I have been going to the Brandon JCPenney Optical department for at least 5 years and Alicia and Trish have been the reason I keep going back, year after year. I could go anywhere, but I know I will get amazing, friendly service every time when I go there...a rarity these days.

Terrible experience. Very greedy people. I took a day off of work to go in for an eye exam, which was scheduled three weeks in advance. I gave my insurance information on the phone when I made the appointment and they confirmed they accepted my plan. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told I could browse frames while I waited. I mentioned that I wasnt going to be purchasing any glasses, I just needed the eye exam and prescription to take to the VA optical shop as it is much more affordable. After waiting for 50 minutes after my appointment time, the employee then let me know that they only accept my insurance plan if I get an exam and glasses through them and that if I only wanted the exam it would cost extra. Once again, I took a vacation day for this. They had absolutely no qualms about wasting my time. This is a terrible way to conduct business and treat customers and we will no longer support JCPenneys.

I absolutely love coming here! My mother comes here, and I have also been coming for the past 3 years. Everyone is always very pleasant and helpful. The staff is very warm and professional. The doctors are educated and quick, and are willing to spend the time with you to answer your questions. They also have quality glasses for not such a high price and you can use your JCPENNY credit card (which is great for people without insurance or cost concerns.) Would definitely recommend.

They are and have been for years the best option for my wife and myself and we always trust Trishs suggestions and taste in frames. My wifes prescription has changed through the years much more than mine so we have seen the technology advance throughout the years as a result. I have made use of their warranty as I havent cared for my lenses as well as I should and they have accommodated me and restored my use very quickly. We love going there.

Everyone was so nice! & the Doctor was quick to help me out with anything even mentioned something other eye doctors never seem to warn me about everyone is so nice and welcoming!

Wonderful experience, they took care of my mom and was able to beat everyones elses pricing. We got 2 for what we anticipated 1 pair to cost! Highly recommend, staff is super!

Dont count on all of the staff to be able to adjust glasses properly.The only one I have found that can do it correctly is Alicia!!!!So, have her take care of you.

Informed me over the phone my insurance was accepted, even provided exact policy numbers for them to verify. Upon driving an hour out there they told me they didnt accept it. Huge waste of time and very unknowable staff

They are very helpful and go out of their way to help find the lowest cost for you. Love this place!

The woman who works on Sunday by herself is very rude, and gives unwanted attitude. The rest of the staff and doctor are both very helpful and have a great attitude.

Real bad customer service, the lady in the office did not what she was doing, she was rude and uninterrupted me everything time i try to ask anything

You can’t get anyone to help you over the phone. They out you on hold and never return to the line.
