I brought my car in for minor front end repairs and a possible condenser issue. Jeremy and his team were very helpful and professional. They took the time to throughly explain to me the work I needed done and helped me make repair decisions that were best for my budget. I’d highly recommend their services to anyone!

These folks took great care of me and made a terrible experience more tolerable. Todd talked to the insurance, arranged a rental, and made sure I had everything in order. The crew fixed my car in a timely manner and returned it to mint condition. Two thumbs up and an big A+ for Cumberland Body Shop!

Helpful and seems knowledgeable. I just got a tow from them (Flowood PD forced my hand) and was quite expensive ($287 CASH ONLY) because they wouldnt tow it to my house. Dont let my words push your opinion one way or another. I dont know enough about them

If I could give more than five stars I would!!! Todd and everyone I have spoken with have been outstanding. Every question and every aspect of getting my vehicle resolved was taken care of professionally and with great patience. Living out of town and having to handle my situation over the phone could have been a nightmare, but they went above and beyond !!!! So thankful good, honest businesses still exist... Cumberland Body shop is one of them!

This is a wonder body shop who repairs your vehicle as fast as possible. They repair your vehicle as close to new as possible. Everybody is very polite and as helpful as they can be. I will never use another body shop. I have used another one in the past but went back to Cumberland. That is where I will stay.

Very rude and bad workmanship carried my car there and they were supposed to fix the paint and took touch up paint that didn’t match and dabbed it all over my car! They had also were replacing my struts and busted the ball joints when doing so and refused to fix them. Had to have a second claim on my insurance to have them fix the things that they had done! They had my car for a total of 3 months and did a very poor job repairing it!

They towed my daughters car after a accident, the guote to repair was way out of line. Charge her a ridiculous amount for storage and when she was able to pay the storage and try to pick up key they lost the key pod and refused to replace it. Very rude and unprofessional business, would not recommend this business to anyone.

Todd is a very nice and cooperating person. Duane on the other hand is extremely rude do not deal with him if you don’t have to.

Horrible shop. Painted truck wrong color and staff is very rude when they make a mistake.My father is elderly and disabled he was verbally assaulted, flipped off all because they painted his truck white instead of black that he paid for. Refused to correct it.Call the better buisness bureau and ask them before doing any kind of transaction with them.
