Diana was so friendly and helpful. She listened to me about my morning aches and pains and helped me find my new mattress. She took her time and let me try out different ones and I never felt rushed. She arranged for my mattress to be delivered the following day and they will haul away my old one. It will be here today so hopefully it will work out great. But if not I have four months to try it out.

I’ll try to keep this short and sweet. My experience buying a mattress was the most enjoyable purchase I’ve ever made in my 27 years on this earth thanks to Joe Santos at Mattress Firm in Brandon, FL.He was personable, factual, and funny. He listened to what I wanted in a mattress and recommended I try a bed he thought I might like within my price range. I kid you not, the first bed I tried was the only bed I tried because it felt as though that bed was made specifically for me! Keep in mind I tried all 30 beds in Macy’s right before this and had some I would have considered returning to for purchase after Mattress Firm if need be.I was worried coming to a mattress store that some salesman would be pushy or hovering but that wasn’t the case at all. Joe laid down the facts about the mattress and then told us to take some time to lay on the mattress. In fact he encouraged to lay on it even longer than I would have thought normal in a store to really get a feel for it and let my body make the decision.Long story short. Joe helped me pick a mattress feels like you’re laying on a cloud with a great price! He made my day by just being a wonderful guy and not being that stereotypical salesman that we all love to hate. My friend and I said to each other after walking out of the door he graciously held open for us, that Joe is the kinda guy that makes you want to stop in just to say hi to from time to time!Thanks a bunch Joe at Mattress Firm!

Our salesman Joe Santos was very knowledgeable. He gave my husband and I plenty of time alone to relax, try different beds and he didn’t pester us. When we had questions I would go to him and then he would come to us. I really appreciate that. No one likes a salesman that is like a fly. We have only had the shopping experience so far, as our new bed will be delivered in 12 days.

Let me start off by saying that we bought a mattress during their Memorial Day special. My fiance and I, are first time mattress buyers and had an easy, no pressure buying experience. We were helped by Joe and he took the time to explain the difference between each mattress and even though he could have suggested the most expensive mattress, he often steered us towards the mattress that was the best value. I bought a mattress from here a few months ago. DO NOT USE THE FINANCING! Mattress Firm is using this to scam their customers. I have an open fraud case with this company through the Financing company.Horrible customer service when you question what they are doing. I tried to call corporate, you cannot speak with a customer service Representative. It is a racket.Nope, we talked about how you offer a free adjustable frame with mattress, when you return the mattress they refuse to take back the frame and charge you for it. And also lied to me about the restocking fee. I was told many times it was 75$ now its 20% of the cost.....

I had been to several stores to purchase an adjustable frame and new mattress for my father and encountered “hard sell” sales approach and one vendor not willing to remove the current box spring. I was quite frustrated by the time I entered Mattress Firm.I was greeted by Sleep Expert Tom. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products including frames and mattresses. He was so efficient and helped me decide on both the bed frame and mattress. I was so pleased with the absolute ease of my experience there. We walked in and within 30 min we were bringing home a mattress. We just moved and got rid of our old gross mattress so we were sleeping on air mattresses and we needed a king sized mattress for a decent price and they had one we liked a lot, got to try it out, and same day pick up to take home. perfect! Also Tom is a really good employee and was very informative and professional! Havent bought a mattress in 15 yrs. So many different types out there now it was a little confusing. Sales associate Les Freeman was patient with me and took his time to described the different materials and firmness available. He made my buying a mattress a little less hectic. Your service in the store and prices are without question. But your policy on delivery needs to be transparent. Their was/is an issue on free to the door delivery. It is not clear on whether or not is free delivery to a second floor.... Not all Americans can afford to own their own home. Allot live in apartments and allot on the second floor. But if your free to the door delivery service happens to be on the second floor. The consumer must pay for an additional service they may not be able to afford. That maybe why they live in an apartment and not a single family home. This is a concern to me as a consumer. People are being punished is they live in an apartment buildings. Rent is chapter then home ownership and Americans are struggling. Buy those who have less should not pay more because they simply have less. Please honor your statement.... Besides its a contract.... And stop having your associates explain things differently then they are written. Words are extremely important!!!!

Tommy was simply AMAZING. He assisted me in finding a new mattress after being approved for a warranty claim. Tommy was very knowledgeable, not pushy, and really listened to what I wanted to find in a new mattress. Buying a mattress can be overwhelming. So many choices!! Joe did a great job educating my wife and I about the different types of mattresses. Which made made us really confident about our final choice. Also, we didn’t know anything about adjustable bases and had planned to buy a regular bed frame. We got such a great deal on an adjustable base that we couldn’t pass on it. Which means that we don’t have to buy a bed frame. With my wife being pregnant and me being a snorer, this is going to work miracles. I strongly recommend this place, specially Joe the teacher!!!

Had a terrible experience. Bought a bed that was suppose to ship 3 to 5 business days, it never shipped so I called to asked. They told me that they didnt know why it didnt ship and that they were going to call me back and that I was gonna get 100 dollars off and that I could cancel anytime to get my full money back. They never called or gave me the discount so I called back again to ask about my money off and to see if I could cancel. They said nope, I cant cancel because they had sent order to the manufacturer and that I was stuck with it until they shipped it. after I could take it back to the store to cancel. By this point I didnt trust a word they said so I had to go through my credit card and ask the bank to cancel for me. Thankfully the bank saved me from this scam. Salesman was Andrew.

When I tell you this place deserves 5 stars, it deserves 5 freaking stars! We came in on Saturday 6/27 to just browse at mattresses since me and wife are thinking of upgrading our current foam mattress. The moment you walk in you’re greeted with a friendly smile and hello. Tommy S came over and greeted us and asked us if we needed assistance and what we’re looking for today. We kept it brief and said we may be looking at mattress and we’re specifically looking at the brand Purple. Tommy was so informative on this brand of mattress, when I say informative I mean there wasn’t any doubt, ands, or um let me find out when he spoke to us! So knowledgeable and passionate! Tommy is an excellent listener and I love how he wasn’t pushy salesman like you find at most sales places. We didn’t end up buying a mattress today but I came in the next day (Sunday 6/28) and man we ended up buying the most luxurious mattress that we had our eye on that came in the store at a discounted price. Literally felt like it was a sign for us to come back. Thank you Tommy for being patience with us, funny and a great sales person! I use to work and retail management and this is the best customer service I’ve received in a long time! If you come to mattress firm in Brandon- ask for Tommy, you’ll not be disappointed!

Bought a set of twin mattresses here, in 2013. The staff was friendly enough and the prices were better than most places. No complaints, no rave reviews.

Salesperson was impressive. I was reluctant to go through the whole process but it was beneficial. He matched my fiancée and I with a well match mattress.

At first i was a little overwhelmed by some of the industry jargon but after a little research I was extremely impressed with Les Freemans extensive knowledge and ability to answer all of my questions.
