Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Im disabled so they helped me find all the right supplies to make the experience easy and make me feel more like myself.

I went in today and asked the guy at the register a question and he completely ignored me! So I just walked the store until I found what I was looking for. I took the items to the register and he just started ringing the items up and angrily put them in a bag. The whole time he did not say not one word to me! Horrible customer service!!! I will not be shopping there again! And I will tell my family and friends the same!

They carry a lot of different beauty supplies, and have a separated section where they keep their full wig hair pieces. However, they got 2 stars from me because they have a large selection of beauty items, and offer a wide variety of products and pieces, and accessories. The cons to this place are their price points compared to other beauty supply stores I have shipped within before I visited this one. Additionally, the service is not welcoming or pleasant, and apparently a white woman walking into this store is not something they want, because not one person spoke to me, greeted me, or was nice. When I finally asked for help after walking around the whole store by myself for 20 minutes, I only got my questions answered, just barely. The woman I did speak to, seemed disinterested in talking to me, as well as disinterested in helping me find what I was looking for, because I didnt fall into their standard atagory of clientele. When an african american woman spoke to the same woman whom helped me, she suddenly became alert, focused, and pleasant in speaking with her, but not me.How do you hire or keep employees whom make it clear that diversifying is exactly how theyll always act with their clients.For the most part, my personal recommendation is that if you cant wait a few days to order a piece online, that is cuticle aligned, so that its soft, manageable, and doesnt tangle ever 3 to 8 minutes in between brushing, then shop here till your hearts are content. I will stick to amazon and the few verifiable distributors that I have found that also includes factor photos and production of the pieces, as well as a guarentee, and maintain a proud honor of providing us with cuticle aligned hair pieces so that we get a year out of each one we purchase, no a few months due to tangling and matting, and snobby help within the stores that dont even bother to carry quality pieces that are affordable, and well worth the value to wait a few more days to receive.

The staff (the girls) are helpful. Whoever the male is (I assume he’s the manager) he’s rude. The way he talks to his employees with customers in the store is ridiculous. Also, when paying him in cash he doesn’t even give you your change. You have to ASK. The man can’t even hand you you’re receipt. He tosses it on the counter..Just rude

The prices tend to be higher than other stores in the area. No one offered to assist us while we were in the store. This store does have someone to assist in trying on wings and styling them.

This visit was very good a nice African American women assist me this time. My first experience there was terrible a Spanish young lady was there she was on the phone the entire time I was there. I was in the store 5 min before she came out of the back. When I asked her for certain produce she told me they didnt have them and I found the myself. Terrible service. First time being here I felt uncomfortable, wasnt greeted here and when I walked to the wig section to the right, I was followed and being stared at like I was about to steal something. Had to break the ice and go up to the girl with the curly black hair to help me out (who was staring at me). Ive worked in retail and beauty supply stores before and this is not how a customer should be treated. Giving 2 stars because at least the lady helped me out putting wigs on, but Ill keep looking. At least giving a little smile and friendliness to your customers would be nice, but I guess thats not likely in this store...

This place is the worst. I have been watched on camera, followed,and harassed as if Im not a paying customer. The girls that work here have horrible customer service skills and always seem to have an attitude. The products are also more expensive than most other beauty supply stores. I wont be returning and I hope anyone reading this takes this as a warning to stay far away. Dont be fooled by the 5 star reviews, the manager is telling his employees and friends to boost his ratings. Notice how most of them start with, I dont understand why there are so many bad reviews.

Im from Orlando and the prices here are higher than ours. They did have some buy one get 1 free on some hair products. They watch us like we trying to steal something. My husband brought some oil the price said 2.99 for 1 or 2 for 5, he brought 2 and it came up 6.50. Overall I seen some new products and hair I havent seen in Orlando.

I had a good experience. However, they need more natural hair care products. My daughter is natural, and although I am biracial, my daughter is not lol. They have many products for locs, though. Otherwise, the experience was quite good. The young lady at the front was polite and knowledgeable, as was the rest of their staff. Only reason they got two stars is for being open on Sunday when no one else was.

Like most other reviewers I received the same horrible customer service. The reason why the girls are racist is they are trained to be by the store owner. And dealing with him is like talking to a brick wall. He really doesnt care about the customer at all! Even when his employees screw up he will still turn it around and make it your fault. He actually had the nerve to tell me I should have been paying closer attention instead of chit chatting. It took Everything in me not to go off but I wasnt about to give him the satisfaction. Worst experience at a beauty supply store. We were racially profiled. Followed around and received the same service at their sister store off parsons. I wont spend a dime at either one. I purchased 3 bundles of the “7A” hair that they keep in the glass case, and they assured me that the hair doesn’t shed or tangle. Wrong! I can understand a few strands of hair shedding here and there, but this hair that I purchased sheds uncontrollably!!! I have to sweep my floor every morning bc it sheds that much! I WILL NEVER purchase hair bundles from them again. Beware!
