Had to go and get a oil change before work rRaven was great and was able to get me in-and-out quickly!

The service manager was rude, until he threw me out he had not spoke one word to me. The first spoken to me was I have other customers ahead of you. If he been a good manager asked me what I needed.All I wanted was to get a flat tire fixed. A tire I bought from Gray Daniels Toyota. I was expecting to leave the tire and come back. I was forced to go elsewhere.

I highly recommend Gray-Daniels Toyota service department. Justin Roberts is an excellent service coordinator. Mack is an excellent mechanic. I totally trust them with our Toyota vehicles! You will be pleased with their service 😀

Seriously…all I wanted was to leave a tire and come back later. No need for it to take 30mins just so you can tell me your busy…I can see your busy. Just have someone that can take the tire and then put it in the queue … I’ll never be back.

They could not find where I had made a service appointment even though I showed the confirmation that was sent to my phone. Go figure.

They were fixing an oil leak and returned the car with no oil whatsoever. None. Thats a pretty huge oversight.

My experience at this location far surpasses any expectation I would have from a automotive dealership. They constantly go above and beyond to truely satisfy their customers. From the very beginning when I purchase my Toyota Tundra, the sales team was professional, no pressure and extremely knowledgeable...even taking the time to make an introduction to the service department that would handle any routine maintenance. Even now several months later, the service department takes special care in providing top notch care of my Toyota (Jerry is the all time BEST) and I continue to get better service than I ever had from any other dealership. Thank you Grey Daniels Toyota for being an ethical company in an otherwise crooked industry!

The people really didnt seem to want to help us. Acted toward me like I was not relevant & that I didnt understand what was told to me prior to my visit. Thats why i went elsewhere & purchased my new vehicle. The workers that were there that day were just standing around smoking outside & did not even attempt to direct me or find who i was looking for. Very bad experience for me.

My service manager was Jerry Brister. He was very helpful and was able to get me the best price for my car repair. I highly recommend Jerry and Gray-Daniels for quality work and professionalism as always.
