A portion of my exhaust fell off and I thought this would be a spendy fix. Especially when my local mechanic told me he couldn’t fix it. Not only did they fix it quickly, but it was much cheaper than the internet estimated similar work. I was very pleased and was told by a mechanic it was excellent work.

He is the best mechanic is the tri state area. He treats everyone like a friend and never tries to up sell you or tell you, that you need a part just to make a extra buck, great guy, 100% will be back and take all my cars and toys to this place

Ive been using Vogel for the last 10 years or so and have had good experiences with the repairs and prices are usually really good. They make it easy to pick up your vehicle and are willing to work with you.

Friendly, fast and pricing is reasonable.

Every now and again I take time to appreciate those things that are just simply above all others. I appreciate how Mike conducts his business, fast and affordable quotes - then he delivers with fast and professional service once you arrive. Mike and the rest of the guys at Vogel are fantastic to work with. Whenever weve had an issue, theyve tried to get us in as quickly as possible and they do excellent work at very fair prices. We dont live in Brandon, so it takes us a solid 15 minutes of driving each way to get there and back, but wed rather make that drive than settle for any of the options weve come across in Sioux Falls over the years. We definitely recommend Vogel highly to anyone in need of vehicle work in this area.

Great work - low prices!

Best experience! Our road-trip stopper was fixed on a Saturday in under an hour with fantastic service and at a great price. We drove into Brandon, SD with a flashing check engine light and a sputtering engine that shook the car. Few mechanics in the area are open on Saturday, and Vogels turned us away at first because the mechanic couldnt have parts delivered on a Saturday. Not wanting to be stranded until Monday, I asked if he could hook it up to the diagnostic computer anyway so wed have an idea of what was wrong. He dropped what he was doing for us and discovered one of our spark plugs was misfiring, as we had suspected. After hearing that wed replaced the spark plugs 20,000 miles ago, he checked the wiring and discovered the casing had gotten too close to the engine, melted, and was allowing the wires to arc. He repositioned the wires, wrapped them in electrical tape, and tested it. No more misfiring or engine shake, and weve drove to our destination and around the city for three days (about 500 miles) since the fix. He wouldnt have charged us anything, but of course I gave him what I had in my wallet for his time and fantastic service that saved our trip.

Disappointed. I think the reason most people take a vehicle to a mechanic is to get answers. The car is making a funny noise, runs rough, shimmies etc... My expectation was to take my jeep to these guys and for them to take a look at it and tell me why it is making loud noises when driven and shimmies. Instead they said everything seems to look good. When I asked why it is making noises and if anyone took the time to drive it they said we dont have time to drive it. So in other words, we dont have time to diagnose the problem. So I picked it up and will take it to someone who actually has the time to figure out what is wrong with it.

Only go here for real simple stuff. They cant do much here. Most of the time I try to get something fixed here they say take it to the dealer. They are unfriendly too.
