Finding a mechanic that you can trust is way harder than it should be, but coming here I know Im going to get service that I can trust. I dont know much about cars and so many places want to charge me for things I dont need, but I know when I take my car here he genuinely cares about his customer and isnt just in it to take your money!

For several years now I have been going to this shop, referring family and friends anytime they have issues with their cars. Both Charlie and Abel are VERY knowledgeable about vehicles and it is obvious they care about what they do. I no longer live as close as I use to but still prefer their service over any other since there has never been a problem unsolved from these two!

This is the ONLY automotive I will ever use for my car, my friends, and family! They are respectful, trustworthy, and reliable! I have used them for every automotive need and my family as well. I have no idea how he isnt backed up for weeks. He can do just about anything to a car or truck. I bring my truck for maintenance and adding fun stuff to it as well. Thankful I finally have a real mechanic that is trustworthy and fair.update 4/30/21Update, got a new Ram and he is putting on larger tires with a lift kit. He could have rushed the job to get the money and advised me to make one modification to keep the vehicle from being altered. A true businessman and super hard working

I needed some work done on short notice because I use my car for work and Congers was able to take my car immediately and get me on my way in time for work. Man oh man, what a great place. I took my truck to a national repair business and they told me my engine was blown and needed to be replaced. I took it here, after they offered to come to the house to check it out trying to save me money on towing, they told me no its not blown. Instead of being over $6000 to fix I spent $2500. It works great sounds and feels brand new. He even fixed some stuff and didnt charge me. Charlie and his crew are why we should all go local. Hes not trying to buy a jet, hes there to help his community get where they need to be. Awesome place and people.

Great service at a solid price and willing to go further than just the extra mile to help a customer.I am currently sitting there after they closed as they perform a critical repair on my vehicle that would not have been safe to drive without the repair. The mechanic was willing to stay late to ensure my vehicle could be driven safely. He did an excellent job of showing and explaining to me the issue with the vehicle, took me through the potential consequences of waiting for a repair in a realistic but empathetic manner, and ensured I was comfortable while I was waiting for the repair.I would strongly recommend this auto shop to others in the area. The service here is awesome. Ive brought my car several times and they are sincere and efficient. The dealership wanted over 700.00 to do a tune up on my car including coils and spark plugs. I got it done much much cheaper here. Also my air was not working and they repaired it for under 300.00. Awesome place

Been looking for a mechanic since this 9 am. The man in the front said he wasnt going to be able to get me in. I explained Im only off on Saturday and been looking for someone to fix my truck all morning and he took me in. Didnt have to wait they pulled my truck right in and got to working on it.. Very great attitude and a welcoming experience. Will be my permanent mechanic from now on

Very honest mechanic, very decent prices. I have a Yukon and was told by another shop that my engine was failing and would cost over $7k to fix. I had my car towed to Congers based upon the google reviews and was very surprised when I got an honest phone call from their shop stating that my engine was not failing and I ending up saving thousands, and my car is now running great with their repairs. Would highly recommend them!

I love going here. They charge about 30% of what dealerships charge, and wont try to upsell you on amything you dont actually need.

5 stars. I drive to Brandon from Bradenton to get my car serviced at Congers. The ONLY place to get your oil changed. Even with the drive its a steal.Honest small business and staffed with nice, knowledgable, skilled, mechanics, and office. You need an inexpensive oil change or an honest repair shop for your cars needs then look no farther!
