I just had my first exam/consult and was very happy with Dr. Seiboldt and his team. They were all super friendly and professional. They took the time to answer all my questions and give me a clear idea of what my needs were. Ill happily recommend them to anyone. Im very satisfied with my experience and their impressive operation. Great work!

Dr Sieboldt was very friendly, professional and told me he would work with me til I found contacts that worked with my astigmatism. We tried several and I can say that he was very patient with me til I found the ones that worked for me. I also bought glasses and I love them! The staff took their time with fitting me and was super friendly. I can recommend them!

Poor service. I was not sent the information with the address of this place not the phone number with my first appointment. The phone number on the reminder did not warm when I tried to call. When I finally arrived found this place using Google, i was 19 minutes late. The receptionist told me that they will not me because I was late. I told here about the issues. She blamed it on me. I showed her their text with no address, no business name, no phone number! She also told me that I was supposed to arrive 15 minutes earlier. No, nobody informed about it. After I left, I received 5 minutes later a message that I missed my appointment. The message was directing my to click on the link to reschedule it. As with the previous poor communication, no link was provided. I called to speak with a manager. Nobody returned my phone call. Save yourselves time and find a better place.

I went there earlier today for the first time and left wanting to leave a review. The staff is polite and professional. The wait was minimal(less than 30 mins even with paperwork being filled out). The doctor was very attentive and answered every question I had, I did not feel like he was in a rush to another patient or just about the money. As long as I live in florida, I will always be a loyal patient from now on.

I visited this place today and I must say it was an amazing experience that they treated me as their own. Dr. Kent and the staff were really friendly. Im deaf. They havent treated me any differently. The doctor used paper and pen to communicate with me to make sure that I understood. Even his team used their iPhone message to communication with me. I must say that they made a great sacrifice to serve a deaf person such as myself.

We have been seeing Dr. Sieboldt for the past 4 years. He is very knowledgeable, the staff is always willing to help and I love that they always let you know what to expect so you don’t have to call back with questions at a later time (ex: if your glasses are going to take longer due to holiday closures, or when you glasses guarantee expires in case you would like to change them before then, etc). There is also a lot of frame options (for adults) which comes in handy so you don’t have to go somewhere else to buy them. Only thing I’d wish is that they would have more frame options for kids :).

This was my first eye exam in 20 years, and I was very impressed with how quick and efficient the appointment was. (I think the whole visit was 30 mins)What truly blew me away was how honest Dr. Sieboldt was. I expected to be pressured into expensive options, but was instead told that I could just go to the store and pick up some readers.Rather than sell me on some pricey glasses, Dr. Siebodt was straight with me and for that reason - I can recommend him with every confidence.

Always a great experience going to get my eyes checked. The staff is friendly and efficient and really care about you. The are very aware of your time and comfort. Dr. Sieboldt is very personable and empathetic to ensuring your comfort, and awareness of understanding the answers to your questions. I cant see going anywhere else.....even though I can see better now!

Dr. Sieboldt was very informative about my eye health. He took the time to explain the tests and the results. He was very personable as well, which is so nice coming from a doctor visit. I didn’t feel like I was a part of a “revolving door”. The lady that helped me with setting up my glasses order was equally fantastic. Very kind, personable, and even went the extra mile to answer questions about my son who is also a patient there. Overall, wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend!

Ive been going to Dr. Sieboldt since I was 9 years old....am now 45, so my wife and son also now see him. He is without a doubt the best doctor for your eyes. A real person, who does not just rush you in and out of his office, but will set and talk about how lifes been going and how your kids and family are doing. We talk about playing golf and stories from the past. I wish that all doctors in my life were like this.......Its kinda cool to be a name and not just another number.

Love this place! Christine went above and beyond for my daughter and her glasses. Her glasses kept breaking and needing adjustments and repairs. She told me this particular kind of frames they have had issues with. She took it upon herself to make the situation right without me having to ask. That kind of service you never ever get now a days. My entire family goes here and I would never go anywhere else. The entire staff is so friendly and efficient. Always eager to help!

Pretty much all of my co workers come here and had nothing but positive reviews so I should have come here in the first place.Id give more stars if I could I was that satisfied with my visit. I saw Dr. Sieboldt for a second opinion after having a horrible experience at another local optometry office. I went to my appointment already anxious but Dr. Sieboldt was very thorough and took his time during the exam. He reassured me that the concern I had with one of my eyes was in fact normal (not serious or misdiagnosed like the last doctor told me)and nothing to worry about. He even offered to have me come back in a few months for another test at no charge just to put my mind at ease because I was already anxious after being brushed off at the last doctor. He sat down and explained everything to me about the eye by looking at my pictures and other materials he had on hand. I appreciate his knowledge, honesty and excellent beside manner. I wasnt pressured into getting unnecessary tests or products I didnt need. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs to see an optometrist.

Recently moved away from the area and miss this office so much ! Dr Sieboldt and his staff are friendly, personable, knowledgeable and have great prices. I recently came back to visit family in the area, and forgot my contacts. They were able to give me five trial pairs to get me through till I got home.... very compassionate and caring people !!

Doctor has great skill, medical and people skills. Very helpful staff, helped me get fitted for progressives. Great selection, loads of glasses, and they are a VSP provider.

I really enjoyed my experience at the facility. The techs were extremely nice and helpful. Jessica the tech that took me back was very sweet and kind. They had nothing but patience with me as I decided between their large selection of glasses. Even deciding on a pair and completely changing my mind last minute. I would recommend this facility to all my friends and family!

Everyone here was so nice. They comforted my daughter (age 5) who was so scared to do an eye exam for the first time. The Dr even spoke to her in a way she could understand. Everyone answered her many, slightly obnoxious questions. And they offered a military discount. We will definitely be coming back.

First time ever getting glasses, had just tried at another place and the glasses made me feel sick and were not right. I came to this place and they were great. Fit me in because they had an open slot. The Equipment and doctor are top notch. And the glasses I got worked perfectly!

I have been going here since my mom started taking me in 1976 with Dr. Collins. Dr. Siebolt was just getting started. Due to changes in insurance, I was forced to stay. I never received near the service I have when I come here. I told myself that no matter the expense I was going back. Surprisingly it wasnt bad, and now I have the right insurance also.I always recommend them to everyone who asks. I will never stay again. On my last visit Dr. Siebolt told me my prescription is so bad, if you divided it between 10 people, they would all need glasses. He fitted me with a new prescription, and Im here to tell you for the first time in forever, I do not need readers on top of my contacts.You should never think of going anywhere else.

Made an appointment two weeks prior to when I needed it and a week before the end of the month bc I knew my insurance was ending on the 31st and I needed my contacts before then. The office cancels my appointment, never bothered to call me or let me know and basically said I cant get an appointment until August. When I told them about my insurance issue they said sorry there is nothing we can do about it. Funny how if you skip your appointment they charge you but when they waste your time there is nothing they can do. Obviously dont care about their patients. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend.

The best experience Ive had with an eye doctor. Dr. Sieboldt thanked me for choosing his office, which really blew my mind. So many practices take patients for granted and I feel this doctor really cares.
