This has been my neighborhood for over two years ago and I love everything about it!! Its very well maintained and my neighbors are the best,we look out for and care about each other, we enjoy many fun parties, dinners, dances with great music and fun outings to fun community events,like plays and concerts. And best of all, its only 15 minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world! If youre looking for a great place to live, look no further than our beautiful, close to everything neighborhood!

Just disclosed a 5% rent increase on their senior residents, this is a 55 and up only park, who only got a 1.6% cost of living increase in their social security checks for 2020. This is typical every year forcing residents to do without and/or move out. The sister park, Pescara Lake, is the same.

My dad lives here. It is very nice. The people are lovely. They really vet out the applicants as to keep the park as serene as it is. I am very pleased that my father has found such a nice and safe place to live out his golden years. I love to visit him there and everyone is so very gracious to my children and me when we do.My father loves his trailer. I am very happy with him and very content with this place.They do a lot of leg work for background checks and financial approval. That takes time. Not always do people get accepted. But these folks still need to be paid for their time.It clearly states on the application that the fee in nonrefundable.This is not a scam as some have claimed. They must be bitter from being denied.Swan lake village is great.

Awesome place; Its Busy, but thats mostly because; everythings is cook to order. So your getting fresh food. They also have Healthy Food as well For customers that want to eat lighter. ♡☆♡☆♡ Clean,and great customer service.

A little pricey for a mobile home park but the grounds are kept up beautifully beautiful Clubhouse with a pool and its right off 441 and back of Red Lobster so I cant say anything bad been in there a few times visiting friends and they seem to love it

We both retired Sept 2019 and wanted to spend our favorite season all yr round. We moved from YorkPA to Bradenton,Fl. We chose this off the internet and were not disappointed upon our arrival. We are proud to be in Swan Lake Village 55+ Community. Amenities are a plus. Heated Pool, Community Bldg, Fitness Room, Exercise Classes Coffee and Donuts Red Hat Ladies Library...Lots to offer. HOA Holiday Dinners Movies BusTrips Sightseeing... Centrally Located. Grounds are beautiful thanks to our Management and Caring Residents. We feel safe here and its been a wonderful experience.

Nice mobile home park, very clean and well kept. Dont know the cost of lot rental though.

The amenities are great and the community is very clean. The location is great!

I was declined as Sonja was unable to verify my income, she stated. I had told her my Income is from Intrest from my bank accounts. She never even asked for proof or requested to contact any of my banks to verify the significant income I was receiving. She took 5 working days, before Declining me.I am a disabled person, and know there is no reason possible to decline me, except for her being incompetent at her job, or she is prejudice against people with disabilities.Prejudice is illegal, so the park may want to review your choice of employees in the front office. Terrance A Sals, president, Terick Inc.may also want to look Into what is really going on in swan lake village.I purchased a home in another park where I own the land, vetting took one day, the manager talked to one of my bank managers, who ensured her there was no problem with me paying the monthey fees, and also explained about the three other homes I own outright. I move in Wednesday March 27/18.Sonja, I tried to talk to you in person, but you wouldnt open the door. So I posted this online.Poor decision on your part.The park is beautiful and still with looking at for others, just be aware of prejudice. Swan lake, you may want to become aware of the legal complications of predjudicm.

Beware. This is a $50 scam. After paying for the application, We called the office and left 4 messages over the week. Sonya the office person stated he doesnt return messages. The manager refused to accept both of our incomes when determining approval.
