently lost that pair of glasses, and contacted Emily who again gave me fantastic service and had me in and out of the store in no time. If you need a new pair of glasses I would highly recommend you reach out to Emily because she defiantly cares about her customers and gives top notch service!!!

I havent had to wear glasses since high school. I decided to get my eyes checked and sure enough its time to start wearing them again. The people at Pearl did it all! From the eye exam to choosing the frames. Things have advanced since the last time Ive had my eyes examined and the equipment shows how much things have changed. They told me it would take 2 weeks to get my glasses in. They ended up having them in 1 week sooner. Very professional and super clean! Even during a pandemic! If you tried on a pair of glasses they were cleaned and sanitized before anyone else tried them on. I had an awesome experience here and would recommend everyone to come here in the future. Thank you for helping me out! The staff and everyone I came in contact with were amazing and explained everything they were doing.

Cant Say I am overly happy, I had my first exam here and got a new pair of glasses, and something is horribly wrong with them. I took them back and got them Fixed and it is STILL messed up, I work IT and I cannot look at a computer screen with the new glasses without getting extremely nauseous.Going to go back to see if 3rd time is a charm, but we will see.

I dont remember the womans name that helped me but she was so helpful and kind. It seems like they all were very nice. They take your safety and everyone elses very serious. If you touch the glasses or try them on they put them in the back and sterilize them then bring them right back out. This is not to mention they have a very nice selection of frames. I was very satisfied buying my glasses from them.

Awesome service and super friendly staff! My glasses frame broke and they (Amanda super sweet lady) replaced it and cleaned it for free!!! Additionally they have offered stellar service at all past appointments I can remember!

Dr Ronald Pierce is fantastic and I love going to him. However the office staff can do better. From scheduling issues, to prescription issues. I love the location, the doctors, and the selection of glasses they carry.

Dr Kirkland was fantastic! She has provided excellent vision care to our whole family. I finally have contacts that are comfortable for a full days wear -thanks to her! The staff at Pearle Vision was wonderful and kind. and we didn’t have to wait long to be seen.

Great doctor, terrible staff. When I called to set up my appt I specifically asked if there would be any additional fees for my contacts visit and was told no, my insurance would cover it. At the end of my appt they said I owed them $54 for a contacts fitting. They did nothing to rectify, and even when I told them what their employee told me over the phone they just said sorry and brushed it off. They held my prescription hostage until I came back for a follow up visit. The doc told me to ask about private label contacts to save money and the girl at the register told me she couldnt, that it had to be what the doc prescribed. I told her as long as the prescription is the same it shouldnt matter, she told me I was wrong. I went elsewhere and was able to order a different, cheaper brand BECAUSE THE PRESCRIPTION (i.e. diameter, radius etc) is the same. Terrible customer service and will never do business with them again.

The best experience we’ve ever had at an eye doctor!We’re new patients and decided to trust the other positive reviews and are so happy we did.Everyone who greeted us prior to the eye exam was friendly and helpful. Dr. Pierce is really great — he took extra time to explain things about our scripts that hadn’t been explained to us before. The eye exam was, I feel, more thorough than anywhere else I have ever been in my 20+ years of wearing glasses.Nobody tried to push a sale on us which was amazing, even though we were there for glasses. They let you find what you like and give you all the time you need to make your choices.Keith provided probably the best customer service we’ve had anywhere, ever. We had a hundred questions and he had a hundred answers. He went out of his way to explain all of our options and how each would impact our script. We left feeling like we’d just visited our friend at work. After we left my husband remarked that Keith taking the extra bit of time to make you feel valued as a customer is what everyone in a customer service position should be doing. He could teach a master class.We won’t be going anywhere else for our eye health needs! So happy we found this place!!

Pearle Vision did a wonderful job with my eye exam and creating glasses for me. I don’t remember the name of the woman who helped me, but she patiently took me around the store to try on various pairs of lenses until we found what we agreed looks best on me. She said it would take 10 days and I had glasses in a week’s time. I will definitely return here for my exam and glasses again next year.

Everyone was very friendly and professional- from the front desk, to the woman who did some of the exam, to the Dr. and the optician who helped me choose my glasses. I had such an amazing experience at this location! I came in on a Saturday, which happened to fall on Halloween. Dr. Jessica Pierce took her time, did not make me feel rushed, and provided me excellent care. The best part of my experience was working with Jennifer. The little newbie doctor Jessica always rushing to get more patients and seem only trying to get you out as soon as u paid.. she should slow down and pay attention to patients instead pressing buttons and filling up forms at the same time..like a robot in a manufacturing line! I went in today for an appointment and my experience as always with Sara and her staff was amazing. They are taking all the safety precautions they can with the virus. You call them when you arrive, they let you know when to walk up to the door. They let you in, and they check your temp. You than wait in the waiting room with enough distance away from the next person. Everyone is wearing masks the entire time and everything is clean, with sanitizer here and there for whomever needs it. They are on top of everything and doing such a great job. Although I have known about them for decades, this was my first visit to a Pearle Vision Center and will not be my last. I was kindly greeted at the door when I arrived for my appointment and asked for my health history. After preliminary checks by their friendly staff and a very short wait, I was seen by Dr. Laskerr who carefully explained what he was doing and how my eyes looked during the exam. They accepted my vision insurance so the exam cost was relatively low and the price to order contacts thru them was lower than what I could find online. I am very pleased with my experience and highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a bad experience this year after going to Pearl Vision for a number of years. Last year, 2018, when I went for my yearly eye exam I was introduced to a test that scans your eyeball for $39. I had a little extra money & decided to have it done. Fast forward to this year, 2019. I went for my annual & was given my last years questionnaire & told to make any changes to it with a red pen they supplied. They said if there were no changes to just cross out the 2018 dates with the red pen & write todays date. Knowing there had been no changes to my name, address, medications, etc., I simply crossed out the last years dates & filled in todays dates. Lo & behold, after my exam I went to the front desk and was told my charge would be $39.! I had completely forgotten about this extra charge for a scan I elected to have done last year. Little did I know that by just blindly changing the dates on last years questionnaire I was agreeing to the additional test again.Im on a fixed income & $39 is a lot of money to me. I hope my story will serve as a caution in your dealings with them.

I love this place!! Staff súper nice, helpful and went out of their way to help. During her first visit, my daughter was viewed by the doctor quickly and then she was able to find a pair of frames that she loved. Technology is up-to-date too. I definitely will be coming again!

Walked into my eye appointment knowing nothing about eye Care. Tiffany Franklin pulled me to her desk and promised I was in the best care. She was definitely right... She chose me a pair of glasses that I get compliments on, everyday! She also gave me a pair of lenses that protect my eyes from the blue light emissions on computer, tablet, and phone screens! Which is important because i work at a cellphone store. Pearle Vision is an excellent place to shop. They have name brand frames that will suit anybody. It was overall a great experience!

Been going here for years. The providers and staff are very friendly, but after this last visit NEVER AGAIN! Charged me as if I was using an out-of-network provider and billed my insurance full price. Since when do you have to pay additional to have eyes dilated for a FULL COMPREHENSIVE EXAM? Such a shame because I really liked this place.

Today I walked up unannounced, hoping for a frame adjustment on new glasses that I’d gotten in March. While observing all COVID-19 safety measures, their very compassionate masked employee fixed every problem with my frame adjustments slipping over time. She had to make the adjustments inside while I waited outside, but I was grateful for help on any terms.She offered truly insightful advice while handing back my glasses — which now fit perfectly, improving my vision as well as being perfectly comfortable. I didn’t get her name but she was wearing cool pink & leopard skin frames.So, aside from my great initial experiences as a new patient in March, I’m thoroughly satisfied with this impromptu followup. This family-owned business has been right here for decades, but count me as a new fan ... and by the way, this is how they treat a white-whiskered ol’ Generation X rockabilly wearing a Misfits shirt!

Dr. Jessica Pierce was the ophthalmologist who helped me out and she was very patient with me as well very kind; understanding during the eye exam and for the follow-up. A notable mention as well to, Emily Lay, hands down one of the best experiences when choosing glasses Ive had. Emily is a down-right honest person especially when choosing frames; shell tell you if a frames a good fit or not and will try as many frames possible to find the right for you. Overall, Pearle has a great atmosphere, and they are very helpful towards their customers, and Id recommend them to anyone.

I went in for an appointment and was told that it was a pre-appointment and I could not be seen. So although I received an email confirmation and they can see the reservation in their system, I was turned away and had to reschedule. This also happened to another guest before me in line who scheduled her appointment online. They should fix their reservation system or follow up on these pre-appointments to be respectful of guests time. Two stars only because the employee was nice, professional, and apologetic.In response to Pearle Visions response:The email confirmation does not state I must again confirm the appointment in the future. Nonetheless, I did not receive a reminder email, call, text message, letter, smoke signal, etc requesting a 2nd confirmation of my appointment. The employee even admitted this is one of many flaws with your reservation system. Please take my feedback as a suggestion for improvement, rather than an opportunity to place undue blame on the customer.

I’ve never had such a pleasing experience with such a routine thing like eye exams and selecting new eyeglasses. The eye exam with Dr. Pierce was as cool as all the music memorabilia in his office. Amazing professional! But even before Dr. Pierce, I was greeted by everyone but it was Emily who helped me with everything. Now, it’s truly remarkable how approachable and profesional Emily is. I had supreme excellent customer service from the manager named Sarah. She contacted me to let me know about upcoming appointment/contacts due, and stayed in contact with me via text, not only answering all my questions, in a quick timely fashion and with kindness and attention, but placing the order for my contacts and letting me know when and where to pick them up. She even looked into my insurance information to let me know what My co payment would be. This is above and beyond, and I highly highly recommend going here. They clearly care very much about their customers. Never had better treatment at an eye Center.

The place is great. The staff is really friendly and the doctors know what they are doing. They have state of the art equipment and their pricing is good. I have been going for about a year and I def found the place for my eye care for years to come.
