Went here for a tire patch. I picked up a nail and staple I think. Fast, friendly service at a great price. Definitely recommend to anyone!
Rude and crude customer service!! I wish I had never met these men. Korbetts in Brandon MS is much better.
Just want to thank Pete Patrick tire they are awesome they got me in and out in no time had 4 new tires to get put on they mounted and balanced them and also told me that I needed some work on my front end which I already knew that but the point is they told me this but didn’t press on hey let me fix it all they offered me to come back If I wanted them to do the work. I recommend this company thank y’all again for great service and great prices
Do NOT recommend Pete Patricks tire service. My mother took her car here to get four new tires. On her drive home from work that evening, she had a flat. The air had leaked out. Then, it was realized that they had stripped all the lug nuts in all four wheels. The tire couldnt be remove. After calling the next day and speaking to Dan, he accused her of it being her problem because the tires might have been taken on and off multiple times. Including this change, the tires had been replaced once before. He spoke to her like she was a dog, told her to go to a dealership to get it fixed, hung up on her and would not answer the phone again. I cannot fathom how a small business would treat someone who had just spent over $500 at their shop.
I have used Patrick Tire Services many times over the years and they have always supplied great product and services. Pete is a great person and always pleasant to deal with.
I had 4 tires I just needed to have installed. They took care of it quickly that same day. They were nice and easy to work with.
You will leave completely satisfied and taken care of by thoroughly competent staff, thinking only of your safety and complete satisfaction.Thank you Pete Patrick, for customer satisfaction.
Went to this business to get two new tires and truck aligned. Tires weren’t balanced and truck WASN’T aligned. Called the owner the next day and he said to bring it in. We had already left for vacation and couldn’t bring it in till the next day. He wanted it in that day. We will NEVER use this business again. This used to be a great place. Not anymore.
Friendly, considerate, took vate of my problem in a timely manner
Warning: I think it’s probably mainly the son who’s like this, but their attitudes and language towards customers is horrible. I thought this was a nice locally owned business. But instead, it’s a business run by folks with a serious attitude who think they can talk to people however they want. The son is worse than the dad. He is full of drama and seems like even hatred. Trust your gut when considering a place. One bad review might mean someone has an ax to grind, but there are many with this same type comment. Beware.
I was 300 miles from home. The plug in my rear truck tire was failing. Time was of the essence. In a panic, I searched for nearby tire service. Most didnt open until 8am. Pete Patrick opened at 7:30. The doors were opened at 7:15. Mr. Patrick quickly got my truck on the rack. The technician Johnathan, who was with Pete Patrick Tires for 15 years, got my vehicle patched from the inside in minutes. Mr. Patrick did not charge me. Dont know why; I would have paid double. Maybe he took pity on me. So I laid a nice tip on Jonathan :-) God bless the Pete Patrick Tire family!
In my experience, Mr. Pete is wonderful and I had no problems whatsoever when I bought a set of new tires about 6 months ago. I did not encounter Mr. Petes son, Dan, until I called today to ask about coming in for a tire rotation/balance and oil change. I spoke with Dan when I called 10-17-19 around 9:30am. I asked if they might have time to do the work mentioned above on my car this afternoon (I called around 9:30am, and completely understood if I needed to come another day) and before I could state that I understood if I couldnt be seen today, Dan interrupted me and began ranting about how they were busy and he had someone quit the day before and it was first come first serve and he didnt know how long itd take or if I could even be seen and hes never made an appt in 23 years working there (when I politely asked about making an appt. after he stated that he didnt know how long it would take to do this work on my vehicle or that I might not be seen at all). His tone was very condescending and he mentioned if I wanted them to do the work then fine, and if not then...(he trailed off but the insinuation was clear). When I asked if Mr. Pete was available to speak to, Dan stated hes not and hes gonna tell you the same thing. I replied that I understood and mentioned that Mr. Pete was just easier to talk to and deal with. Dan then said that all the calls were recorded and Mr. Pete would listen to this call and he didnt understand why I thought he was being difficult. I was flabbergasted and was unsure how to proceed; I said goodness gracious, I understand and was not trying to argue and he mocked me saying goodness gracious. Suffice it to say its difficult to talk to Dan; Im not sure if he was having a bad day or what but his reputation precedes him, as most, if not all, of the negative reviews for this business involve him. His customer service skills and general communication skills are clearly lacking, and its so sad to see a business that Mr. Pete built being run into the ground by his son, who seems to care less about customer service and treating customers with respect.
Good people than make dang good pickles on the side! Our family has been going there for years because they are honest and serve the people with integrity!
I’ve been here a number of times and dealt with Mr. Pete every time and had no problems whatsoever. So here it is again where I find myself in need. I walk in the door and didn’t see Mr. Pete. But there sat Dan behind the desk. He asked me what they could do. I told him my car was acting up and was hoping they could take a look at it if I dropped it off with them. I figured it would take a few days. He says in the most rude and condiscending way, “not today, not happening. We’re just too busy. Call me Wednesday afternoon and I might get you in a Thursday.” I thanked him and left. I won’t go back. Here’s my thing. It’s Tuesday morning and I’m willing to leave my car with you for the rest of the week and you won’t even put me on the schedule? If you can’t keep up, hire more mechanics. If you just want to stick to tires, get rid of the mechanics and stop doing repairs. Seems pretty simple to me. Not to mention, being a jerk will make you lose business faster than you think. Mr. Pete would be ashamed and I’m sure that’s not how he taught him to run the business. It sure isn’t a good example for his son that’s observing this behavior either. After reading other reviews...this is nothing new. Such a shame.
I love Mr. Patrick Sr. He is so friendly, helpful, and tries to offer the best price. Hes bailed me out of a tight spot several times over the years living in Brandon.
Three times I tried them and even though I try to use Brandon own business I will never use them again.Had problem with the quality each and every time. Go to a quality shop and get your work done. I’m through with them
I having been going to Pete Patricks for my tire service for 10 years and have always had excellent service. Today I had no choice but to go on my lunch break. I wanted to see if they would have time to address it. Kevin, Dans son, began explaining to me that he was short handed which I understood. He asked if I was on my lunch break because it would be about 45 minutes. I explained that I was. He began to rudely talk to me saying people come on their lunch break and expect it can be fixed then and his guys get lunch breaks too. I tried to explain it was the only opportunity I had before they closed at 5. I left and called him to let him know I didnt not appreciate the way he talked to so rude. He told me there was something wrong with me and hung up the phone. I will never enter their place of business!!!!!
The last business day they were open before Christmas and just an hour before closing, I had a tire that was bad out of balance and they all needed air.Of course my first call was to Mr Patrick. He said Ill get you taken care of, come on now. I was there in 5 minutes and back out the door in 15 minutes. THEN, he told me to take my money and go buy my daughter another Christmas with it. I left holding back tears and with my faith restored that there are good people left in this world.
I will never go back there. A few years ago I was treated so rudely by Dan and I ended up giving them another try because Pete always treated me so well. Well Dan must have had another bad day. I just spent $700 on 3 tires there and was going to get an alignment. I drove up to a bay where an employee was sweeping and asked where I needed to park. He pointed to a parking spot and told me to go speak to Dan. Unbeknownst to me due to faded paint and no sign, I was in a handicap spot. Dan proceeded to walk me out to the parking lot (which was totally empty except for my car) and pointed out I was in a handicap spot. I apologized and told him the employee pointed me there and he proceeded to tell me no he didnt, you pulled up to a bay first then parked in MY handicap spot. I have 12 spaces here...this is the parking lot I proceeded to my vehicle and left! I will pay double for an alignment rather than give them one more dime. I called back to apologize to Mr. Pete and again was attacked by him because I went to a worker first instead of in the office. Unbelievable! He even went to say if you go to a retail store where do you go first. He said no one respects them in the office because everyone pulls up to the bay first. So if you do choose to go there, by all means park in a non-handicap parking spot and go to the office first. But take a chair to sit outside while they work or you will have to sit in the office and listen to all of Dans personal business as he talks on the phone about how miserable he is.6/14 UPDATEAfter my review, I noticed an employee washing a vehicle in the handicap parking spot. Guess that is allowed. Also- they now have a handicap sign up. Parking paint is still faded but at least there is a sign up. AND - Best news of all is my husband went to Gleason Tires and bought tires for $20/ea less than what I paid for them at Pete Patrick!
Service is great and prices are reasonable
We’re from Atlanta and our car droke down in Brandon. Mr. Pete helped us out for a good price and even lent us a car while our van was in the shop. Truly exceptional service, and more than we could have ever hoped for after breaking down in an unfamiliar town! I’m so grateful we were sent his way!
Pete was very helpful when i had a double blow out during the snowstorm. I felt i overpaid but i didnt have any other options. I would definitely shop around before spending more here. They also wanted to pile on struts, shocks, and alignment, but alignment cannot be donewithout new struts/shocks.I was not offered any type of road hazard or warranty on the 300$ tires.
Very friendly and goes the extra mile for his customers!
Pete Patrick is the only place I buy tires for our Lexus and Volvo C 70, and rotate and alighn them.Very friendly and fast service. Most of the time I can wait for service.Local owned and opersted. Same help for over 10 years, their employees are like family.
Service was excellent, both office and shop guys.
Literally pulled in and had a full set of tires installed in less than 20 minutes, great service and very friendly.
Pete has always been a friendly, helpful professional in all of our dealings. Further, he prides himself in having conscientious employees, willing to put the customer first. This is a rare commodity in the business world of today.
Just today, 05/17/2017, I was cursed and told to never come back. I accused an employee of striping a wheel lug to the man in the office here. His response was, it happens. What! I explained I witnessed his employee install a lug nut by putting the nut in the impact wrench and forcing it on cross threaded. He got irate and started yelling obscenities while telling me to come out in the shop. It ended by this man telling me to get the f--- out and dont ever come back! No one in the customer service industry should ever act this way. They can be assured I will not be back. Stay away, and by all means, dont let your wife or loved one come here.
Pete Patrick Tire Service has always done excellent job on our cars. We have used his service since we moved here in 2008.
NEVER go to this guy!! I spent nearly $600 for a new set of tires here only to have them break my tire pressure monitor. It was working perfectly before he put the new tires on and then it was broken. He wouldn’t admit he did it offer to replace it when I told him about it. Horrible experience and crooked owner!
Absolute worse shop around. Dad Pete ran the shop well his son Dan is a different story. Guy is going to run his dads successful business in the dirt. They installed new pads, rotors, and calipers for the front of my f250. One of the rotors was out of round which is no big deal, but when I ask them to fix it was cussed and had an altercation with son. He said he was not worried about my fn truck. Unbelievable this guy is a joke if he thinks he will continue to be successful running a business that way. I highly recommend going elsewhere for work!
A work colleague described an incident with Dan at Pete Patrick Tire Service. As she was feeding her infant daughter waiting for her car to be serviced, she was asked by Dan to come out to her car to look at something. Dan then raised his voice and described to her how her husband had accused him of scratching the rim while performing a prior tire service. To further prove his point, he pointed out small flaws in the car asking her if he was going to be accused for that as well. My work colleague stood by humiliated and scared as this large man stood over her threateningly. To top it off, he advised her that she should not have her husband contact him as he was currently restraining himself. As a man, I was shocked at how a lady could be treated so poorly. I for one will never use Dans services and will happily advise everyone I know of the many other tire shops where excellent service can be found.
Very unprofessional! Terrible work and they do not stand behind it. Had two steering components put on and were not installed properly. mr pete told me come friday morning we will fix it. then dan tells me this morning after I had been sitting there waiting before anyone arrived hes not doing it and if I dont leave he will call the law. guess what happened law had to be called bc im not risking my safety or anybody elses another day due to lack of mechanical skills. So now with lack of funds I have to pay someone else to fix their screw up and hire an attorney to file a lawsuit for them to reimburse me. These people have no sense of people skills or how to properly own and run a shop. I suggest never giving them the opportunity to do work on your vehicle.
I have had 2 experiences with this business. Both of them were excellent.
Pete is such a nice man and they do a fantastic job!
Quick, knowledgeable service. Pete knows what hes about.
Dan is ruining the business. God bless you Pete.
I do all my tire business here,Mr. Pete and Dan have been my friends for a long time
